Reply to Mr. Myke's update: He is correct that I did not want to bring my car anywhere near him or his company, but it was not to take advantage of him. It was because I no longer wanted his company to have an opportunity to potentially cause additional harm to my car. I also just wanted to get it fixed as I hated looking at it to the point I did not want to drive it anymore. I love driving my GT-R and did not spend quite a bit of money just to hate looking at it and driving it. I also did mention in my text that the car was covered and protected the first time the rocker panels were painted in the wrong color. I was so upset with the fact that they were black and the car looked terrible I ended up going in the house and not coming out until they were the correct color so I am not sure if he ended up covering the car again, I assume he did, or if he used the same cover and that had some clear that transferred. I am not a paint expert so I have no idea about any of this. I refer to the expertise of professionals I trust like my detail guy. Hindsight being 20/20 it was probably not the best day to be painting my car in the driveway due to the wind. Point is, I am not sure what happened as I do not remember seeing anything until the haze on the hood was pointed out to me after a performance shop washed the car after installing parts and more was pointed out to me a couple of weeks later when I got it washed at my normal place that is familiar with my car. I had no clue what it was. I had discussed getting my car color corrected and clear bra'd at C&C and had a consultation with a detailer. He wrote down everything that he saw was wrong and nothing in his notes indicated the haziness that was in many places on the car. He gave me a price quote based upon that and it was quite a few thousand dollars, which is about average for that type of work from my research. Mr. Myke is correct in that he did not hear from me for about 5 days. I dropped the car off at my detailers shop on Wednesday and did not hear from him until today. I was told the car would be at the shop until the Friday after next, so I did not expect to hear from him until then. When I dropped off the car he anticipated that it would only be a few hours worth of work to clean up the overspray when he saw it on Wednesday and asked me to reach out to Mr. Myke and let him know that it was clear coat overspray that was most likely from the last time I had the car painted (which makes sense, as where else would my car have received overspray from clear coat? To my knowledge the two shops that had the car after the side skirt repair do not paint in their facilities). Mr. Myke offered me a $25 discount for my troubles since I was unable and not willing to bring the car to him to look at it. My detailer told me to not worry about it that I was already spending enough money with him and he would just throw the few hours in for free instead of having to deal with Mr. Myke again, but he did not anticipate 15 additional hours. This is the point where hindsight being 20/20 I should have probably taken it to Mr. Myke so he does not jump to conclusions and think I am trying to take advantage of him, as he stated in his post. I was just so upset with the way the car looked and just wanted it fixed as soon as possible that I decided to just have it fixed since it was apparently not going to cost me anything anyway. I get back today and the detailer asks me to come to the shop. I get there and he shows me the photos and tells me how long it has taken him to clean up the overspray and it was right around 15 hours and not 3 as he had estimated. That is when he asked me to reach out to Mr. Myke to see if anything could be done. Mr. Myke and his business partner were not very understanding to say the least as I anticipated, but I will say they were always respectful and did hear me out before they replied. So I do appreciate and respect that. My detailer is a really good guy that understands what good customer service should be and after hearing Mr. Myke's business partner's reply to me on the phone he decided to waive the entire amount for cleaning up the clear coat, which was around $1800. He just asked that I still work on discussing with Mr. Myke and provide the photos and an offer to speak to the detailer around it. After rounds and rounds of text messages it became clear that Mr. Myke was not up for any of that and just wanted me to go away, so I never even mentioned it as it seemed pointless. I of course informed the detailer as to my decision here and he agreed with it. I am done arguing with Mr. Myke over this as it is completely pointless. I wish him all the best as he does do really good work on the repairs, but something clearly went wrong here and neither of us handled it very well. It appears we both leave this situation very unhappy with each other and no way to repair that. read more

