This is my second visit here to Dent Dynamics to get a dent removed and I am always impressed with their work. It was a real pleasure talking with both Toni and Daniel. Toni was extremely friendly while answering all of my questions and Daniel's work is the definition of perfection. His honesty, breadth of knowledge and most importantly, his quality of work is nothing short of amazing. Thank you guys very much! read more

Daniel at Dent Dynamics is a miracle worker and Toni in the office knows more about cars than I could ever hope to learn. I just bought a 2010 Lexus GX 460 and it picked up a pretty decent sized dent in the quarter panel within the first few weeks. They were able to get me on the schedule and make the car look like nothing ever happened. Cannot recommend their service enough! read more

Wow! Phenomenal Results In less than 20 minutes 2 door dings on my 6 month old Explorer were GONE. No trace whatsoever! A class operation throughout. I am happy when a service provides more than I could possible have expected. GREAT JOB! read more

SUPER REASONABLE and made my car look awesome. I have a classic Porsche and they recently pulled a couple of small dings/dents in my car. Very very good job. $200 and all my dents were gone and I couldn't even figure out where they were originally. Nice people, good value! read more

Had one major scratch and some other paint issues fixed on my 2012 Honda Civic. They did a nice job writing up how much it would cost. Austin greeting me first thing in the morning, got me settled. He and I went over the car, the repair took as long as promised, and they (Austin) did a great job. Really great service, thanks. Mykul read more

My friends dog had an accident in the back of my car. I mean Poo EVERYWHERE. They took the cushion and cleaned it completely. Even after almost a year later, no smell. Though the latch on the front doesnt hook in but that is barely noticeable. read more

My heart sunk just a little when after only 3 months I found a huge door ding in the side of my silver 3 series BMW. I know from talking to a few people that silvers a tough color when it comes to showing/hiding problems. Needless to say I was amazed when picked my car up from Aaron. I couldn't find the spot at all. Aaron showed me where it was and it looked perfect. To say it was worth the money is a major understatement. I've since had my wheels "fixed" after a few too many curb jobs. Again, very happy. Thanks to Daniel and the whole crew. Very professional. read more

I scheduled an appointment for Dent Dynamics to detail my car. AWESOME job and VERY competitive! Car was done on time and made the car look almost new. (22 year old Mercedes) HIGHLY recommend this business! read more

I've never written a review but my parents insisted that I leave a review for Dent Dynamics - they were that thrilled with the results. Someone had backed into my parents' car and they brought it into Dent Dynamics based on their great reviews. Parents were very pleased with the work, staff and affordable price. Highly recommended. read more

This is my 3rd visit here to Dent Dynamics to get a dent removed and I am always impressed with their work, $$$$ though! depends on who you talk too on price. love it just had removed door dings almost invisible to see but excellent work. told me ahead of time what % it would look to new. Went in to have a small hood dent removed. Arrived at my appt on time and a nice guy collected my keys etc. I was told to come back in an hour. I came back in a hour and a half. Toni was at the reception desk and did not have the paperwork for my car. Oh, looks like he didn't start your car. The gentleman that checked me in said he told Toni about my car when she returned from lunch. Toni says, I don't know what to tell you I did my job it's up to them to do their job. She Just kept staring at me and saying nothing. No I'm sorry. No discount. No what can we do to make this up to you. Just its gonna be about 30 mins more. After I sit down Toni says, see this is my space I'm in charge of all of this (pointing at the office area). They're in charge of all of that (pointing at the garage). I can't babysit everyone. They seem to get along alright on Fridays when I'm not here. So if your looking for a place with zero customer service, you found it. read more

Wonderful job - Toni was friendly and had wonderful customer service . I would take my car back there any time . Wow they took the dent out of my door and it looks good as new read more

After cringing over a $1,200 estimate from a local body shop to repair a dent on the roof of my BMW, I approached Dent Dynamics to see if they could help. The original body shop said they'd need to paint the entire roof and remove the windshield gaskets in the process. Instead, Dent Dynamics did a perfect job - WITHOUT the need to paint my roof - for $110. You can't beat that! I'll definitely return whenever necessary. Thank you guys! read more

The staff at Dent Dynamics are professional, experienced, and friendly. They fixed a pretty bad dent that would have cost thousands if I replaced the panel. Highly recommended! read more

They made my car look like new!! I am so happy with the work. The price was more than fair. I would definitely recommend them.

