Went in to see about getting some scratches removed and he simply cleaned them until you could barely see them. Never charged me a dime! Next time I'll take him a real dent! read more

Best of the best. For about twenty years now, I have had all of my vehicles taken in to brothers Daniel and Aaron to have dents removed from them. My nine year old Lexus RX 330 SUV, with 160,000 miles on it still looks brand new. I drive 100 miles from Laytonville for this work, as there are no comparable companies which have all of the skills, qualifications, experience, and equipment to do this work. There is no sanding of the paint, and the work is done quickly and efficiently. In one instance they removed five dings from my vehicle. I don't know what I would do without these services and of this quality. I am a perfectionist and they also appear to have that trait. read more

This guys are amazing and can save you a ton of dough compared to conventional body shop methods. They can remove dents in your car without harming the factory paint and they can do it while you wait. You will be amazed at what they can fix stop by for an estimate. read more

I couldn't be happier with the results. I was skeptical about paint-less dent removal, I was concerned I'd still be able to see where the dent was after the work was done. Not so! Looks as if it never happened. And fast, after looking at the dent for months it was gone in less than an hour. read more

I spent a great deal of time in the Auto body industry working on a variety of vehicles including of course my own. The owner took extra time out to make sure the several dings and dents were taken care of beyond my expectations. This is the second time we have been at this location and we are extremely pleased with the price and quality of their work. Fast and efficient we live in a day where your car is a target if you are out in a shopping center. Thanks much guys you do great work! read more

Best dent repair business in the area! Scott, the owner, is very personable and does an awesome job at what he does!

What an awesome job Dan! Can't even tell there was a door dent. I definitely will be bringing in my car to get the dent out.

If you care about your car and want to take it to someone you can trust to do a great job, take it to Dent Dynamics. Their work is outstanding. They under-promise and over-deliver. Now that's a great way to do business. I'll be back. read more

These guys are amazing! I had 5 dings on my vehicle and Dent Dynamics took them all out. It is truly awesome the work that they did for me.

This business is UNBELIEVABLE!! The friendliest, most professional operation anywhere. They took my new car, with two nasty dents in it from my golf clubs falling over onto it, and made it look like nothing ever happened. I can't recommend this Shop any more highly. The prices are so good it will boggle your mind. These guys should franchise and go Statewide. Southern California would be a gold mine. Use this service and you wont regret it. Thanks again. read more

I recently got a door ding in my truck and decided to go check out dent dynamics. My mom and brother both went there with multiple dents in there vehicles. When they got there vehicles back you couldn't see where the dents were. I went there and the lady at the counter quoted me 130 dollars for one dent. She said that they could work on my vehicle that day. I told her that my mom and brother both got there dents out there (hoping for a discount) and she rudely replied was that's why she could remove my dents today. Ok. I sat down and waited. I then remembered that I had two small dings in my tailgate approximately 1 inch apart from each other. I asked if she could have the guy remove those and she again rudely said they didn't have time for that because they would have to remove my tailgate. Ok, no actually you wouldn't have to remove the tailgate. She said she would look at the tailgate and never did. She then quoted me an additional 30 dollars a "pop" for the tailgate. I said 30 dollars each? She stared at me and again rudely said " a pop" I told her I wanted me keys back and I was leaving. She asked why I was leaving and I told her that her attitude sucked and that she was rude. She was shocked I said that. I told her if her attitude was a lot better and if she didn't act like I was inconveniencing the company that maybe I would get work done there. Needless to say I will not be going back there and I would recommend people to go somewhere else. Rudeness will not get you anywhere in life and it certainly will not make you any money. read more

I heard so many good things about this place I finally thought i'd take it in. Daniel gave me a reasonable quote and I made an appointment for a week later. The day I arrived the lady at the front said I had no appointment I gave her my quote and she found my appointment which was not written on the calendar. She said to leave my car they would fit me in that day and to come back four hours later. I come back four hours later and car has not even been moved. Lady is in a panick looking for another customers lost keys and complaining about her job. I had it, I asked for my keys and lady tells me if i'm not on the calendar they would not get to me. This place is so chaotic and unorganized. Would rather spend the extra bucks elsewhere to get the job done. read more

I had a couple recent mishaps at home that caused a couple of dents in my car. I contacted Dent Dynamics of Santa Rosa for help. I brought the car down. They assessed the issue and we scheduled an appointment next day! The car was repaired beyond my expectations and didn't crush the wallet either! I'm very pleased to say that It would be an honor to give Dent Dynamics a 5 Star review. If you have unsightly dents and dings in your vehicle and were worried they'd be a fortune to fix, you should visit Dent Dynamics! I'm glad I did and will be getting my wife's car in soon to get her door dings fixed!!! Thanks again!!! read more

This is the third time I have brought a car into DD. This was my Acura; due for a good wax and I threw in a complete detailing as a present to myself. After 35,000 miles and a wife and grandkid who use it like a pickup truck, I did not expect it to look like brand new, but, by golly, they did it. Marvelous job of getting the paint on the side back to new as well, after I scraped it in a parking garage. My only concern now is avoiding any new nicks and scrapes! read more

Love this place! Tony is extremely helpful and hilarious. Dan does great work, and is really sweet! Go to Dent Dynamics!