I didnt get my scratches repaired by these guys, but I will write a review anyways, because they were honest with me. I called them for an estimate and they replied quickly with a great price. They sent someone out the next day and after taking a look at my bumper, he told me that he didnt feel he could do a great job on it due to the size and location of the scratches, even though they were minor. He recommended some places for me to take it and did not pressure me in order to make a sale. I appreciated his honesty and would definitely call or recommend these guys to everyone out there. Their response time was ridiculously fast and based on what everyone else has said on here, you wont be disappointed. read more

I'm very pleased with the repair work done, with the responsiveness and with the price requested. This is a valuable business ran with full customer awareness. Thank you and great job! read more

Had used this type of service before and the finished work was as expected. To be completely honest and nothing personal but I'd suggest that the technician not park his car in the middle of the customer's driveway (especially with plenty of street parking). I was a little surprised because I've recently had several services and deliveries to my house and no one (except large furniture delivery and they even asked first) parked right in the middle of my driveway. Not professional in my opinion but more so, kind of a douchie move. Other than my elderly parents....well you get my point. Do you park in the middle of the driveway when you visit a friend? The following comment applies to the three 5 star rated companies that I contacted (I went with the first available appointment). It's a hassle setting up the appointment - email, text, send pictures, voicemail, call, return call. I understand it's a mobile service but I would have saved time and energy driving to a business. The cost is too high. Job = $130. The tech spent less than 5 mins tapping out dent. Literally. Other two estimates were about the same. Next time, I'm going to shop around more, be patient with waiting for appointment time, and negotiate estimate after tech looks at the job in-person. read more

Great communication. Excellent work. Competitive price. Super convenient. I highly recommend these guys! I would definitely utilize their services again... just not any time soon. I'm sure you'll understand ;P read more

Just wanted to update my review to express my appreciation for Mike the owner to reach out and offer any further assistance, as my first review and experience was under par. Thank You Mike for your continued professionalism and integrity! Good for you for polishing up your front lines! Now that's a business man! Customer service is number one, and you get it! I will be sure to refer this company to anyone! read more

I had a road rage incident a few weeks ago, where I was on the road and the other dude had the rage. He ended up throwing something at my car, and made a good dent. I emailed Myke some pictures, and he responded quickly and off business hours to setup a time and a reasonable price. Myke and his assistant came out to my place to fix the dent. He was very professional, and worked for the better part of an hour to get the ding out. He was able to pull out the majority of the ding, but it didn't meet his high standard and he graciously didn't charge me for the removal. I watched him at work, and it really is artistry that he does. To be able to manipulate metal the way he does is inspiring. It's rare to see a businessman that isn't always trying to rip you off. Myke is an honest guy that has a high standard. Few and far between. I'll be using Myke without a doubt on the next ding. read more

Had my bumper repaired. Unbelievable work. It's like new! Right on time and great attitude.

John came out to my home to work on a couple dents in some weird spots on my car. He was incredibly honest and fair and he acted with a lot of humility as I picked his brain about his profession out of sheer curiosity. I would highly recommend Dent Time because of the quick response time, professionalism, and no hassle job performed. read more

These Guys are AWESOME!, they are Fast, affordable and so legit!. They don't mess around with dents because you can not even tell my car had dents when it was done! took less than half an hour and my car looked great! you cant even tell there was any work done. I hesitated when he said he had to drill a small hole in the side door to get to a dent, but he made it look clean and not noticiable at all! I had to ask him to show me where he drilled, that's how stealthy it is! These guys are great! A+ and definitely worth it and within your budget! read more

Just picked up a 1997 528i BWM that was in pretty good condition, however it had a few dings and scratched in in. Before the sale another dent guy took a look at it and did some work however Myke had to finish the job this other dent tech left behind. I mentioned that my car was in pretty good condition however now my 14 year old Bimmer is in mint condition. I guess the moral of the story is: Get it done right the first time and go to Myke. Huge thanks Myke. read more

Jonathan was a dent WIZARD! It truly looks like it never happened! He exceeded our expectations and I have already been referring people to Dent Time and he just left a few hours ago! The entire process was so quick and easy and their quote was super reasonable! Thanks for saving me big as my car is leased and I would have paid big time if I returned it with the dents. read more

