I usually don't ever write reviews but, this one was needed. My experience with this "doctor" was by far the worst. I come in to get a small cavity filled, no biggie. I do have medical history of anxiety and on medications for. Which I'm sure I've explained to the lady up front, the first time around we get the work done, I used my insurance and paid out of pocket. Days later my tooth is sensitive and in pain over everything. Cold, hot, sweet, air. I go back for my second time to try and get this fixed AGAIN. The man was very short and rude with me the second visit. He offered to fix the tooth without any numbing agents. He said "can you take the pain for 2-3 seconds?" I'm already on the brink of tears because I have to be in this chair and do the whole process AGAIN over a mistake you made. Then you want to get short with me when you have to numb, and give me the shot again. I'm not sure if it was because it was the end of the day and you were ready to go home, or you don't like patients who have anxiety and get nervous? I feel like that's a normal thing for most people to have some fear or be nervous to go the dentist. Not to mention you kept looking at THE WRONG TOOTH. Your assistant and I had to remind you twice that it was another and the only tooth you worked on previously... I want my money back but I don't even want to call and talk to anyone from this establishment because of the experience. read more
