I always check Yelp when looking for new companies and services. I called yesterday, spoke to Cathy who was incredibly kind & helpful! She was able to get us in on this upcoming Monday so that there would be time to do the surgery as well as X-rays. The DR came in and asked me if I was sure, she was giving me a really hard time about it saying the mask would be in her way and wouldn't allow her to work effectively I Stuck to my plan and insisted, she seemed really put off. I decided to ask my husband to come sit with me. Also I do not believe the nitros was even on as it didn't help and it always has helped in the past. This time it was like breathing just extra oxygen. Let's go to the follow up. So I went in Saturday and had my extraction site looked at. Everything was fine, my husband wasn't with me at this time. The last thing she said to be is that I need to brush my tongue better as there was a black spot that was fungus. She made this diagnosis with no testing, no follow up information and walked out. I had sucked on a piece of licorice the day before because I was nauseous.however if she suspected fungus on my tongue I would think other than just brush it more would have been warranted. Oh also she almost refused to pull my tooth because I declined the $550 bone graft for the pulled tooth site. It was only after I got my husband that she seemed to halfway fix her attitude. Also she barely left the topical anesthetic on to help with the pain of the shoes and then gave me a shot in the roof of my mouth with no topical. She's a sadist. I would never recommend them to anyone.

She seemed kind of judgmental, even made the comment, "sorry for assuming, most people can tell what I am pointing at" when I asked for clarification on an image. I thought that was very rude. She didn't go over the procedure very much, or seem to want to answer my questions. At the end of my visit, I did not feel comfortable putting my dental care in her hands. The only nice person there was Ana who took my appointment, and the assistant who did my x-rays. They do not offer any kind of financing, nor do they do any kind of cash discounts or payment plans. So if you are a cash patient, I recommend going elsewhere.

I was aware that other dentists at the clinic were in-network for me, but I was never given the name of the oral surgeon before the procedure. I was assured that he was in-network for my insurance, which was the only reason I had my procedure done here. However, after my claim was filed, I was informed that he was out-of-network. So what would have been a $300+ out-of-pocket cost for me ended up being $1600+. I hope nobody else will have similar experiences.

They did great quality work. However with the new dentist can't get a simple filling done right here. I also observed other patients with similar issues/ complaints with the dental work while there. I will say staff was friendly. Unfortunately I will not be returning and will be finding a new dentist for the family. I would not recommend this place now with the new staff because of my experience. I believe when you go to a dentist and they work in your mouth they have a professional obligation and responsibility and must meet that.