What an amazing experience! I was all flustered when I was hit and had to do a repair for the dent- I did not have the time with work and such to go get a quote, then so get the repair. I am so glad that I contacted Myke and his team. As soon as I texted him pictures of the damage, he came back with an estimate that stayed true the entire time. It was a great price for the service and efficiency. I messaged him Thursday and he said that he could make it to my house on Monday. I was slightly nervous at first because the car is a lease so I knew it had to be perfect, and it was. The repair turned out amazing- better than it had looked before the dent! And I was so relieved with the customer service and care that they took. I appreciate the swift and professional job. read more

Just finished up with Jonathan, couldn't be happier with his work on my car! He showed up right on time and only took him maybe 30 minutes to get my dent out of my trunk. It was in a weird spot that made things difficult but he did such a good job for how bad it was. I'll post before and after photos on the page of my Scion tC! Other places estimated over $900 to fix it, another said $350, but Jonathan did it for $250 and more than happy with how that went. Even buffed out the paint and everything. Fantastic work Jonathan, thank you! read more

I had about a dime-sized dent on the side of my stainless steel refrigerator. I googled and found the DIY solution of heating/cooling with dry ice that was supposed to make the dent pop out--it never made a difference. I called many dent specialists and was told time after time that they couldn't do anything like this. I called Mike at Dent Time, he was confident that he could help and offered to come over the next day (a Saturday no less). Within an hour he had removed the dent 100% perfectly. I couldn't be more overjoyed with the final result--as if it was never there in the first place. He is a super nice guy and I recommend him and his services highly. read more

I recently pulled a little too close to the carport pole and called the guys at Dent Time. They were able to come to my office and get almost the whole dent out in just a few hours. There was a little miscommunication about the price but they gave me the yelp discount and their prices were very affordable for the work that was done. read more

Everything about Dent Time surpassed my lofty expectations. They communicate well with the customer and were able to see me on rather short notice. Jonathan was the tech who worked on my car and his work is excellent. He was punctual, professional, has a great deal of expertise and a great attitude to go with it. I enjoyed having him around and would request him again, if I needed to. Although contacting Dent Time is not something I'd want to be doing in the future for obvious reasons, they'll definitely earn my highest recommendation to my friends and family. read more

Myke / Dent Time does amazing work! He's a plastic surgeon of dents! I'm in the automotive industry working with exotic vehicles on a daily basis and I've been using Myke for paintless dent removal for over 20 years. He is a master of his craft. His work is second to none. I've seen paintless dent removal work performed by other technicians that claim to be pros but their work is no where close to the work performed by Myke / Dent Time. I've recently had him repair a dent on a body line on the fender of my Lexus that almost seemed impossible to repair. I was afraid that it had to go to a body shop to get repaired/repainted but he was able to remove it completely. Thanks again to Myke / Dent Time! read more

Very awesome and prompt repair. Myke Toledo performed a perfect repair on my Mazda 3 on the lower half of my door. He showed up right on time and didn't take longer than 90 mins. Very courteous and professional! I can't even notice where the damage was. I will definitely repeat. read more

I got in touch with Dent Time and loved how they were able to give me a quote through text message. It was really convenient even though my pictures didn't really do justice since the day of my appointment, I was told I'd need to get the piece replaced rather than fixed. I really respected Jonathan. He was very knowledgable and wanted me to be happy rather than do his job and take my money. He explained the risk of having the part fixed (as originally planned) rather than replaced. I hope to never have another problem with my car again, but if needed, I will be getting back in touch with this company! read more

First time use Dent time and the results are good. Professional mobile repair service. Emailed Myke a few times to get the estimates and scheduled an appointment today. Myke and his partner, Jose, do what they said and say only what they can achieve. Both front and rear bumpers have scratches and Jose finished in 2 hours to make my car look like brand new. Quality of work is satisfied. read more

