The lack of accountability and professionalism this establishment demonstrated is disgusting. When…read moreyou get there Dr. Vi is friendly and welcoming but don't let that deceive you. I usually go to a different dentist so I already knew I needed a root canal & filling, but because it's so expensive I had to wait until I had the money. However, My gums got swollen and I started experiencing really bad pain to the point where I got 0 sleep that night, so I to Dr. Vi, since I'd heard she was good. The visit went well, I explained my situation to her and informed her I would be getting the root canal as soon as the swelling went down. She told me she would send a prescription to my pharmacy and I could pick it up that day as I'd receive a notification soon. Since the pharmacy was on my way home I decided I'd wait there till my prescription was ready, after a while of not being notified about my prescription I asked the pharmacist if my prescription was ready. I was told there was no prescription for me, so I called Dr. Vi's office and was told they were busy and would send it soon. About 40 min later I still hadn't received a notification so I asked the pharmacist again & again she told me no prescription had been sent. I called Dr. Vi's office again but they had already closed WITHOUT SENDING MY PRESCRIPTION!! Still I thought I'll just take Advil all day to ease the pain until tomorrow (Friday) not knowing they were closed by 12pm and still they didn't send my prescription on Friday. THURSDAY-MONDAY I had to go through excruciating pain, I got 2 hours of sleep if I was lucky with some nights not getting any sleep at all. Finally, Monday comes around I got ZERO sleep because the pain was so bad, I had to call them 3 times till someone finally picked up. I informed the front office I needed to talk to Dr. Vi due to my last visit and excruciating pain I also let them know I had not slept the entire night. I asked to talk to the doctor because I know she has to send the prescription not the front office and therefore I felt I should talk to the Dr. .She told me she'd let the Dr. know and have her call me back. About 30 min later I get a call back from the front office again asking if i had called due to my prescription, I said yes that the Dr. hadn't sent the prescription so I hadn't been able to pick it up Thursday. She said the Dr. did send the prescription but that they would send it again (I had a feeling that was a lie because I would of gotten a notification by text if they had sent the prescription but I gave them the benefit of the doubt). Still, I was polite and said thank you. Again, the pain is excruciating so I asked my brother to pick up my prescription for me. About 45 min after my conversation with the front office he left to pick it up (took him about 15 min to get to the pharmacy so it had been about an hour). My brother calls me & tells me the pharmacist told him there was still no prescription for me. At which point I proceeded to call Dr. VI's office again, I informed her the pharmacy had not gotten my prescription yet and was told Dr. Vi still had not sent it mind you every 15 minutes I'm having to use an anesthetic I had bought to help with the pain because it is so bad. At this point I reminded her I have been in extreme pain with little to no sleep at all but she was very dismissive and even said there are people at the office also experiencing pain. I could not believe she'd been so dismissive. I told her I'm sure there is and they should be able to get their medication today so they don't have to go through what I'm going through, I've been waiting since THURSDAY with sleepless nights, and extreme pain. And I've been polite and patient but that really got to me because it seemed like she was saying my pain was not important compared to the other people that were there today. She didn't apologize and kept denying that they had forgotten to send my prescription and said they would send it "again". My brother informed me the pharmacist had checked again to see if there had been a prescription sent for me previously but there was none and she even went out of her way to check if they had sent it to the wrong Walgreens and said if they had it, would show up in their system. They had not. Finally, I get a call from Dr. VI's office telling me they had just sent the prescription, I immediately received the notification so I know they lied when they said they had sent the prescription out Thursday otherwise I would of gotten the notification. They had no empathy and I never received an apology from anyone and Dr. Vi never bothered to call me.

Love the staff here! Everyone is super nice. Karen is the BEST hygenist I've taken my daughter to…read more She did a great job of building a rapport with her and making dental procedures like cleaning and putting sealants on seem not so scary. Even when my daughter got a little overwhelmed, she was able to calm her down quickly. We had 2 visits this week for check up and sealants, both were quick and painless. I didnt expect that with a 4 year old who has had fear of dentists. Thank you, Karen! You are a rockstar. Dr. Vincent was awesome as well. He did a great job of explaining what was going on and what we should do to provide better dental care at home. They have tvs/video games in the lobby and tvs in the rooms to keep kids occupied too. You should bring your kids here!

Terrible experience. Our procedure was almost 2 hours delayed, however, they did apologise and that…read moreis not actually my complaint. Our family was referred here from our local dentist due to my 6-year-old having anxiety with dental procedures and needed further sedation than what our local dentist could offer. All the female staff we worked with were kind and patient. However, the male doctor/dentist was not patient enough to wait for her topical numbing agent to set in before he started sticking her with the needle. It was only a small swipe with the cotton swab and then poking her with the needle within the same 5-10 seconds and kept sticking her with the needle with no empathy to her screaming while she was under conscious sedative anesthesia and laughing gas. We left without finishing all the treatment. We absolutely will not be returning to this office and would never advise a parent bring their children with dental anxiety to this office to experience more trauma. This is why she has trauma of dentists in the first place.
