I never thought I would leave a dentist vowing never to return, but here I am. I had a root canal…read moreand the endo, Dr. Orozoco was the rudest health provider I have ever encountered in my 50 years of life, and hopefully will never have an experience like this ever again. I've had doctors that didn't want to be there, that were annoyed, and were short, but this was extreme-- it was very obvious she did not in any way shape or form want to be working with me and I was a complete pain in her ass. I was charged 300 for an endo consult which just amounted to her telling me that I had to have a root canal it was unavoidable. The 300 consult was about 5 seconds. Before I knew it she was numbing me and it was really painful. She was super annoyed. She had me bite down on a bite guard and yelled at me when it kept slipping. She finally took it out and said, "okay, forget that. Just keep you mouth open." When I needed to spit because I was going to start coughing, I raised my hand and she was like, "WHAT? I can't hear you. What are you saying? What? What?" followed with a huge annoyed sigh. No kidding you can't understand me with all this shit in my mouth. Occasionally she would hit me, and say, "Are you okay Michelle? Michelle? Michelle? ANSWER." While I was being tortured, I remembered my last root canal over 12 years ago, and how nice and kind the endo was, how he talked to me and was caring. I was literally terrified of this person working on me and I don't think I stopped shaking the entire time. I was TERRIFIED of her-- the assistant she had with her was just as cold and uncaring. Worst experience of my entire life with healthcare providers. And super strange. At one point in time during the root canal she started singing to the music that was playing. I had some hope that maybe she would be in a better mood and nicer to me, but no. The assistant also stopped being nice at some point, and would silently come over and jam an X-ray in my mouth, take the x-ray and take it out of my mouth WITHOUT SAYING A WORD. Absolutely worst experience with a healthcare provider in my life, and I will NEVER go back there. Ever. It was also really choatic and there was no sense of any type of leadership or anyone in charge. It was just people running all around and lined up to use x-rays, rooms, tools, etc. Total disaster. I miss my previous dentist who was so sweet and made small talk to make me comfortable. There were also no sinks in the patient rooms or place to spit, so it makes me wonder seriously where and how they are washing their hands and how clean they are. There should DEFINITELY be a sink in each room for handwashing.

Beware: Poor Quality Work and Zero Accountability…read more I rarely leave reviews, but I feel it's important to share our experience so others can make an informed decision. Especially as I am having to repay for dental work out of pocket. My daughter had a crown placed by this dentist about 18 months ago, and it recently fell out completely and broke. To make matters worse, insurance will not cover replacing it so soon, meaning we're left to pay out of pocket for something that clearly didn't hold up. The dentist showed no empathy and didn't offer any flexibility or help with the cost, which was extremely disappointing. Fast forward, we had to get an emergency appointment with another dental office. The new dentist not only confirmed that now an implant will be needed for the crownless tooth but also pointed out that another crown done by the same dentist ***ALSO 18 months ago*** will need to be replaced because it was not done correctly and is also failing (not even knowing it was the same dentist's work). Even before this, both of my children's cleanings were always rushed and left them in pain. Looking back, the warning signs were there. Just beware. This is our experience, but I wish someone had warned us. Poor quality work, no accountability, and zero compassion for patients.

I have been visiting Dr. Cheng's office since I was in my 30's. It's been more than 20 years now…read more Regular twice a year cleaning, once in a while fix a Cavity and I had 2 teeth implants. Plus, I got Braces 7 years ago. Overall, I am a 100% Satisfied customer. I believe having good teeth are related to have a healthy life. A friendly and well organized management make a dental appointment more relaxed. Convenient location and a big parking lot are a plus.

I was a patient at this office for nearly 10 years because I trusted Dr. Cheng. Unfortunately,…read moreafter my recent experience, I lost that trust completely. After my root canal, I returned for my crown appointment. The temporary material could not be removed normally. The dentist repeatedly rocked and pulled on my tooth for a long time. I repeatedly said I was in severe pain, but the only response I received was, "It will be over soon." After multiple unsuccessful attempts, the material finally had to be cut out with a dental drill. That night, my tooth began hurting continuously. An X-ray later confirmed inflammation. I was prescribed one week of antibiotics, followed by another week when the pain did not improve. The prolonged antibiotics caused severe stomach pain and digestive problems, yet my tooth continued to hurt. I eventually sought a second opinion and was told there was separation between the tooth and the surrounding gum tissue, persistent inflammation, and that extraction was recommended. When I returned to discuss the situation, I felt that my concerns were dismissed. Rather than acknowledging that something may have gone wrong, the office focused on defending itself. The only solution offered was a refund for the root canal and a discount on future treatment, while I was expected to pay for correcting the damage. The reason I refused any further treatment from this office is because this was not the first time. About two years earlier, I chose to have what I believed was a minor procedure because I wanted to take care of my dental health before it became a bigger problem. Instead, I developed a serious infection afterward, and my face became severely swollen. I returned for additional treatment, but it failed again. I was eventually referred to another specialist, who successfully treated the problem. I was also told that the surgical wound was uneven and had not been completely closed. After experiencing two serious complications at the same office, I no longer had confidence in receiving additional treatment there. I understand that complications can happen in dentistry. What disappointed me most was not only the treatment outcomes, but also the lack of compassion, accountability, and respect when problems occurred. I am sharing only my personal experience in the hope that other patients can make informed decisions.

I've been to doctor's in the past that are in such a hurry they are thinking about the next customer rather than the one they are working with. At Dr. Kim's office you'll find the opposite. Their staff schedules appointments with a good time gap allowing them to gather themselves before the next patient. So far I have had 6 cavities, all filled by Dr. Kim. None of bothered me after that. Also I have had my teeth cleaned twice, and I'll tell you that I have pearly white teeth afterwards both times! The best part about this dentist office is they don't try to uncharged you. I was in between on whether or not I should buy dental insurance and waiting 6 months before I had my cavities filled. Dr. Kim did not try to persuade me to have them filled at my first visit, but just told me to come back when I was ready. That was great because you would imagine the doctor to force you to get it filled so they can make some quick transactions! That let me know immediately that is a dentist with morals and ethics! I have not met the other doctor but from the friends I've sent here say he is a friendly dentist as well! Definitely go here and experience the great service they provide for your cavity, root canal, crown, and more! They even have Veneers too!
