I had a dent in an awkward part of my classic Jaguar Vandenplas. Dent Dynamics did an excellent job at a reasonable price.I can't even tell where the dent was. Very happy with the whole procedure. read more

I paid Dent Dynamics $1,779.75 to repair a dent on my car's rear hatch. During the repair they found a tear in the metal, meaning a paintless dent repair wasn't really possible. Instead of calling me to ask how I wanted to proceed, they kept going. The result: a visible bump where filler was used, and chipped paint along the edge that has continued to flake off since. I brought the car back. The technician acknowledged the mistakes directly, telling me "we probably should've never taken this job" and "we definitely should've called you when we found the tear in the metal." He said he'd consult a body shop contact about a proper repair. That was in July. I got one text on 7-27 saying the contact was unavailable. Since then I've followed up by text and phone repeatedly, including a request for a partial refund so I could get the repair done elsewhere. No response in 2 months. Now I'm paying over $2,000 at another shop for a proper repair. That's nearly $4,000 total on a cosmetic fix for a 10 year old vehicle, when one phone call from Dent Dynamics could have saved me the first $1,780. Mistakes happen. Ignoring a customer after admitting fault is the problem. I'd avoid this shop, especially for anything beyond a simple dent. read more

Really impressed! Was in and out in maybe an hour. Great customer service, happy with the results. Found a big dent in the corner of my bumper after parking on the street in SF, and a friend recommended paintless dent repair. Cost a fraction of time and money vs. dealing with insurance and repair at a dealership -- highly recommended! read more

It's like the dent was never there! I should have done this earlier. I had three dents removed and shared a pictures of the worst. I've never used paintless dent removal and I was pleased with the results. It looks so much better! The team at Dent Dynamics was easy to communicate with and to schedule the repair. I dropped off the car early and it was ready as promised. If I have another dent I'd use them again. read more

I can't say enough good about these people. Toni makes you feel like family right when you walk in the. Daniel is an artist, extreme perfectionist. Unfortunately, I see these people quite often because I'm accident prone. They have taken out dings and dents that I didn't think were possible to get out. I just wanna say, thank you guys for always taking care of me. I'm grateful. John Lago.. I just wanted to update my review. It's June 21, 2025 again I've had a few dings and dents to take down to Daniel to fix and like always. I'm always treated like family. Toni greets me with a hug and Daniel doesn't impeccable work. I just wanted to give another shout out. Let people know that you don't always have to go to a body shop if you know Daniel, you'll see what I mean. Thanks again Toni and Daniel. read more

Honest, efficient, perfect. My first choice on any future repair work. Thank you Dent Dynamics!

They provided great service and worked with me to fix scratches and dents. They did a great job.

I had a relatively significant dent on my bumper and there was no sign of it after I drove into Dent Dynamics and out in less than 45 minutes. The office manager who greeted me was very friendly, knowledgeable, and competent. She looked at my auto straightaway and quoted me a very reasonable price. She then got someone working on it, and it took him about 30 minutes. Also, the office was comfortable for waiting in while the work was being done. read more

Love this place! From Tony the Tiger in the office to Quinn and Mr. Gromm in the shop and the entire staff, these guys are top notch when it comes to detailing vehicles! I've brought classics and newer cars here and the vehicle comes out looking better than I imagined they could look! It may seem pricey but I believe it's worth the cost especially since it's maintaining your vehicles paint and interior. Something people don't really think about. Recently had my wife's SUV detailed and we have two small children and a dog that ride in it all the time. Needless to say, they give this car a hard time! The crew at Dent Dynamics went above and beyond to make her car brand new again! Thank you Dent Dynamics! The Martini's read more

I went in today with my 11-year-old vehicle to get some dents out that I've been wanting Dent Dynamics to take care of, because I may sell it. I had gone into this business about 10 years' ago with the same vehicle for dents. Tony still works there and she is as personable as ever. We have a few things in common as well. I had an opportunity to sit in their comfortable and attractive waiting room to overhear how she treated each customer personably. I read a few 1-star reviews on Yelp, but almost all of the reviews are 5 stars, which in my opinion are deserved. Thanks Dent Dynamics for making my little car look new again! You do great work. read more

I think this is one of the best experiences I've ever had with a business ever. I came in a couple weeks ago for a estimate on a dent I had in my car. Guy looked it over in less then 3 minutes gave me a quote of $150 and we scheduled the appointment for a couple weeks in the future. Fast forward my appointment day arrives- I drop my car off at 9 am and it's ready by 11:30 am. Looks like I never had a dent in my car. Fast service, solid pricing and I got to say the staff is the friendliest group of people ever. I enjoyed interacting with each and every one of them. Also- the inside of the shop is so cool. Such a retro fun look with the old school themed interior. I felt so excited to be there. I can tell the owner loves cars with how he runs this place. I'm beyond impressed with this company. 10 STARS read more

Amazing detail job and customer service. My car was gross and now its gorgeous. Will be back, highly recommend!

