When we were late for our first few appointments (we were new parents, had little sleep, and were getting used to the idea that it takes an hour to get out of the house) they didn't make us feel bad, or feel that we were wasting their time- they were understanding. I had a lot of trouble breastfeeding, but they were supportive. I broke down several times in their office, crying hysterically, and the nursing staff were all kind and supportive, giving me words of encouragement. The doctors are very down to earth, and just care that your baby is doing well- doesn't matter how fast or slow they are progressing, and they don't make you panicked, telling you what your baby should or should not be doing at any point. They just tell you how great you're doing/how great your kid is doing- they are very encouraging. The BEST thing about them is they will NOT take you if you refuse to vaccinate your child! Otherwise, they will take any insurance, etc- they just want to make sure the children that go to their office are safe. I cannot say what a relief that was to see that policy. Also, they have a 'sick' and 'healthy' section of the waiting room, so no germs are crossed over- same for the rooms. The whole office is separated in two- with the right side for the sick, and the left side for the healthy. I just adore these doctors.

Sick visits just depend on their schedules, but I've never had a bad sick visit provider. They have an entire lactation team there which has saved mine and baby's lives more than a few times. Stephanie and Sara are so comprehensive (and didn't judge me for crying!) and spend a lot of time evaluating the baby's latch, suck, and weight to ensure our breastfeeding success. I have only great things to say about the providers we see most often, Dr. Wolf, Dr. Hoelscher, and Stephanie PNP. Hours are great too. Open on weekends 8-5 and until 8pm on weeknights. A wonderful add-on for us working moms.

After leaving the hospital they informed me to follow up with my pediatrician to see how's my child doing. My child begun to get sicker, so I called the office ( after hours ) the after hour receptionist took my message and informed me the doctor on call will call me back. It was during the Buffalo bills game, doctor Dr. Ehlenfield returned my phone call back. Once he called back he was very rude informing me that it's inappropriate to call him while he's at home with" this situation " the situation of my child being sick... then he processes to tell me it's nothing he can do for my child take her to the hospital " if I think she so sick " instead of being professional saying " I'm sorry to hear your concerns, tomorrow I'll get your child in first thing in the morning " instead it went a different way. I proceeded to tell him I don't feel comfortable with him seeing my child I want her recommend nurse to see her because since she's been going I prefer my child to see one person which is Anna. Fyi she's really great and nice and patient with my child. He informs me my child will not be seeing anyone but him after I mentioned multiple time I was uncomfortable with him seeing her due to him saying my medical concerns was not important. We got into a heated argument due to I didn't like how he was handling the situation and this is his practice. So the next day instead of bringing my child to the office I took her to the hospital where they later inform me she has an ear infection. On the discharge papers it states follow up with your doctor on her ear infection. So I called the office to make an appointment. I explained the the receptionist how I was upset and frustrated but nothing directing towards her. She was also very rude refusing my service stating my child is not getting a appointment which also led into a heated argument, then I proceeded to inform him I want my child to be seen I also mentioned I wanted blood work done on my child due to Dr. Ehlenfield saying my nephew had led and low iron after my sister followed up with the hospital she learned her child didn't so I became more concerned since he started my child has low iron and to give her medication. They also told me she's not getting blood work or being seen. She transferred me to the supervisor which was also very rude informing me they are denying my child to be seen her very words " there is no reason for your child to be seen " my child has an ear infection and was prescribed antibiotics from the hospital I'm no doctor how would I know when the ear infection is gone with out a follow up. They informed me that I was lying the hospital never told me to follow up with them but it's on the discharge papers.. I hope no other parent have to experience a doctor telling you , that your child being sick is not appropriate and I shouldn't had called while he was home like he don't get paid to take phone calls from home. I'll definitely be taking my child to another pediatrician who actually cares for their patients

The last objection I have is their phone menu changing at 5:30 to say that the office is closed when the website says they are open till 6pm. It's bad enough to close the phones early but the droning annoying loud mans goes on and on about how great they are without giving any real information on leaving a message which I wanted to do. I pressed Zero and what a mistake that was, it just started the mans annoying too long message to start over. I'm sure whatever management reviewed that message on the office is closed message either didn't listen to all of because they were in a hurry or they enjoy having their ego stroked. It doesn't matter what the message says if it is too long and too loud done by a well spoken person it has no immediate option to leave a message or any option but to sit and suffer being subjected to a non-functional drone on how great TP is. I have long disliked the phone menu sound and length of the message here but the last straw is calling when office is supposed to be open and then being unable to accomplish anything constructive. I will bet that any business that specializes in professional construction of the public face in that field would find plenty wrong and would coach that speaker to do many things differently with the actual menu. In the end after questioning their mortality we were told to leave and we were not welcomed there, they didn't give us an alternative, we were left with a sick child that we had to take to urgent care instead. Everyone who works for these immunization facilities needs to reflect on the real reason they are in the profession of pediatric care, it shouldn't be to push narratives it should be to help sick children.
