I've been visiting this place for nearly seven years and have always had a positive experience--until last Saturday. My husband and I had our usual simultaneous appointment, and when I arrived at the front desk to check us both in, I noticed a new staff member there. She only checked in my husband and left me waiting for 45 minutes. Thinking they might be short-staffed, I approached her after 20 minutes to remind her, and she responded, "Oh, I didn't realize you had an appointment too," despite the schedule being clearly visible right in front of her. I ended up waiting an additional 25 minutes before I was finally called in. When I explained the situation to the dental hygienist, she mistakenly thought I was late. I clarified that I had been waiting for 45 minutes. I was really disappointed, especially since the front desk staff member didn't apologize for the oversight. read more

Bad customer service! I could not believe the way the lady who works at the front desk talked to the patients. She was so mean. She yelled at us, and it seemed like our fault. It was actually their fault when they forgot to update our insurance into the system. Then they charged us $100 for cleaning teeth which was covered by our insurace. When we came back, just asked about it. We asked it nicely but she was so angry and yelled back to us. Finally, they gave back $100 for us, but not saying sorry. EVEN THOUGH IT IS THEIR FAULT, IT IS NOT A BIG DEAL. The service that the lady provided was horrible. Excuse me, we do not come here for free, we pay for our service and we expect to get the good customer service and good dental sevice. My consult was with Dr. Le, and he was superb. He is very knowledgeable about implants and let's you ask all the questions that you want. The staff here are very nice and professional! You can tell that they enjoy what they do. In my first ortho consultation, I was seen in less than 10 minutes! I have to pull out all 4 of my wisdom teeth due to the lack of space. My mom introduced me to Smile Architects and Dr. Le. I can promise you that Dr. Le is definitely the BEST dentist I have ever encountered in my whole life. When I walked into the clinic, the receptionist, Andrew, greeted me nicely every single time. He always reassures the purpose of my visit. Other staffs are really polite and always have a smile on their faces! :) Dr. Le made sure I was ready to pull out my wisdom teeth. He double checked and made sure I will be in Houston the few days following my extraction. Of course the extraction did hurt, the pain was bearable and ephemeral. The wounds stopped bleeding within 3 days and I could eat solid food after a week. Dr. Le also did a follow-up after my extraction a week after to make sure there wasn't any infection. He cares about his patients and called to check on me a few days after my extraction.
