Went in to have a small hood dent removed. Arrived at my appt on time and a nice guy collected my keys etc. I was told to come back in an hour. I came back in a hour and a half. Toni was at the reception desk and did not have the paperwork for my car. Oh, looks like he didn't start your car. The gentleman that checked me in said he told Toni about my car when she returned from lunch. Toni says, I don't know what to tell you I did my job it's up to them to do their job. She Just kept staring at me and saying nothing. No I'm sorry. No discount. No what can we do to make this up to you. Just its gonna be about 30 mins more. I brought my Boxster to Dent Dynamics earlier this year. When I arrived, I found the shop to be clean and well organized. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I had a small ding in a spot extremely hard to work on. The owner told me up-front that he might not be able to get it, but would try. I left for coffee and came back a few hours. Because of the difficulty in getting behind the ding, he was only able to improve it about 50% (still very difficult to spot unless you are me and know where it is. He fixed another ding near it, however. After all this, and touching up a couple of paint chips, he insisted he couldn't accept any money from me since he hadn't been able to fix what I brought the car in for (even though he did improve it). I still forced some money on him to relieve my conscience. It's so rare these days to find honest businessman who do a good job and put the customer first. You'll find that at Dent Dynamics. And that's why I'm bringing a different car back next week. read more

I can't say enough about this place! I drove through a gallon of white paint that covered my wheel wells and tires, splattered along the side of my brand new car. I literally had it for about 3 weeks fresh off the lot. I called n talked to Quinn and he made sure I was taken care of. Dent Dynamics does a great job. I have had several dents removed there and each time it came out perfectly - - you couldn't tell a dent was ever there. Once I had them look at a door where a grocery cart had run into it - - they were honest and told me that they could fix it, but I would still be able to see the point at which the cart hit. I took in my 2017 Audi A4 to remove a nickel size annoying dent on the hood near the passenger side headlight. Met with Office Manager Toni Richardson who was a gem of a person - very friendly, helpful and professional. She assessed the work, and took care of me on the spot. Next I met Daniel Gromm who made the repair. Daniel is an expert magician! His work resulted in an absolutely flawless dent repair, with no evidence that there had ever been a dent of any kind. I observed how Daniel took great pride and craftsmanship in his work to carefully assess his work with a large mirror to ensure there would be no imperfections when he was done. The cost was $165 - a very competitive value as compared to what the repair would have cost with traditional body work repairs - and the work was done within 30 minutes. My girlfriend took my car to get an estimate for the dent I want to get repaired. I called and left a message for Toni on Saturday tried to schedule for the repair, but I haven't heard anything back yet. Moreover, Toni gave my girlfriend a quote with a really rude attitude ( I just found out). I don't really care how good or bad the job they perform there. If one person doesn't do his or her job right, they are going to lose their business. Toni! If I were you, I would treat my customers the same no matter what car they drive, what race they are. Someone put a door ding in my new car when I was at Target. No note left behind. MY NEW CAR! NOOOOOOOOOOO!!! So I went to a couple of body shops for estimates because the car was new, and the dent was on my driver door. I could see it every time I got in the car...my new car... One shop in Rancho Cordova gave me a business card for Dent Dynamics and told me to call this guy to see if he could help me out first. If he couldn't, then they could do a regular repair. So I call the guy on the business card, and he comes to my work place a couple days later and takes out the dent in what seemed less than a half hour! My new car is new again! The body shop estimate was over $600 and Scott, the guy who fixed my dent, was $75 and it looks great! I will certainly refer him to others as it saves me some grief, and a lot of money. Best of the best. For about twenty years now, I have had all of my vehicles taken in to brothers Daniel and Aaron to have dents removed from them. My nine year old Lexus RX 330 SUV, with 160,000 miles on it still looks brand new. I drive 100 miles from Laytonville for this work, as there are no comparable companies which have all of the skills, qualifications, experience, and equipment to do this work. There is no sanding of the paint, and the work is done quickly and efficiently. In one instance they removed five dings from my vehicle. I don't know what I would do without these services and of this quality. I am a perfectionist and they also appear to have that trait. read more
