Dr. Saood was compassionate, understanding, and took the time to make sure I felt at ease. When I became emotional and started to cry, everyone treated me with genuine kindness, grace, and care. I am self-pay, and I was pleasantly surprised by their affordable dental membership plan, which helps significantly with costs. I will be getting a dental implant to replace a broken tooth, two fillings, and teeth whitening, and I feel confident that I am in excellent hands. The office itself is beautiful and thoughtfully designed. They even offer a comfort menu with options like weighted blankets, noise-canceling headphones, neck pillows, and other amenities to help patients relax during treatment. Most importantly, I never felt pressured or upsold on services I didn't need, which has been my experience at some other dental offices. Instead, they focused on what was best for my dental health and made me feel respected, heard, and cared for. They do seem to stand by caring for their patients completely, and it seems like my experience was simply an anomaly. -------------------- I truly wanted to have a positive experience with this practice, but unfortunately, I've had several disappointing interactions that I feel are important to share--both as a fair warning to others and in hopes that the practice may be open to resolving the concerns. 1. Lack of transparency and follow-up on payment information -- I've requested copies of the payment forms I signed eight times (once in person, multiple times by email, phone, and voicemail). Despite this, I've still not received any documentation or clear communication around fees--for orthodontic and dental work. 2. Delayed and dismissive handling of records -- After my initial visit with Dr. To, I waited nearly two weeks for answers to my follow up questions, and then decided to request my dental records so I could transition to a new provider. When I followed up today, I was asked to "be patient and wait a few weeks." This felt dismissive, especially given I am in pain and actively seeking timely care. Given the premium pricing and the promise of a holistic, patient-centered approach, I expected a higher level of service, compassion, and professionalism. Instead, I left feeling disregarded, disappointed, and disheartened. If the practice is open to making this right, I would be willing to discuss further.