I bought my '94 Miata R new and over its nearly 200,000 miles it picked up a small dent next to the drivers' door handle which I did nothing about and this past weekend one near the passenger mirror caused by a deer of all things running into the side of it while it was parked. The deer is fine but I decided to give Dent Dynamics a try on both dents. They quoted $175 for both which I thought was reasonable as the one new dent looked problematic to get to and would have cost thousands at a body shop. Good as new. They are as good as they say. BTW, you get a discount on a second dent so wait for two before going in! read more

Someone backed into our Tesla S in a parking lot and did not leave a note after denting in the rear panel on the passenger side. A Tesla authorized body shop estimated a minimum of thousands of dollars and the necessity to use insurance which meant waiting for insurance authorization and leaving the car. Wow what an unexpectedly great experience! My grandma ran into my car and I wanted to get it fixed without her insurance going up so I stopped in with my 4 and 6 year olds expecting to make an appointment and half and hour later it was fixed and they even buffed out my hazy headlights! Extra bonus for the kids was the candy dispenser to keep them happy while we waited. AND it was only $110 for the repair. I highly recommend this fabulous business! read more

I've had this stupid door ding on my rear passenger door for about 2 years now. I've been ignoring it and pretended it didn't exist, but lately, it's been bugging me and I decided it was time to address the problem. My Bf found Dent Dynamics through YELP and I'm glad that he did all the research for me. You can even go to their website and see if they have coupons you can use -- I found one that gave me $25 off my bill. Toni helped me over the phone and she was really nice. I also mentioned that I have a paint chip on the same door where the ding is so she advised to buy touch up paint first before showing up at the shop. I was charged $115 (after using the coupon) for getting a 3 inch dent fixed and they also fixed another spot which had the paint chip on it. (turns out to be another dent but not from a rock which I assumed) My car was in and out in a matter of 2 hours. Thanks for the speedy service and for doing a great job! read more

Dan is the Man for dent repairs, it's just that simple. Meticulous and innovative with a lot of perfectionist thrown in. What more could you ask for? He's done 2 of my vehicles and is a true craftsman at his trade. It's amazing how he can make dents virtually disappear. On top of the great work is a very cool shop, worth the trip just to see the shop and Dan's collection of automobilia. I am a customer for life. Took my car in for some dents that I thought were permanent. Dan made it look like they never happened. I tried to watch him through the window in the office to work his magic, even though it was kind of hard to see him doing it, the final results and were amazing. There is a picture of him in the office doing this on a Toyota supra probably 20 years ago. The man definitely knows what he's doing and saved me a ton of money from having it bonded and painted. He even fixed my front bumper that had a small crack in it! It's not normally what he does I don't think, but he took care of it for me anyway. I highly recommend this business. read more

I was never a believer in paintless dent removal. I am a super meticulous person and I had 2 door dings in my car. Every time I would look at the car, all I would see is these two door dings. I was going to set up an appointment at a body and fender shop to remove the dings. I was searching online for a 5 star auto body shop when I came across Dent Dynamics. I called the number and Alex said he could come out the following day to repair the dings. Alex came out, and explained the process to me. I figured he would be working on the car for a couple of hours. It literally took him 10 minutes to fix the car and make it look like new again. I am totally a believer now. Alex was awesome. I highly recommend and will be using Alex in the future for all my body and fender issues. Thank you Alex, you have a great skill and you are a master at your craft. read more

Nice folks but the quote I got to repair an approximately 8x8" dent on a rear quarter panel was more than twice what DentPros wanted to charge me ($1020 vs $475). Further, in hindsight I feel like I kind of got the good cop/bad cop psychological game that body shops like to play: the first person comes out and looks and gives you the "Aww man, that's pretty bad. I don't know if we can fix that at all. Let me get a second opinion from _______." Then _______ comes out and says the opposite. At this point you're emotionally invested and just happy to know it can be fixed, so you agree to their shockingly high estimate. That's exactly what happened here. read more

I wouldn't select anyone other than Daniel Gromm to do my dentless dent removal. He is more exacting in his work than even I am. When he is done you'll never see the blemish. He has worked on my 2010 Mercedes, my 2017 Pacifica and my 1998 Ford F150. All the jobs were great. He went beyond the call. When he didn't think it was perfect he was quick to discount the job - though I thought it was pretty good. You can't go wrong. read more

My drivers door on my new Lexus was hit by the entire tread of a large pickup truck that flew off on the freeway, making 3 really tough dents. The Lexus dealer tried to take them out with the tools Daniel created. They were only able to get out 1 dent and a little bit of another and they eventually gave up and told me there was nothing they could do because the sheetmetal was "oil canning" (flexing) too badly. I took the car to Daniel who had to work for a couple of hours on it but he was careful and really persistent. I could see over his shoulder and could see how the sheet metal was fighting to keep the dent. I can honestly say that, if it was me, I would have given up on the door before it was finished. The door was perfect when Daniel finished and the price, relative to what I expected after talking to the Lexus dealer, was quite reasonable. I would definitely go back and definitely would recommend their service to others. read more

When you get a scape and dent on your new car...your heart and wallet sink to new lows. After getting three $3,000 plus estimates from insurance suggested vendors, I looked for a local dent repair company that might be able to do the repair for less. I found it with Dent Dynamics in Santa Rosa, CA. I went up there to get an estimate and met the owner Daniel. He gave me an estimate to take the dent out and an estimated time to complete the work. I got back to him the next day and made an appointment. We left the car there and found a shopping center next door to pass the 3 hour estimated time. We got a call when it was done and came over to see it. Daniel was there and not only fixed the dent but touched up some of the paint that was scraped. The repair looked great. Even though it took longer than expected and he had to use some touch up paint to cover some exposed areas that got scraped, he stuck to his estimate and didn't charge a penny more. He said he has been in business for more than 27 years and treats his customers right. I would completely agree! read more
