This is the third time I have brought a car into DD. This was my Acura; due for a good wax and I threw in a complete detailing as a present to myself. After 35,000 miles and a wife and grandkid who use it like a pickup truck, I did not expect it to look like brand new, but, by golly, they did it. New car - Someone slammed their door into my door - Wham! 2 Big dents, one through a body crease, really deep and the other one looked like it scratched through the clear coat. I didn't think this could be fixed without Bondo and a repaint. But Dent Dynamics made it look like new. I even know where the dents were and it's hard for me to find what little tell tale signs remain. The paint is even still perfect. 1/3rd the cost of a body shop. I recently got a door ding in my truck and decided to go check out dent dynamics. My mom and brother both went there with multiple dents in there vehicles. When they got there vehicles back you couldn't see where the dents were. I went there and the lady at the counter quoted me 130 dollars for one dent. She said that they could work on my vehicle that day. I told her that my mom and brother both got there dents out there (hoping for a discount) and she rudely replied was that's why she could remove my dents today. Ok. I sat down and waited. I then remembered that I had two small dings in my tailgate approximately 1 inch apart from each other. I asked if she could have the guy remove those and she again rudely said they didn't have time for that because they would have to remove my tailgate. Ok, no actually you wouldn't have to remove the tailgate. She said she would look at the tailgate and never did. She then quoted me an additional 30 dollars a "pop" for the tailgate. I said 30 dollars each? She stared at me and again rudely said " a pop" I told her I wanted me keys back and I was leaving. She asked why I was leaving and I told her that her attitude sucked and that she was rude. She was shocked I said that. I told her if her attitude was a lot better and if she didn't act like I was inconveniencing the company that maybe I would get work done there. Needless to say I will not be going back there and I would recommend people to go somewhere else. Rudeness will not get you anywhere in life and it certainly will not make you any money. read more

I heard so many good things about this place I finally thought i'd take it in. Daniel gave me a reasonable quote and I made an appointment for a week later. The day I arrived the lady at the front said I had no appointment I gave her my quote and she found my appointment which was not written on the calendar. She said to leave my car they would fit me in that day and to come back four hours later. I come back four hours later and car has not even been moved. Lady is in a panick looking for another customers lost keys and complaining about her job. I had it, I asked for my keys and lady tells me if i'm not on the calendar they would not get to me. This place is so chaotic and unorganized. Would rather spend the extra bucks elsewhere to get the job done. read more

My freshly painted Harley fuel tank was damaged by FedEx during shipment back from my painter (and they denied the insurance claim as usual). So instead of filling the dents and incurring the expense of having the tank repainted I took the tank to a local PDR guy near where I live in Colorado. The local guy had my tank for 5 weeks and could not remove the dents for various reasons. So I decided to have a custom shipping container with molded foam made and shipped the tank to Daniel in Santa Rosa. Daniel was able to remove all traces of the dents and charged me about half of what my local guy wanted to charge me. Total round-trip time for the repair and shipping back to my door was 9 days. Needless to say, I am extremely happy with how this turned out after being so frustrated with FedEx and the local PDR guy. Daniel does amazing work. He and his assistant Toni were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were very confident, reassuring and professional during the process, which is exactly what I needed after my experiences. I drove up from San Francisco because I was convinced that these people are artists and they take their work seriously. For a reasonable price two large dents were removed from a motorcycle tank. It was an original paint 1959 and keeping it original was very important. They did not fail me. I don't think removing dents without using filler is easy and although others attempt to do the work, dent dynamics will do a better job. Drive up, it's worth it! read more

I went in one afternoon to get an estimate for a dent in the back of my car. Waited about 10 minutes but nobody was around except for someone in the back office. Finally the guy who works at the auto detailing shop next door came over. He told me the owner wasn't in and the woman who works in the office was at lunch. He offered to take a couple pictures and get my information which he would pass on. After taking the photos we went back into the office. While I was writing down my contact information, a woman comes walking in behind me. No greeting at all, just says, 'No, we can't do it.' The guy helping me seemed surprised and started to question her and she just shut him down. Left very disappointed. It is a shame the owner wasn't in, maybe my experience would have been different. Contacted another dent removal business and in 2 hours the damage was repaired better than I expected and the work was done at my workplace. read more

Drove up in the morning.... a guy walked up and told me the expensive option (insurance claim) or the cheap option (get touch-up paint from the dealership and bring it back for a quick and easy fix). Anyways, I decided to just go for the cheap option. Shady business changed paperwork that I signed to try and make me pay. Lady at front desk told me they could get the dent completely out. I asked again cause I have a 2015 subaru and I want it to be perfect so I wasnt going to spend $130 for just a possibility. She reassured me that they could get it out so I let them do the work. When I went to pick the car up there was still a dimple not much but the dent was still there she told me that was the best they could do and if I had a problem talk to the guy in charge the one that did the work. So I did and he said thats the best he could do and if I wanted it perfect they would have to wet sand the dent and have the hood polished but that would be more money. I told him no and he said that we never tell customers 100% guarantee on dent removal and my options were wet sand or put the dent back into the car and refund my money. He then went into the office and added a 95% the paperwork saying look you agreed that there was a possibility they couldnt get the dent all the way out. I then looked at my paper and there was no 95% he had just added it he then continued to throw my money at me and walked away. read more
