Safi, the owner, did a fatastic job from the quote through the repair and even paid for 4 days of my car rental due to Tesla being slow to ge t the parts for the repair. There was extensive damage to the front right with the bumber, headlight, sensors and under the car. Safi kept in constant communication letting me know the status of all stages of getting parts, repair and time lines. With his help the car insurance, from the accident, was able to pay more than I expected to get. If you look through my reviews I initially went to a shop that my insurance company recommended and they gave an estimate that included replacing things that were not even an option on my vehicle and gave an estimate that made the insurance company declare my car a total loss. The damage was cosmetic but enough that I wanted it fixed. From the moment I met with Safi it was like a boulder was lifted from my shoulders. He was very patient and helpful. He explained the entire process of the reiregistration process and said he would help me navigate the paperwork and inspections that will be required. My car is 18 years old but I have taken good care of it so the engine should last a while longer. Imagine my surprise when I picked up my car and he looked better than he did before the accident? He looked like new! I can honestly say Safi treated me like a sibling making sure the car was the best it could be. He was very mindful of pricing and advised against getting things done that would cost too much and were not necessary. His staff even noted that one of my brake lights was out as I was leaving and he took care of that as well. He takes pride in his work and will not let you drive away if your car does not look like new. You don't find people who are so meticulous in their attention to detail and desire to provide a high quality outcome.
