My spouse recommended this dental office to me after I got tired of driving through traffic to my original dentist in Vinings. The office is above Haven restaurant and has plenty of free parking in the back lot. An elevator takes you right to the front entrance on the second floor. All of the employees are super friendly. I had two separate visits. My first visit was for X-rays and a dental cleaning. My second visit was for a filling to be replaced. Dr. Menendez and the dental technician were awesome. They clearly explained what was covered by my Cigna insurance and what work would be done. I'm extremely happy with the cleaning and my new filling. I don't have any sensitivity to hot or cold beverages and the filling blends well with my teeth. I highly recommend this dental office! read more

The bad part-the "Oral Surgeon" is rarely if ever there. They take emergency appointments, but if it requires surgery you get xrays or examined and wait.. go home and wait for days even weeks. On the website it says it's available but when? No one knew! The good part of it all- after I freaked out a little bit because THE PAIN had been non-stop for days, they informed me that the dentist can do it but with nitrous oxide not IV. It hurt at one point so bad I thought I was going to pass out. However, it was finally done- no more waiting. This all is all understated and I didn't want to go on. read more

When I first moved to Atlanta in 2018, I was having problems with a crown that I had gotten a year or so ago in NC. I found Dr. McNay here on yelp and I reached out, on Yelp, and he responded to me immediately. He had his amazing Office Manager Tricia call me the next day to get me in. While there, he told me that usually when a crown is made there is a warranty on it which I wasn't aware of so he allowed me to call my previous office, right there from the dental chair, to inquire about my warranty while he stuck around to help answer any questions that I had for them. Lo and behold, I had a warranty and was able to use that to replace the crown without having to purchase another one. He could've left that knowledge out and sold me another crown but he didn't and he also didn't have to reach back out to me personally on Yelp but he did and those are two of the reasons why I drive almost an hour to see him and have been for over 6 years now. That kind of personal attention and service is not very common. I have brought all of my adult kids here and my fiancé, now husband, as well. We all drive that distance for them. We are patients for life! We do miss Emma though! Bring her back! read more

I found Dr. McNay with Restoration Dental years ago when I moved to the Brookhaven area. Shortly after moving to Atlanta I had a horrible dental experience and due to not wanting to make the same mistake it took me a while to find a Dentist I felt I could trust would do a good job. Thanks to Yelp and the plethora of 5 star reviews I knew this would be a good place to try for my dental needs. I have been coming to Dr. McNay every 6 months for the past 6 years. Upon arriving for each visit I'm greeted every time by an amicable front office Manger. The entire office including the lobby is nicely decorated, there is a rustic feel to it, you can tell a lot of thought was put into the ambiance. They have all the latest equipment, and the office is very clean. There is a television above each dental chair so the patients can watch anything they choose to during their visit. I personally love to watch Ted Talks while I am there, the programs relax me and keeps my mind off of what is being done in my mouth. Typically, within 5 minutes of arriving I am called back for my appointment. All of the Dental Hygienist that I've encountered have been friendly. Dr. McNay is personable and has a gregarious personality. He talks the entire time he is working on my mouth, often having me wanting to burst out laughing. I actually enjoy my dental visits here. Best Dentist EVER!!! From location is amazing! Lots of places to eat, very very nice area in Brookhaven. The office is very clean and spacious. The receptionist is so nice and warm.
