Other than one front office staff, everyone is very friendly and accommodating. Andy, in particular, is one of the best dental hygienist that I have encountered. He is completely bilingual (English and Korean). He is very thorough, explains each step clearly, never rushes through his cleanings, remembers little patient details, and very kind. Dr. Kim is a man of not many words but good at what he does. I really wanted to give that one front office staff member the benefit of the doubt the first time I came but she was rude again the second time I came by. When I entered for my appointment, there was no greeting. Just a quick glance down at me and she asked for my name. Upon checkout, she was on the phone with someone arguing with them in a very belligerent tone of voice. At a certain point while still looking at her computer, she said ,"when can you next come in" and I genuinely was not sure who she was talking to. She then proceeded to rudely say ,"hello? I am talking to you" finally making eye contact with me. Maybe this is just her personality but not the best image for the clinic. In general, this is a very clean office with wonderful staff members. I have recommended this clinic to multiple friends and family.

Then i came across Duluth Dental Studio and their reviews were awesome, a lot mentioning Dr. Moon being great. So he called the next morning and they took him in the same day! From his words, the staff was very friendly and Dr's explained everything to him thoroughly and were extremely helpful. Their membership plan is also great and helps save what he was originally going to pay. In his case, his bottom teeth were very delicate and dr was responsible and generous to let him know they couldn't go straight to cleaning his teeth or anything yet due to the fact that his nerves and teeth were too delicate at the moment and since nothing really hurt him but coldness they want to wait til the head trauma passes. My boyfriend then went in the next day to get a little fill since I did chip his teeth, on accident ! I believe they also did clean in between him gums which made his teeth look nearly brand new! Ofc he has a few appointments after that but we 10/10 recommend this place!! Don't go to a whatever last minute place without reading reviews like we were about to do!!

Unfortunately, it is the result of ongoing issues with the back-office billing process under the current office management. Due to repeated billing negligence, I was forced to pay over $600 out of pocket, ultimately including payment to a collection agency for charges that should have been properly handled and reconciled by the office. Today, when I contacted the office to have my account reviewed after resolving the collection, I was placed on hold for over an hour without resolution. After nearly two decades of loyalty, this level of billing mismanagement and lack of responsiveness is unacceptable. Patients should not bear financial consequences due to administrative errors, nor should they have to expend excessive time attempting to correct them. As a result, I will be transitioning myself and my family to a dental practice that demonstrates greater accountability and appreciation for its patients.
