Came here for a cleaning and really enjoyed the atmosphere. Check in and patient forms were easy to fill out, and I was seen fairly quickly after arrival. I think that's important to note because there have been many times where I've shown up for an appointment at other dentistries and I still have to wait 30-45 minutes after my appointment time. They have a clean waiting area and beverages to quench your thirst while waiting. Technology here is top notch from iPad for patient forms to advance X-ray machines for teeth. I also enjoyed the Netflix in the rooms - it was nice entertainment while I had my cleaning. Angela took care of me today and she was very personable and patient. I had to take my jewelry off for the X-ray and she even helped me with taking the jewelry off and putting it back on. Doctor was very informative and kind & did not push any services on me that I wasn't ready for. Really just told me my options and what she recommended for consideration. I value transparency and definitely felt like I received this here. My father in law was feeling pain for about a week, and so I decided to take him. Plenty of parking and easy to locate. Simple, clean and chic decorations with complimentary refreshment. The front desk was nice and we filled out the some paperwork. About 10 minutes later the dental assistant took my father inside the room for x-rays. The room had two TV (fancy!) and Dr Sung was very informative and explained in the term that I would understand and also show pictures on the TV screen. Turn out it was a crack tooth that led to an infection of the gum. Everyone here was nice and provide such great service, I definitely will be coming back! read more

Dr. William Sung and his staff are AMAZING. I was refer by a co-workers. Yes with an S, more than 1 co worker. I had to get an root canal. I am truly scared of the dentist. I don't know why. My heart would always beat very fast. Grand Mission office is top notch. First I love that he has a flat screen tv in front of u and once u lay down there is another flat screen on top. This will help u stare at the tv to keep your mind off of the crazy dentistry noises in your mouth. You won't be staring at the dentist goggles/clear glasses. This is a BRILLIANT idea. 1st time I was there, Jill was the front desk & biller. She very nice, made me feel very welcome & explain the charges. Sandra the dental assistant was "phenomenon". She made me feel very relax. The 1st time here will be X-rays and examination. Dr. Sung was so caring and explain everything so detail. He gave me options on want kind of medication that can assist me with my nervous issue. 2 week later, I came in for my root canal procedure. I decided to use the laughing gas & he numb gums before he start the root canal procedure. I think the procedure took about 75 mins. I did not feel any pain. I was extreme relax. I was on cloud 9. But still know what was going on. He put a temporary crown on the root canal tooth. 3 weeks later I came back for my crown. The molding did not fit well, so Dr. Sung refit me for a new crown molding. He wanted to make sure his work is done correctly & perfectly. That shows how he care about his patient. I came back 3 weeks after the 3rd visit. Crown fit perfectly. This time a new dental assistant was there to assist Dr. Sung. KC was very nice & knowledgeable for being new. Took about 40 mins. From the beginning to the end, Dr. Sung & his staff treats their patient "FANTASTIC". Customer service is great. Office is very clean and modern. Doctor & Staffs are amazing & caring. Extremely friendly. Dr. Sung wife " Tammy Tam Nguyen" also work there as a pediatric dentist. Doesn't matter how far u live. Do not bring anyone with special needs to this dentist he will talk down to you and your child. My daughter is on 5 medications for epilepsy that destroys your gums per every other Dr, orthodontist and dentist however he did not take the time to read her chart. She also has other disabilities that impair her cognitive ability so instead of understanding anything I was lectured on her hygiene. She is clean, clothes clean and teeth brushed daily. There's a tv in front of dental chair while waiting for dentis to come. My husband and I go to a different clinic before but when our toddler is ready for a dental check-up, we brought him here. They were very friendly and patient with him. Since then, my whole family come here. The clinic is very clean and welcoming. There is no wait at all. They give enough time in between appointments so you don't have to wait for your turn. You will get attended to as soon as you get in. Everyone here is very professional and efficient especially Viviana who greets you as soon as you get in. They have big tv monitors inside the rooms where you can watch Netflix. There is even a monitor above your head so you can continue watching even if you are lying flat on your back while they do their dental procedure. Highly recommended! read more

First off, I can not thank Grand Mission Dentistry enough. My wisdom tooth was a difficult mission that A LOT of dentistry offices declined to do the service. Which required an orthodontist and that alone is a lot of money. Doctor William Sung is the real deal and I am grateful that he decided to put GMD here by my house because I will never ever go to any dentistry ever again. The staff is awesome and they are very very caring and I especially want to thank assistant Viviana for making me feel at ease and for being there to the end making sure I was ok.
