My favorite place to get my teeth check up and cleaned. Dr Truong and Dr Trang are really nice and gentle. Staffs are friendly.

Dentist is professional, and he has really good bed side manners, I think I will come back for my next teeth cleaning appointment

Dr. Le and his staff are the best. Very professional, easy going. Dental work specifically a tooth extraction can be scary but Dr. Le was very understanding and made me feel at ease. Highly recommend! read more

I am thankful that my insurance covers this dental office. Dr. Le is so kind and knowledgeable. His team also cares a lot about your dental health. I also love the fact that this is close to my home. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a new dentist to try Smile Architects because they'll make you leave with your teeth feeling great! read more

Dr. Doan and the Smile Architects staff treated me with so much kindness and the best attitude every time I came for an appointment for the course of over 4+ years. What I liked about this team is the way they treat you. They get to know you and remember the smallest details which made me feel like they care for their patients I came in to get braces due to an open bite problem and they handled my care efficiently. Smile architects managed to care for my teeth in the best way possible to allow me to go forward with my jaw surgery. The care after the operation was excellent. They were not rough with me and answered all my questions and concerns throughout my journey. I'm 100% satisfied and happy with my new smile. My confidence definitely went up and that's thanks to the Smile Architects staff. read more

Dr. Lee and it's staff is marvelous. I've been coming for years and the service is always the greatest from when coming through the front doors and exiting out. Thankyou Smile architect for taking care of my every day smiles. read more

Dr. Le and Dr. Doan are hands down the most, gentle and caring dentist and orthodontist I have come across. He took great care of me, my husband's teeth, and now my two children as well. My 8-year-old daughter had an extraction (for braces) last Friday by Dr. Le. He was so gentle, she didn't feel a thing. I would recommend their services to anyone who needs dental and orthodontic needs. read more

I have gone to see Dr. Le every six months for the past five years and have been very happy with him and their staff. Dr. Le never pushed to have unneeded procedures worked. Nor has he ever tried to upsell anything unnecessary. His team of hygienists and assistants have also been very professional and courteous. Going to the dentist is never a pleasant experience but if it is recommended to see one every six month, there is no one else I wouuld rather go to than Dr. Le at Smile Architects. read more

Been going here for a little over a year. They're really easy to schedule with, don't beg me to do needless work, and I'm in and out of my check ups in less than an hour. read more

I came to check first. Did not expect the professional way Dr. Le and Dr.Doan treat me! I love how they explained clearly and patiently my teeth's problem. Bad customer service! I could not believe the way the lady who works at the front desk talked to the patients. She was so mean. She yelled at us, and it seemed like our fault. It was actually their fault when they forgot to update our insurance into the system. Then they charged us $100 for cleaning teeth which was covered by our insurace. When we came back, just asked about it. We asked it nicely but she was so angry and yelled back to us. Finally, they gave back $100 for us, but not saying sorry. EVEN THOUGH IT IS THEIR FAULT, IT IS NOT A BIG DEAL. The service that the lady provided was horrible. Excuse me, we do not come here for free, we pay for our service and we expect to get the good customer service and good dental sevice. Never come back here again and I would not recommend my friends or anyone come here. I should remember her name so her boss will talk to her when he can read my reviews. read more

I decided to check out Smile Architects after reading the perfect Yelp reviews. I went there to have a consultation for dental implants, and it was a very smooth and satisfying experience! My consult was with Dr. Le, and he was superb. He is very knowledgeable about implants and let's you ask all the questions that you want. He makes decisions that are in the best interest of the patient. They don't charge you for the X-rays that you take during your first appointment. They accept several different types of insurance, and they are willing to create financing options for treatments. I made another appointment with his wife, who also happens to be the orthodontist. I'm sure she's going to be just as wonderful as Dr. Le was. read more

Swear to God, cross my heart, and hope to still have my beautiful teeth even when I'm old. Who are we kidding? They'll stay awesome because I'll be in the very capable hands of the people at Smile Architects! Not only is their name clever, this place employs the best workers. From the wonderful receptionists to the dental assistants, they all are incredibly kind and greet you like family each time you come in. So here's why you should come here to give your teeth the best TLC it'll ever get: - Owned by a very sweet, young couple (husband is the dentist and wife is the orthodontist); both very fluent in English and Vietnamese - Before each appointment, they make it standard to give you a call and remind you (Andrew and Vanessa will be the ones and they are mega sweet; it'll give you cavities so good thing you come in!) - Payment options are very flexible here. They'll work with you to meet your financial needs - When they work on you, they are extremely gentle and constantly ask you if you're doing alright - No matter how long it's been, they'll remember you when you come in and ask you how everything's been. It'll surprise you too when they ask about specifics! It's all in the details and they know it ;) I've been going here with my family for nearly two years now. I'm so glad we chose this place because we're treated with the utmost respect and it never feels like that horrible feeling of being in the dentist office you know? The daunting and eerie anxiety most people get? No, you won't get that here. Instead, you get very loving and dedicated people who'll make you smile upon entering and leaving. Hence, the clever little name. read more