I brought my Boxster to Dent Dynamics earlier this year. When I arrived, I found the shop to be clean and well organized. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I had a small ding in a spot extremely hard to work on. The owner told me up-front that he might not be able to get it, but would try. I left for coffee and came back a few hours. Because of the difficulty in getting behind the ding, he was only able to improve it about 50% (still very difficult to spot unless you are me and know where it is. He fixed another ding near it, however. After all this, and touching up a couple of paint chips, he insisted he couldn't accept any money from me since he hadn't been able to fix what I brought the car in for (even though he did improve it). I still forced some money on him to relieve my conscience. It's so rare these days to find honest businessman who do a good job and put the customer first. You'll find that at Dent Dynamics. And that's why I'm bringing a different car back next week. read more

I can't say enough about this place! I drove through a gallon of white paint that covered my wheel wells and tires, splattered along the side of my brand new car. I literally had it for about 3 weeks fresh off the lot. I called n talked to Quinn and he made sure I was taken care of. He worked some magic with the schedule to get me in there and he and his team truly had the miracle card handy! I picked up my car the next day and there isn't ones iota of the paint. It looks amazing!! Even for a regular detail (I've been there before with another car) and the car comes out looking like it's brand new! Even if it isnt! AMAZING work guys and amazing customer service! Yall are THE best! read more

Our brand new car had been dented through debris hitting it in a wind storm and Dent Dynamics was able to fix both the door and fender that suffered denting and scratching. They did an amazing job!! read more

Dent Dynamics does a great job. I have had several dents removed there and each time it came out perfectly - - you couldn't tell a dent was ever there. Once I had them look at a door where a grocery cart had run into it - - they were honest and told me that they could fix it, but I would still be able to see the point at which the cart hit. I appreciated that honesty. Daniel is an excellent technician and a perfectionist, which I love. Toni in the office is friendly and helpful. I hope I don't get any more dents or door dings, but if i do Dent Dynamics is where I will go to get a quality job at a fair price. read more

Made my tank beautiful again! Dan certainly is the man. After several attempts to have my tank fixed in my area (Sacramento) with no success, I made the trip to Santa Rosa and dropped it off for the day. To my delight and surprise he managed to get all the dents out and even put a coat of wax on. Friendly, competent and reasonably priced...what more could you want. I will be referring everyone I know to Dent Dynamics. Thank you, Dan! read more

We had a dent in our passenger door from someone opening their door with no regard for others. OUR BRAND NEW CAR THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME. you can't even tell that there was a dent. read more

Toni is a rockstar here. I don't know how the place would run without her. She made sure my car was dent free into my liking before I left.

My girlfriend took my car to get an estimate for the dent I want to get repaired. I called and left a message for Toni on Saturday tried to schedule for the repair, but I haven't heard anything back yet. Moreover, Toni gave my girlfriend a quote with a really rude attitude ( I just found out). I don't really care how good or bad the job they perform there. If one person doesn't do his or her job right, they are going to lose their business. Toni! If I were you, I would treat my customers the same no matter what car they drive, what race they are. Be a team player to help your boss keep his business alive. Or you can pack up and leave if you don't like your job. read more

One visit for repair of a chipped windshield which was done by a third party on site. They gave quite a few disclaimers before the work, which caused me to hesitate. It turned out great though, and was much cheaper than a replacement windshield. read more

Not only do you feel part of the family....They do excellent work at excellent prices. Daniel and Aaron are awesome. Look for them at their new location visible from the freeway just south of the Steele Lane exit on HWY 101 South in Santa Rosa. 707-542-DENT Just give them a call......The best and most professional in the entire bay area. I drive up and head to the Coddingtown Mall to kill an hour or so.....walk back....the car is completed. They offer bumper repair, tinting, detailing, all at great prices. read more

Someone put a door ding in my new car when I was at Target. No note left behind. MY NEW CAR! NOOOOOOOOOOO!!! So I went to a couple of body shops for estimates because the car was new, and the dent was on my driver door. I could see it every time I got in the car...my new car... One shop in Rancho Cordova gave me a business card for Dent Dynamics and told me to call this guy to see if he could help me out first. If he couldn't, then they could do a regular repair. So I call the guy on the business card, and he comes to my work place a couple days later and takes out the dent in what seemed less than a half hour! My new car is new again! The body shop estimate was over $600 and Scott, the guy who fixed my dent, was $75 and it looks great! I will certainly refer him to others as it saves me some grief, and a lot of money. A+ I liked that fact that there was no painting involved too, amazing stuff! read more

I took in my 2017 Audi A4 to remove a nickel size annoying dent on the hood near the passenger side headlight. Met with Office Manager Toni Richardson who was a gem of a person - very friendly, helpful and professional. She assessed the work, and took care of me on the spot. Next I met Daniel Gromm who made the repair. Daniel is an expert magician! His work resulted in an absolutely flawless dent repair, with no evidence that there had ever been a dent of any kind. I observed how Daniel took great pride and craftsmanship in his work to carefully assess his work with a large mirror to ensure there would be no imperfections when he was done. The cost was $165 - a very competitive value as compared to what the repair would have cost with traditional body work repairs - and the work was done within 30 minutes. I also really enjoyed talking to Toni and Daniel, as both are genuinely nice people. I highly recommend Dent Dynamics! read more

Dan at Dent Dynamics is the best. He took a crease out of my White F250 in about an hour. Couldn't be a nicer and more professional guy.