My freshly painted Harley fuel tank was damaged by FedEx during shipment back from my painter (and they denied the insurance claim as usual). So instead of filling the dents and incurring the expense of having the tank repainted I took the tank to a local PDR guy near where I live in Colorado. The local guy had my tank for 5 weeks and could not remove the dents for various reasons. So I decided to have a custom shipping container with molded foam made and shipped the tank to Daniel in Santa Rosa. Daniel was able to remove all traces of the dents and charged me about half of what my local guy wanted to charge me. Total round-trip time for the repair and shipping back to my door was 9 days. Needless to say, I am extremely happy with how this turned out after being so frustrated with FedEx and the local PDR guy. Daniel does amazing work. He and his assistant Toni were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were very confident, reassuring and professional during the process, which is exactly what I needed after my experiences. I wish I had found Daniel and sent my tank to him in the first place. I highly recommend Daniel to anyone needing motorcycle PDR. read more

New car - Someone slammed their door into my door - Wham! 2 Big dents, one through a body crease, really deep and the other one looked like it scratched through the clear coat. I didn't think this could be fixed without Bondo and a repaint. But Dent Dynamics made it look like new. I even know where the dents were and it's hard for me to find what little tell tale signs remain. The paint is even still perfect. 1/3rd the cost of a body shop. If you have a dent, these folks can get it out, that's for sure! And quick - The car was in and out in 3 hours. read more

Awesome service! so happy with my car! my friend hit a pole in my carport and I had white paint in a huge dent now my car looks like new! all for 280 dollars! I totally recommend them! read more

Provided a creative solution for my wrecked bumper & side that made it possible for them to get my car looking close to new for very little. Grateful Daniel took the time to work with me to get my car fixed and was very reasonably priced. It's clear they care about their customers! read more

I put an awful dent in my husbands quality vehicle the day before he was due back from overseas. EMERGENCY! I was recommended to Dent Dynamic by another body shop who told me "the only one who might be able to fix this quickly is Daniel." These people are where honest, professional, fair and above all artists. Forget counseling! These are the real relationship savers. Pure quality in just a few hours. I was really in trouble and would have paid more. I felt I was not taken advantage of in my predicament. Thank you Daniel and team. read more

I drove up from San Francisco because I was convinced that these people are artists and they take their work seriously. For a reasonable price two large dents were removed from a motorcycle tank. It was an original paint 1959 and keeping it original was very important. They did not fail me. I don't think removing dents without using filler is easy and although others attempt to do the work, dent dynamics will do a better job. Drive up, it's worth it! read more

This place rocks. They have fixed dents small and large on my BMW 545i, my Toyota Tundra, and my wife's Honda Odyssey. If it can be fixed, they can fix it...and it'll be a fraction of what a body shop will charge you. Thumbs up! read more

I can't recommend this place highly enough! True professionals from start to finish. Their standard of work and customer satisfaction is super high - your car is in good hands with these folks! Toni's knowledge base is off the charts! And not only does she take the time to explain what your car needs and what it will take to get things right, but she does an incredible job of giving you all the information so that you know what you're getting yourself into and you know what to expect. After a few minutes talking with her, you know you're in good hands. There are so many "yes sir" or "yes ma'am" customer service places out there, it's refreshing to find a place that will give it to you straight with your best interest in mind- both for you and your car! Save yourself a lot of time, effort, and money, and come to these guys first! read more

I was on vacation Nor Cal for a week and had some bad luck with the new car I was driving. I found Dent Dynamics on yelp. I was very happy with the result....They were able to remove a dent and numerous scratches in 2 hours and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely be sending family and friends to them. Thanks to Daniel for helping to end my vacation on a brighter note :) read more

Wow! These people were so helpful and efficient. Excellent work. Quick and much less expensive than taking to a traditional body shop.

They do amazing work, truly amazing. I've brought both my 1986 Toyota MR2 and a 1997 Camry to them. The Camry had more than 40 dents, and they cleaned them all up. After a great detailing by Auto Sport Detailing -- they share the same space -- both cars looked brand new. In fact, in showroom condition. read more

these guys are awesome. I thought I had a big mess when I hit a tree root but they got it fixed in less than an hour. Highly recommended.

I'd be willing to bet there is no one better in the business! Dan & his crew are simply badass! There is practically no dent they can't fix & they treat your vehicle as if it were their own! Not only are they extremely efficient, but their professionalism & their willingness to want to help you puts them in a class of their own. For those very reasons I've taken every vehicle I've owned to Dan & until I am issued my official "you can't drive anymore cause you're too old - bus pass", they have yet another client for life! read more

After "cleverly" backing through a bush that put several scratches on my beautiful car, I went to Dent Dynamics. They did the repair today while I waited and all evidence of my carelessness is erased. The lovely woman at the service counter took an extra look at the car and interacted with the technician regarding some of my concerns. Also made sure I had coffee - essential for early morning appointments. I don't understand Justin expecting a discount because some of his relatives had had work done there before. I've had work done on another car and would never expect a discount for that. Grow up - kid. As a Realtor, I know - People who provide quality service deserve to get paid for the work they do. read more

Drove up in the morning.... a guy walked up and told me the expensive option (insurance claim) or the cheap option (get touch-up paint from the dealership and bring it back for a quick and easy fix). Anyways, I decided to just go for the cheap option. I just dropped in later that afternoon with the touch-up paint and they fixed it in twenty minutes...the guy fixed it and almost forgot to charge me! The price was extremely fair... read more

I went in one afternoon to get an estimate for a dent in the back of my car. Waited about 10 minutes but nobody was around except for someone in the back office. Finally the guy who works at the auto detailing shop next door came over. He told me the owner wasn't in and the woman who works in the office was at lunch. He offered to take a couple pictures and get my information which he would pass on. After taking the photos we went back into the office. While I was writing down my contact information, a woman comes walking in behind me. No greeting at all, just says, 'No, we can't do it.' The guy helping me seemed surprised and started to question her and she just shut him down. Left very disappointed. It is a shame the owner wasn't in, maybe my experience would have been different. Contacted another dent removal business and in 2 hours the damage was repaired better than I expected and the work was done at my workplace. read more
