I had a cracked tooth and he recommended a crown. I asked several times if I needed a root canal and he told me no every time. Even after the crown, I still had pain in that tooth for over a year and was told different reasons every single time. Long story short, I ended up with that tooth being abscessed and had to have a root canal. The endodontist who did the root canal stated that it was very iffy if the tooth could be saved. That was several years ago, and I still have pain in that tooth. It will have to be pulled and an implant placed. I would not let this man near my mouth ever again.

When front desk staff was asked what was it about, she just answered "I don't know what happened that time." First of all Ma'am, that's not how you deal with this type of concern. You should always offer an answer or solution to your clients. Just because you don't know what happened, it doesn't mean it's totally OK for us to pay any amount that you send us without a clear explanation. In the end, she just told us she will "adjust" the balance to zero. Second, that was a year ago & a different insurance. That is not on us in any way, we should not be dealing with this at all at this time. This may be a small amount yes, but this is out of our budget. Third, the male dental hygienist was rough on working around his teeth that he chipped one of the bridges and we still had to pay $150 for that visit. My husband already told him to be careful but he didn't. This is the main reason we are not coming back to that clinic. Also, the waiting area is dusty, seems like nobody has the time to clean it.
