I called this company 8-23-2022 @ 345PM and i was told 1 denture could cost from 1100- 1300 dollars and extractions are 2-3 hundred dollars each on top of the 1100-1300, folks , I looked and i even asked why their prices were not available in their website, the lady commented in broken english was "we don't put out prices out" , at this point I decided they were not for me, and of course they throw in the denture is for 1 arch .... be careful where you go and do you home work. Horrible place, had my appointment 6 months in advance for a routine cleaning, they Called me one day before to confirm my appointment everything was fine until I showed up & they had their ASSISTANT working on me. She didn't even know how to properly use the tools, I had to offer her help to hold one of the tools and when she was flossing me she couldn't even get to the molars. I asked her if they didn't have a hygienist she said yes but she was busy with someone else!!! Im NOT blaming the assistant for not knowing this thing I actually feel sorry for her I bet she is even getting pay for that. ashamed for the doctor in charge of this place. I went for an extraction a few weeks back, I love this place, they explained everything to me even up to the healing and how long it would take, the dentist was kind and I felt comfortable, no question about it , this will be my primary office for a very long time. So I just wanted to update my review I had to go back for another extraction and I can't say it enough how much I love this dentist! They always call to remind me about my appointments , I feel like they truly care about their patients, they kno me by name. They explain everything to u so ur not surprised with crazy charges, literally as long as I live in Atlanta this will be my dentist. She is amazing ! The office staff is amazing ! I was fooled by all the good reviews that I failed to check the bad ones. READ THE BAD REVIEWS TOO! I feel so bad for taking my mom to this place . The place itself is nice, the ladies in the front desk are helpful and professional. THE DENTIST HERSELF IS NOT GOOD. If you want b.s info & to be lied to, go ahead. The dentist failed to mention to my mother what all procedures could've been done to her back tooth. Instead she was scammed into getting a $1,300 procedure, where they put a porcelain tooth on , BUT when that tooth didn't work (she couldn't eat , sleep , bad fever , major headaches & swelling of her mouth & face for 3 days bc the "dentist" couldn't attend her? Wtf. You messed her up, you need to see her ASAP) nonetheless we waited till Monday, 2PM! Just so the dentist can suggest another procedure for ANOTHER $1,300? I like this dentist mainly because I don't feel like she's just trying to make as much money as possible off of her patients - she cares about your dental health and not trying to sell you services/products you can't afford. I don't know why she doesn't advertise that she's an NYU dental/oral surgery school grad - it's a very good school where the dental doctors are known not only for their expertise but also for saving lives in extreme circumstances. Absolutely atrocious. Please read this before heading in. I have never written a bad review in my life, but I have to post about this place. I went in as a new patient for a routine teeth cleaning after seeing great reviews for this place. I have pretty decent teeth, but it had been about a year and a half since seeing a dentist. After cleaning my teeth, the dentist told me I had 2 cavities and needed an old filling redone. I did not feel like paying for that at the time (lapse in insurance), so I left without making an appointment. I made an appointment with a totally different dentist recommended to me by a friend who had been to them for years. This new dentist (who has a nice, new-tech facility) looked at my teeth and saw nothing wrong AT ALL. He is one of the leading dentists in the Atlanta metro area. I even asked if there were spots that COULD have been seen as being cavities or might turn into cavities, and he said absolutely not. So quite frankly, Chamblee Dental Care wanted to drill into 3 of my teeth for no reason at all. Part of me thinks it was due to me not having dental insurance for that visit, but honestly I have no idea. They were constantly questioning me as I was leaving trying to ask why I wasn't making an appointment to have the fillings done. The staff was nice overall, but I genuinely think they are just trying to make money. Pretty disgusting. read more

Do not use this dentist, they will tell you that work other dentist have done is bad, so that they can do the work over for extra money. Always get a second opinion from another office before allowing them to perform work on your teeth. read more

The wife: I had been living with a cracked tooth for a long time and I could no longer stand the discomfort, I had went to other consultations and every dentist kept trying to her me to do other more expensive services when all I wanted to do was have the tooth removed. I found Chamblee online , emailed the receptionist my X-rays, got a quote to have the tooth extracted and set an appointment. They did recommend some other services but in the end just did the extraction which was quick. Came to Chamblee Dental about one month ago that staff are very friendly and caring. Dr. G is so gentle I only felt briefly the needle as she was numbing my mouth and the extraction was even less noticeable. I'm from Miami Florida originally and a few years back I paid almost double of what I paid here to have an extraction and I was in pain.
