At first I was confused on where it was located but you make that turn and then go up the Hill and it's right there ahead. Go inside the building and it's located on the same floor right door. Having nice ladies with great customer service in the front is always a great experience. Their dental hygienist Lily Pham is such a pleasure. She makes you feel like she really cares about you and your teeth's health. She will use a skinny tool to measure your gum health. It took 5 months to get back the OSHA fees and LAB fees which were fraudulently billed by the old owners. So sad that they took advantage of in-network additional billing that was not allowed. Old owners just ignored it but the new doc did the right thing! I hope this practice learns from this experience and treats patients the right way without tacky billing ideas.

Other than one front office staff, everyone is very friendly and accommodating. Andy, in particular, is one of the best dental hygienist that I have encountered. Dr. Kim is a man of not many words but good at what he does. I really wanted to give that one front office staff member the benefit of the doubt the first time I came but she was rude again the second time I came by. When I entered for my appointment, there was no greeting. Just a quick glance down at me and she asked for my name. Upon checkout, she was on the phone with someone arguing with them in a very belligerent tone of voice. At a certain point while still looking at her computer, she said ,"when can you next come in" and I genuinely was not sure who she was talking to. She then proceeded to rudely say ,"hello? The x-ray tech was very nervous and kept dropping the equipment. All the employees who I interfaced with seemed highly nervous. When the dentist came in to look at my teeth, he started yelling at me because he said I had gum and he needs to call my previous dentist and find out why he wasn't treating me for gum disease I have to admit, I have never been yelled at by a Dentist no matter what shape my teeth were in.

My wife had a female and she was gentle. That's not the problem. The problem is the upselling. We got in with their $59 first time client cleaning and examine. Great deal! But I also assumed upselling was in order because of the sale and I've had many dealings with Korean businesses. I'm Korean BTW. Then, he proceeded to begin setting up for a deep clean without asking me first. He simply stated I needed it and assumed I would agree. I stopped him and asked the price difference and he said it was substantial. I told him to do a regular cleaning and he seemed a little disappointed but he did. I know my wife has some dental needs but they told her she needed $3000 in work. Maybe. But I didn't feel 100% comfy with that diagnosis because of the way they went about it with me. The office is set up nice. The waiting area is huge with plenty of couches, TV, tons of magazines, and even a full body massage chair! But some lady put hair grease all over the headrest so I didn't use it. Yuck. The receptionist was friendly and the employees were helpful. Their gift package had some good stuff in it as well. But the assumed acceptance of the upselling was annoying and didn't settle well with me. It makes the client feel uncomfortable.