Let my tell you. I received a deep dent on my Lexie, I LOVE my car and that dent bugged the hell out of me. I took it to my dealership and they freaked me out with the price. So I took it to my friends body shop and they suggest me to go see dent time, because they would have to repaint whole trunk and blend the quarter panel for color matching. So I called dent time and I was asked to email them a photo. I took 2 pictures and within a half hour Mike called me with a price. We scheduled an appointment for next day. I was amazed by his knowledge and professionalism. Dent came out simply flawless. Excellent service, convenient & fast online estimate and great deal. I couldn't be happier, I saved my original paint and had my car fixed in one day instead of week in the body shop. Not to mention a lot of money. I highly recommend Dent Time. It was so worth it. read more

So far I am impressed. Some turd hit my car some time back with (I'm guessing) a shopping cart and left 3 nice little dents in my door. The dealership wanted to charge me over $700; another paintless dent removal place said $350. Then I found this place...thank you yelp. I called and spoke to Mike who said I could text the photos to him. In just a few short minutes I had a quote from him for a great amount and they will come to me. I have my appointment tomorrow to make my car all pretty again while I sit at work. Awesome. I will be sure to put in another review when the work is done. Yay! Next day: I met with Abel in the parking lot at my office. He saw the 3 dents and mentioned the position of those dents could make it difficult to remove since they were so close to the edge of the door where it folds out. But he was able to get the dents out. Yay. He was unable to get the paint buffed out though so I still have 3 white marks. Not yay. I paid $145. I was quoted $165 with the dent removal and paint buffed. I received a $20 discount for mentioning I saw them on yelp. I guess I should have haggled since he wasn't able to get the paint buffed. So I'm a little bummed and feel like I paid more than I should have since the job was not completed to my full satisfaction. But the dents are gone. So I gave 4 stars instead of 5. Darn paint. Darn doodie head with the shopping cart. read more

Heard of Dent Time through yelp; sent a message to their number for a quote. Sent a few pics from different angles in good lighting and got an immediate quote. Also had a $20 coupon, too. Mike confirmed the appointment and location, and showed up a bit early. He was done with the work with excellent results after 80 minutes. Looks like new. He also accepts credit cards via Square, so no need to cut a check. Will definitely use their service again; Mike gave me another coupon for their services. Hopefully, I won't need it again. But if I do, I'll definitely call Dent Time. read more

This is my second time using Dent Time services. Myke is very responsive on text and gave me an estimate from pictures I sent him which was great! I guess Myke only does paintless repairs so Jose came out to fix a dent and scratch I had in my rear bumper. He was on time, very courteous and professional. He went to work right away. A picture is worth a thousand words so you can see my before and after. I will definitely use Dent Time again but hopefully I won't need to. Thanks Myke and Jose! read more

I am a proud owner of a MKIV Twin Turbo Toyota Supra that only has about 36k miles on it. I rarely drive the car and it spends most of it's time locked away under a cover in the garage. Unfortunately my wife and kids don't appreciate the car as much as I do. So after removing the cover one day I was floored when I noticed a couple of dings on the side of my car. They were from my wife and kids getting in and out of her car :- ( !!! So after going through a few days of deep depression I started doing research. I decided to call Dent Time because they have a been around awhile, had excellent reviews, and a bunch of videos on Youtube. They were at my house promptly and were very professional. When Myke saw my car and knew what kind of car it was, I knew I was in good hands. He's also a car nut and could understand my pain. If I were to get the dings removed at a body shop they would have had to do body and paint work which would have negatively affected the value of my car. So after thirty minutes of surgery by Dr. Myke my car was back to new and 100% ding free!!! I could feel the weight of the world lifted off my shoulders!!! Just to give you an idea in the past 8 years of ownership I have not let anyone work on my car. I don't even trust the Toyota dealership for an oil change!!! I do every service myself. So letting someone else put their hands on my beloved Supra was not easy. But Myke and Dent Time have earned my life long business and loyalty!! So in the end Dent Time not only fixed my dings for only $120.00. But they cured my depression and possibly saved my marriage (J/k honey, if you read this). read more

