He removed the dent so it's flawless. The paint is a tri-coat process; he made sure that, too, was perfect. The best, though, is that René and his wife, Jolene, are a team whose family-owned business, Epic Dent Pros, is dedicated to delivering the highest quality work product at a more than reasonable price. Their ethics are above reproach. Jolene's communication throughout the process was second to none, after René provided a detailed bid, she advised me of his progress until completion.
