Our son has had a tooth abscess before and it moved to under his eye, which could be deadly if the drainage went to his brain. Husband was rightfully paranoid and just wanted to know if it needed to be taken care of ASAP or would he be okay until he gets back to DFW. Long story short. Dr Huynh gave him pain meds and antibiotics. Told him he needed the tooth out soon or retreat of root canal, but nothing immediate. Although I can technically see my children (who are 3 and 4 years old at this time) for their dental needs, I have always preferred to have pediatric dentists to see my children for their dental needs as I know there are certain aspects of patient care which are different for adult patients vs pediatric patients (also my kids tend to listen better to other adults than me). From the scheduling of initial appointment to every aspect of our visits including recall reminders, I am truly impressed with Dr. Yang and her team's approach to providing the best care possible. Office is exceptionally well kept including a very cute lobby area to the super fun patient care areas and the well trained team provides exceptional services with friendliness. Dr. Yang's treatment recommendations were solid recommendations with conservative approach in mind and I am so happy to have found Dr. Yang's office for my children. If you are looking for a pediatric office for your children's needs, I would not hesitate to check out Evergreen Pediatric Dentistry and Dr. Yang. They are truly awesome and my kids are actually excited when they find out that they are going to see Dr. Yang! (They have their hand prints on their wall and love coming back to see their handprints)

When my daughter first went here she was not scared of dentists visits. Through the years every time we would go the dr would find something and give us a treatment plan that insurance would not fully cover. My daughter would always have cavaties and over time she got very afraid to go to the dentist. So then we would have to pay to have her be given laughing gas. The last time we went the dr said she again had cavaties, this time 3 or 4. My husband made a comment to me about how he didn't believe our daughter had cavaties and it just seems like they are trying to shake us down. So while on vacation we took our daughter to a dentist and guess what....they told us she didn't have any cavaties. So when we came back home I found another dentist and surprise they also said she didn't have any cavaties! Reading the other reviews it sounds like a common scam they are running telling parents their kids need all this work when they really don't. Pushing parents to put kids under to charge extra money. After spending a lot of money there feel scammed and would like a refund. Now my kid has silver teeth that she probably didn't need. Do not go to this dentist office if you love your children. All they did was traumatize my kid! And reading all the other similar reviews they are doing unnecessary work to over charge parents.

I'm at the end of my clear correct journey and the office has been thorough following up with me about my trays which has been super helpful for a forgetful person as myself. I can't recommend this dental office enough!…read more My children have been seeing Dr. Harpavat since my oldest was just 2 years old. After we moved to Sienna, I tried taking them to a local pediatric dentist for convenience. That visit was a huge disappointment--they recommended multiple fillings and other procedures for my daughter that didn't seem right. I decided to drive the 30+ minutes back to this office, and I've never looked back. Dr. Harpavat is incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and conservative in her approach. She never recommends unnecessary treatment and always takes the time to explain her recommendations. As a parent, that gives me tremendous peace of mind. Even more impressive, my kids actually love going to the dentist! I certainly don't remember feeling that way as a child, and I think that says a lot about the caring and welcoming environment she has created. As a microbiologist and scientist myself, I value evidence-based, ethical healthcare providers. I trust Dr. Harpavat completely with my children's dental care. I also can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Lankford, who has been my dentist. Years ago, I suffered an injury that fractured my front tooth and damaged several lower teeth. Eventually, the root of the crowned front tooth became infected and could not be saved. Dr. Lankford guided me through every step of the process, referred me to an outstanding oral surgeon for my implant, and later restored it with a beautiful, high-quality crown. Throughout the entire experience, he was compassionate, supportive, and always available to answer my questions. The final result looks and feels amazing, and I couldn't be happier. His skill, honesty, and attention to detail are exceptional. Both Dr. Harpavat and Dr. Lankford are dentists I trust completely. They are knowledgeable, ethical, conservative in the best way, and genuinely care about their patients. Even though we now live in Sienna, it's absolutely worth the drive to continue seeing them. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for outstanding dental care for both children and adults.

The nitrous was 1/3 of the cost of the other office I went to and my crown was extremely reasonably priced. I was comfortable the entire time and my coworker I referred here also relayed to me she's never felt so comfortable and at ease at a dentist. Let me first say... I hate, hate, absolutely HATE going to the dentist…read more I've had some seriously HORRIBLE experiences with Vietnamese dentists before. It's that damn language barrier, I swear. They speak to their receptionists and their dentist...apprentices (whatever the hell they're called) in Vietnamese so you NEVER know what's going on. You tell them you're sensitive to pain - they don't care. You tell them it hurts - they don't care. I had my wisdom teeth pulled at another Vietnamese dentist office and he RECORDED it for his apprentices and had the audacity to ask "You stay and watch?" when I was in pain, in tears, and ready to storm out of the place. Some of these dentists are EMOTIONALLY-CONSTIPATED. But Toto Dental was, thank God, not like any of those places. I arrived, begrudgingly, for my yearly check-up at 9am on a Saturday morning. Not crowded, no wait, so that was a good first impression. I was brought to the back where some technicians took x-rays of my teeth. Then a few minutes later, Dr. Haikhanh Tran swooped into the room. She's loud, talkative, friendly, and bubbly, but she's pretty serious when she gets to work. She tells you straight-up when she comes across any problems and she makes sure you understand the problem and how to tend to it. It's also obvious that she cares about teaching her apprentices because she'll explain whatever she's doing to them, but not to the point where you feel like a freak-show. The best part: SHE SPEAKS ENGLISH. To her receptionists, to her techs...so you always know what's going on and what they're saying about you. Just being aware of everything made this visit 10x better. I still hate going to dentist. And I always will. But if you HAVE to drag me to one, drag me here.
