My whole family has been coming to KRB Dentistry for years. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Dr. Bari has handled the braces on my 2 oldest and we are now starting on my little one. When Dr. Bari first evaluated my 7yr old for an expander she took one look at her and asked me if I ever had her tonsils and adenoids looked at. She suggested that I take her to our pediatrician and ask questions, which I did (that very same day). I was referred to an ENT Doctor and 2 weeks later my 7yr old got her tonsils and adenoids removed. If it wasn't for Dr Bari to have noticed the black circles under my daughters eyes, the way she breathed and the problems with her teeth and gums I would have never thought to ask. When speaking to the ENT doctor I learned that my daughter was a mouth breather, which was the reason for her snoring, the reason why her teeth grew outwards and the reason she gave me hell in the mornings to get up (with the lack of airflow, she wasn't getting enough sleep at night). Since her tonsils and adenoids have been removed, she has made many improvements including better eating habits and attitude. Thank you Dr. Bari for caring so much and being the BEST at what you do! They constantly overbook leaving there patients waiting hours past their appointment time. I am a working parent who often take extended lunches to be able to have my children seen. I expect them to be seen in a timely manner. No parent has hours to waste away due to over booking. It's unacceptable and won't be tellorated. On top of that the front desk staff is not very friendly definitely plan on moving to a new dentist asap. The only option they give is to reschedule you to further inconvenience you gas is way to high...to be playing with my time and money. If You are looking for a kid friendly practice that doesn't leave you waiting for hours highly professional I would Recommend RODEO DENTAL usually no wait time if so the call in advance to set the proper expectation for you and your time. read more

every single time i come i always wait well over an hour, after my scheduled appointment time. i get sometimes you run behind but this is ridiculous EVERY TIME is not acceptable. her excuse was that they were short staffed. but yet it happens every time i come? there was another lady in the lobby complaining she waited well over an hour as well. you would think as professionals you would make an announcement to the lobby they're running behind or short staffed. my appointment was at 3:15 they didn't see me until after 4 then proceeded to not finish my service and told me to come back the following morning because she didn't have enough time to finish me today because she had someone else? i think if i am here before someone else you should finish me before the next client? if they would of saw me at my appointment time.. 3:15, they would of had enough time to service me, that's not my fault and i shouldn't have to come back because you over book yourself. just ridiculous and the lady at the front desk accepting payments was all in my business asking why i hadn't came back sooner and that she should "charge me more" because it's been awhile since i'd seen them. joking or not you don't know someone situation and shouldn't be asking personal questions just take my payment and go. read more

Because of that she takes care of you from start to finish with honesty and transparency. The staff and assistants match the leadership of Dr. Bari. They're super friendly making sure you're comfortable as well as knowledgeable in answering any questions. Front desk is always courteous in scheduling appointments and handling all things related to insurance and payments. The office is upgraded, spacious, clean and inviting. They have a separate wing for children which has a play area and each room is decorated in a fun and creative way to capture their attention away from the dental work. Our family dentist, who I and my husband have been going to since we were babies, unfortunately retired due to a medical condition so I had to find a new dentist. I didn't know where to start since I didn't know any others. My friends have recommended KRB and even my husband came here one time to have work done and said they were great with kids. I hesitated for a long time before switching dentist but unfortunately my daughter started having pain in her tooth and I couldn't put it off any longer and my other girls were due for checkups so it worked out great. I called them Thursday and they were able to fit all three in at 11am on Friday.. Getting there the environment felt very friendly and welcoming! Got there at 10:51am and it only took 15 mins for paperwork(just because I have three girls to fill out) and only took 15 mins before they called us back. The tech who took us first was just great making my girls feel welcome. He did their Xrays and had us waiting for the dentist to come and see them. I especially love the fact that they were so patient with the kids and did everything possible to make them feel comfortable.. The Dentist was great giving them checkups and I usually dont trust no one else with my kids but they did excellent and I especially love the fact that I could be back there with all three of them and my oldest daughter who even had treatment that SAME DAY! That's a rarity that I didn't have to come back and be seen another day for all the work she needed done. It didn't take long for the treatment to be done and at the end they were given a Free ice cream cone or cookie voucher for Chick-Fil-A and balloons. Also got to choose a prize from the treasure box at the end and got a baggie of toothpaste, floss and a toothbrush to take home. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND KRB dentistry! read more

Oh man, where to begin. Every time I go for a checkup I get a different assistant and I don't know where they hire these people but every single one of them was absolutely delightful. The staff is so friendly and accommodating, the office is beautifully designed and the doctors are professional and pay attention to the small details. The dentist I see is Dr. Bari, and I may be bias, but she is THE best. The energy and compassion she brings into the room with her is just uplifting. She's such a wonderful dentist and her attention to detail is perfect. The whole offices's commitment to doing an excellent job really shows. The best thing about this place?