A coworker of mine highly recommended this place when I told her I was desperate to find a good orthodontist. My first impression was: GREAT customer service! The staff here are very nice and professional! You can tell that they enjoy what they do. In my first ortho consultation, I was seen in less than 10 minutes! Dr. Doan, the orthodontist, took her time to examine my teeth and explained the process without making me feel rushed. She listened and answered all my questions (yes, I asked a lot of questions!). She was very personable! I was happy with my first appointment and decided to follow through with getting my braces here. I like their service enough that my husband and I decided to switch provider and get our regular dental checkup here. We live in Katy but don't mind driving to China Town for good service (and food around the area!). Dr. Le is the general dentist here. He and his assistants are very gentle at their work. Dr. Le also performed my wisdom teeth extraction. I gotta tell you I dreaded that day, but it was not as painful as I thought it would be! I felt well taken care of, and I appreciated that the office staff also called me to make sure I was doing fine after the extraction. This kind of customer service is not often seen in a busy dental clinic, but they made it their priority. I happy to finally find a good place for long-term dental care! If you are new to China Town, also check out the restaurants and coffee places too. Just don't tell the dentist you eat too much sweet. read more

Smile Architects - Pediatric Dentists Near Me - Houston, Texas

This place is a perfect 5 star. The office and staff are excellent. Dr. Doan the orthodontist is professional and personable, so is Dr. Le, the dentist. The dental assistants made my daughter feel very comfortable and welcome, along with the front desk staff. My daughter got extractions and came out fine and is looking forward to her next appointment. The facility itself is new and clean and is in a very convenient location. I highly recommend Smile Architects for all your dental needs. read more

I would highly recommend Dr. Truong to anyone in search of a general dentist and is located within driving distance. His staff is very accommodating and friendly, and he is by far the best dentist I've been to in the past decade. Be prepared to have the most painless and stress-free dental experience known to man. Whoever said going to the dentist was a scary experience clearly isn't a patient of Dr. Truong's. read more

Smile Architects is my regular dentist and I have been here for a regular clean-up, cavity filling, and wisdom tooth removal. My overall experience was that it was quick, painless, and was an overall positive experience! The staff was nice and I liked how there were staff that could talk Vietnamese, English, and Spanish. It made the overall appointment really easy to understand when they explained to me the procedure and dental care. read more

I found this dentist by Yelping and I can't say enough great things about these guys! From the very beginning, they have been so kind, professional, and flexible with scheduling around my hectic schedule. Dr. Lee is amazing!!! I had extensive dental work done and he was so gentle with the anesthetic shots I didn't even feel them! The procedure was very quick and efficient and the healing is going as scheduled! I have recommended them to my family... and I know that they will be my dentist for as long as I am now a "Houstonian"! ;) read more

I have to pull out all 4 of my wisdom teeth due to the lack of space. My mom introduced me to Smile Architects and Dr. Le. I can promise you that Dr. Le is definitely the BEST dentist I have ever encountered in my whole life. When I walked into the clinic, the receptionist, Andrew, greeted me nicely every single time. He always reassures the purpose of my visit. Other staffs are really polite and always have a smile on their faces! :) Dr. Le made sure I was ready to pull out my wisdom teeth. He double checked and made sure I will be in Houston the few days following my extraction. Of course the extraction did hurt, the pain was bearable and ephemeral. The wounds stopped bleeding within 3 days and I could eat solid food after a week. Dr. Le also did a follow-up after my extraction a week after to make sure there wasn't any infection. He cares about his patients and called to check on me a few days after my extraction. I don't especially like dentists, but Dr. Le is definitely one that you will want to check out and continue to go to after your first time! read more

I came here on 09/10/2018 I was having youth pain and need to have my tooth looked at and cleaned....long story short they tried to charged extra service to my insurance and was denied...not good to be greedy , so thanks for that free extra service, the other stiff you did was paid out to you but don't try to get over on someone read more

After reading all the positive reviews on Yelp, I decided to give this dentist a try and I'm glad I did. The staff was friendly and professional and the facility was clean. I can honestly say I'm not a big fan of the dentist, but Dr. Lee and Mimi, the dental hygienist, made the visit as simple and painless as possible! I came in for a checkup and cleaning and it took about 2 hours. I'll definitely be coming back for my future dental visits! read more

Coming from someone who had really bad experiences with dentists, this dental office actually changed that. I came into for an extraction and a bone graft for my implant that will happen in a few months, and I was terrified. Dr. Truong knows what he's doing, and he answered every question that came to mind. My extraction was painless, and he cheered along with me when it was over. I came in with all this anxiety and nervousness, but I came out not really scared of the dentist. It was a good experience, and I would recommend this office to anyone! read more

The entire staff made me feel very welcomed, and made what's usually a scary situation really friendly and inviting. The doctors are amazing and I felt virtually no pain during my procedures. My overall experience was delightful! I originally came in for teeth cleaning, whitening, and bonding, but I was so pleased with the results that I decided to go in again to get my retainers done. The staff was very friendly, and Dr. Le answered all my questions honestly and professionally about the procedures and even dissuaded me from unnecessary dental veneers that I wanted. Loved this place so much that I persuaded my family to come here as well! read more

I had a tooth problem and stopped by Dr. Le office, he took his time to diagnose and ask as many questions needed before the procedure. He will tell you exactly what you need to fix the problem. I ended up having a filling done instead of a Crown ( other places would rather give this option bc it's more $$ ). He is very knowledgeable and will explain everything in details. Couple weeks after the procedure he called me to check in with me! What they offer here is great customer service at its best !! If you decide to do a procedure here you are in great hands ! read more