Awesome experience and Jonathan (Jon) did a fantastic job in less then 45 minutes. Easy and automated process from explore phase to quote, scheduling and completion. While this is not a cheap service, I was, in my personal case better off then going to a body shop which would have double if not triple the price I paid for this quick repair (and without the hassle of being without a car for few days). In recap, 1st class service and extremely happy with the end results. Thank you! Jean-Claude read more

Jonathan was excellent. Called DentTime right when they opened and my car was fixed by lunch. Only took Jonathan about 15mins to remove this tiny dent (which was in a hard to reach spot). 10/10 would use again. Thanks Jonathan!!! read more

The technician arrived on time, looked at the dent, then asked to see the text where they had quoted the price. He then apologized saying that the quote was too low for the amount of damage. He explained that the job would actually cost 2 to 3 times the quoted price. We discussed insurance options and he left. He was polite and friendly, was available the very next day after I sent the photos, and I felt confident he could have done a good job. Sadly, he left with no work completed and I had to keep looking for another shop. read more

I cannot agree more with the 5 star reviews. For any body ding and dent, their craftsmanship is top notch. For most of my dings this time are "easy" fixes, so the fix was quick, around an hour or less. My friends were customers back in 2002, and their work was super even back then. I'm a returning customer myself and will be using them in the future. read more

So someone accidentally backed into my wife's 2012 Dodge Charger R/T. Put a small, but annoying dent in the drivers side rear passenger door. Body shop wanted a grip of money to fix with no guarantee that the fix would be less visible than the small dent. Decided to just live with the annoying dent until a friend told me about Dent Time. Checked out the reviews and decided to give it a go. So today, Dec. 5th, Jonathon shows up and knocks it out of the park...bye bye annoying dent. Have to say Jonathon was a super cool dude and is a true craftsman with how he was able to manipulate the metal back to original form. Thank you again! read more

I recently had Dent Time repair a medium-sized dent in the rear corner of my Hyundai Kona. I was able to schedule a mobile visit within 3 days, and even though they needed to adjust the scheduled time of my appt, Dent Time stayed in excellent communication with me. Tech Tim even arrived a few minutes early. He explained Plan A and Plan B (if necessary) for repairing the dent. I approved and he ended up having to go with B. The work was done within about 80 minutes, and I was very satisfied. You can't even tell there was a dent. And the price came in at the very low end of the estimate. And their estimate was the lowest of 3 I received. Others may be equally good, but based on my good expeirence, I'll call Dent Time if there is a next time for their services. read more

My husband's car was vandalized over the weekend. Our vehicle was keyed on the drivers door and kicked in on the passenger door. We took it to some local body shops but they wanted way too much money not to mention 5-7 days to keep our vehicle. Since we both work and don't have a third vehicle, it would have been a huge inconvenience. I found Dent Time online and wow! I emailed them some photos and right away I had a quick quote like they mentioned (great website too!), within 22 minutes I had a reply back that was $700 cheaper than the body shops. The following day, we scheduled to have them come out. Within 3 1/2 hours! No Kidding, our vehicle was brand new! No dents, no key scratches! Super service and excellent quality! My husband could not believe his eyes! If you want to save lots of money and real time, call Dent Time. read more

I had a small crease in my front fender that was driving me insane. Called Myke on the recommendation of others, as well as reviews here. Myke got back to my quote request promptly, was able to schedule an appointment very quickly, and arrived exactly when expected. I'm one of those curious types who likes to see the type of work people do, which didn't seem to bother him too much. It is apparent that Myke's skill and attention to detail are top notch - the end results speak for themselves. I've looked at the car over and over and cannot tell there was ever a dent at all. Absolutely fantastic work. Myke also found a couple smaller dents on the other side of my car that I hadn't noticed and repaired those too. Awesome! I am very pleased with Myke's skill, communication, punctuality, and professionalism. I will use his service again without hesitation should the need arise. read more
