When front desk staff was asked what was it about, she just answered "I don't know what happened that time." First of all Ma'am, that's not how you deal with this type of concern. You should always offer an answer or solution to your clients. Just because you don't know what happened, it doesn't mean it's totally OK for us to pay any amount that you send us without a clear explanation. In the end, she just told us she will "adjust" the balance to zero. Second, that was a year ago & a different insurance. That is not on us in any way, we should not be dealing with this at all at this time. This may be a small amount yes, but this is out of our budget. Third, the male dental hygienist was rough on working around his teeth that he chipped one of the bridges and we still had to pay $150 for that visit. My husband already told him to be careful but he didn't. This is the main reason we are not coming back to that clinic. Also, the waiting area is dusty, seems like nobody has the time to clean it. Front desk employees are very nice and professional. As for the root canal procedure, it was painless and Dr. Mani was attentive and communication was good throughout. The only improvement I can think of is the TV screen where I was watching Netflix was too far back as I was lying down, and the headphones provided was too soft to drown out the sound of the drilling. All in all, it was a good experience. The only downside I can think of was that I had asked if they would send any difference in estimate/actual payment, and I was told yes. But I had to call in and provide all the documentation, but they immediately sent the difference back, which I appreciate. I hope I never have to come back, but if I do need another root canal in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to return. I definitely recommend this office.
