Having nice ladies with great customer service in the front is always a great experience. Their dental hygienist Lily Pham is such a pleasure. She makes you feel like she really cares about you and your teeth's health. She will use a skinny tool to measure your gum health. It kinda hurts if your gums had inflammation, with that tool, the lower score you get the better. All that aside, the deep cleaning was a game changer. Dr. Nguyen was tremendous. Super patient and gentle! I have a lot of anxiety around going to the dentist because of past experiences and he was completely great! Just a few months later I had an emergency after chipping a tooth the day before traveling and they got me in immediately, made me feel so much better after the stress and fear of what it'd look like and how long it would last. I really wanted to give that one front office staff member the benefit of the doubt the first time I came but she was rude again the second time I came by. When I entered for my appointment, there was no greeting. Just a quick glance down at me and she asked for my name. Upon checkout, she was on the phone with someone arguing with them in a very belligerent tone of voice. At a certain point while still looking at her computer, she said ,"when can you next come in" and I genuinely was not sure who she was talking to. She then proceeded to rudely say ,"hello?
