I am really impressed with Dent Time's customer service. My first appointment was at my home. When John arrived and looked at the dent he said due to the dent location they needed to use tools they only had in the shop and even then it would be a tough dent to completely repair. I wasn't surprised because it was a nasty dent. After taking it into their shop I was again told it was a tough dent to make perfect but they would try. Long story short they were able to make it significantly better, but not perfect so they didn't charge me more than my initial $100 deposit. I hope to never need to have another dent removed but if I do I'm definitely going back to Dent Time. read more
