The office manager who greeted me was very friendly, knowledgeable, and competent. She looked at my auto straightaway and quoted me a very reasonable price. I think this is one of the best experiences I've ever had with a business ever. I came in a couple weeks ago for a estimate on a dent I had in my car. Guy looked it over in less then 3 minutes gave me a quote of $150 and we scheduled the appointment for a couple weeks in the future. Fast forward my appointment day arrives- I drop my car off at 9 am and it's ready by 11:30 am. Looks like I never had a dent in my car. Fast service, solid pricing and I got to say the staff is the friendliest group of people ever. I enjoyed interacting with each and every one of them. Also- the inside of the shop is so cool. Love this place! From Tony the Tiger in the office to Quinn and Mr. Gromm in the shop and the entire staff, these guys are top notch when it comes to detailing vehicles! I've brought classics and newer cars here and the vehicle comes out looking better than I imagined they could look! It may seem pricey but I believe it's worth the cost especially since it's maintaining your vehicles paint and interior. Something people don't really think about. I went in today with my 11-year-old vehicle to get some dents out that I've been wanting Dent Dynamics to take care of, because I may sell it. I had gone into this business about 10 years' ago with the same vehicle for dents. Tony still works there and she is as personable as ever. We have a few things in common as well. I had an opportunity to sit in their comfortable and attractive waiting room to overhear how she treated each customer personably. Someone backed into our Tesla S in a parking lot and did not leave a note after denting in the rear panel on the passenger side. A Tesla authorized body shop estimated a minimum of thousands of dollars and the necessity to use insurance which meant waiting for insurance authorization and leaving the car. Dent dynamics responded immediately, confirmed both in advance and on the way, arrived on time, was friendly, knowledgeable, did excellent work at our home for several hundred less than $1000. read more

Wow what an unexpectedly great experience! My grandma ran into my car and I wanted to get it fixed without her insurance going up so I stopped in with my 4 and 6 year olds expecting to make an appointment and half and hour later it was fixed and they even buffed out my hazy headlights! I bought my '94 Miata R new and over its nearly 200,000 miles it picked up a small dent next to the drivers' door handle which I did nothing about and this past weekend one near the passenger mirror caused by a deer of all things running into the side of it while it was parked. The deer is fine but I decided to give Dent Dynamics a try on both dents. They quoted $175 for both which I thought was reasonable as the one new dent looked problematic to get to and would have cost thousands at a body shop. Good as new. They are as good as they say. I've had this stupid door ding on my rear passenger door for about 2 years now. I've been ignoring it and pretended it didn't exist, but lately, it's been bugging me and I decided it was time to address the problem. My Bf found Dent Dynamics through YELP and I'm glad that he did all the research for me. You can even go to their website and see if they have coupons you can use -- I found one that gave me $25 off my bill. Toni helped me over the phone and she was really nice. I also mentioned that I have a paint chip on the same door where the ding is so she advised to buy touch up paint first before showing up at the shop. I was charged $115 (after using the coupon) for getting a 3 inch dent fixed and they also fixed another spot which had the paint chip on it. Took my car in for some dents that I thought were permanent. Dan made it look like they never happened. I tried to watch him through the window in the office to work his magic, even though it was kind of hard to see him doing it, the final results and were amazing. There is a picture of him in the office doing this on a Toyota supra probably 20 years ago. The man definitely knows what he's doing and saved me a ton of money from having it bonded and painted. He even fixed my front bumper that had a small crack in it! It's not normally what he does I don't think, but he took care of it for me anyway. I highly recommend this business. read more

I was never a believer in paintless dent removal. I am a super meticulous person and I had 2 door dings in my car. Every time I would look at the car, all I would see is these two door dings. I was going to set up an appointment at a body and fender shop to remove the dings. I was searching online for a 5 star auto body shop when I came across Dent Dynamics. I called the number and Alex said he could come out the following day to repair the dings. Alex came out, and explained the process to me. I figured he would be working on the car for a couple of hours. It literally took him 10 minutes to fix the car and make it look like new again. I am totally a believer now. Alex was awesome. Nice folks but the quote I got to repair an approximately 8x8" dent on a rear quarter panel was more than twice what DentPros wanted to charge me ($1020 vs $475). Further, in hindsight I feel like I kind of got the good cop/bad cop psychological game that body shops like to play: the first person comes out and looks and gives you the "Aww man, that's pretty bad. I don't know if we can fix that at all. Let me get a second opinion from _______." Then _______ comes out and says the opposite. At this point you're emotionally invested and just happy to know it can be fixed, so you agree to their shockingly high estimate. That's exactly what happened here. read more

When you get a scape and dent on your new car...your heart and wallet sink to new lows. After getting three $3,000 plus estimates from insurance suggested vendors, I looked for a local dent repair company that might be able to do the repair for less. I found it with Dent Dynamics in Santa Rosa, CA. I went up there to get an estimate and met the owner Daniel. He gave me an estimate to take the dent out and an estimated time to complete the work. I got back to him the next day and made an appointment. We left the car there and found a shopping center next door to pass the 3 hour estimated time. We got a call when it was done and came over to see it. Daniel was there and not only fixed the dent but touched up some of the paint that was scraped. The repair looked great. Even though it took longer than expected and he had to use some touch up paint to cover some exposed areas that got scraped, he stuck to his estimate and didn't charge a penny more. He said he has been in business for more than 27 years and treats his customers right. I would completely agree! read more

My drivers door on my new Lexus was hit by the entire tread of a large pickup truck that flew off on the freeway, making 3 really tough dents. The Lexus dealer tried to take them out with the tools Daniel created. They were only able to get out 1 dent and a little bit of another and they eventually gave up and told me there was nothing they could do because the sheetmetal was "oil canning" (flexing) too badly. I took the car to Daniel who had to work for a couple of hours on it but he was careful and really persistent. I could see over his shoulder and could see how the sheet metal was fighting to keep the dent. I can honestly say that, if it was me, I would have given up on the door before it was finished. The door was perfect when Daniel finished and the price, relative to what I expected after talking to the Lexus dealer, was quite reasonable. I would definitely go back and definitely would recommend their service to others. read more
