We bought a new car and wondered what we could do to keep it looking good for quite a while. Keith showed us through his shop and explained our various options in great detail. We decided on a 7 year ceramic coating. When Keith and his crew were done, the car looked twice as good as when it came from the dealer's showroom. If you are looking for an honest shop that does great work, look no further. I highly recommend Pristine. read more

I had my truck recently repainted and didn't want to risk any damage by the local, automated car washes. In addition, the paint job that was done, was not the greatest. It was with a local, Santa Rosa paint shop that will not qualify for a good rating from me. They used to be a MACO and, in fact, still are! I wanted good service and advice on protecting my investment. I dropped in to see Keith and couldn't be more impressed. I really wanted to have his Ceramic Coating Finish but that is out of the range of my finances. But I had his other services and in that process, he taught me how to save money by investing in my own Foam Cannon truck wash system. He is knowledgeable, has a great staff and his shop is top-notch. I highly recommend Pristine Auto Detail. read more

This place is amazing. Keith does a great job, does a lot of extras for you. He Turkey loves cars and it shows. Brought it back for PPF, so good read more

I recently discovered my brand new BMW was faintly coated with some substance, not tree sap. I brought it to Keith for removal. The car was thoroughly washed, clay barred and sealed. I picked it up... I was beautiful, but I noticed the substance was still adhered to my wind screen. I came by the next day at closing and Keith personally worked on the windshield, polishing with a special glass compound and was able to get the substance off. I really appreciate Keith taking ownership of the problem and correcting it immediately. I will be a repeat customer. read more

Beautiful work! Keith and his guys did an excellent job. Water spots from a sprinkler were tough to get off. The attention to detail inside and out was well worth it! Thank you, I highly recommend Pristine! read more

Great job cleaning interior of my jeep!! I would recommend this auto detail shop in the Santa Rosa,ca area

Amazing work by the team at Pristine Auto Detail. Was a little late to the appointment, but they were accommodating and very helpful, informative, professional, and hospitable throughout my experience. Did a Gtechniq CSU Black ceramic coating on my 2025 tesla model 3 deep blue metallic. Looks better than the day I took delivery of my car. Price was absolutely fair for the work done. I had a factory paint imperfection under my clear coat (whiter patches in comparison to the paint) and they took care of it and looks flawless. This is my first car in my entire life and I couldn't be happier with the results. Highly recommend if you're in the area and looking for a professional grade ceramic coating. read more

I feel like a dupe and thoroughly ripped off! This place is mediocre at best, and definitely NOT worth $360.00 for interior detail. Went to p/u car and engine was running with the heater on to dry seats, thus wasting my gasoline. Also, was able to absorb brown liquid from the carpet behind the driver seat AFTER it was supposedly cleaned. Not impressed with overall carpet cleaning. This is a HUGE price gouge and the owner is laughing all the way to the bank! Go somewhere more reasonable! read more

Pristine did an amazing job with our ceramic coating and detailing on our car! So happy with the results! Thank you to Keith and staff!

I took this same vehicle there 7 years ago and was blown away by their customer service and attention to detail back then. One sad day this week I opened up my passenger door and saw 7 years of my child spilling every drink and snack possible. I was disheartened but I remembered what a great job these guys did so I thought let me give them another go. All these years later I still got the same excellent customer service and attention to detail. Even presented with the challenge of 7 years of gross. They've made it almost new again. I can't fathom how they pulled that off, but I'll tell you it's worth every penny. Think about if I were to sell my car in the first condition versus if I tried to sell it looking like this it makes a big difference. Definitely more than the price of a detail. There are several packages like for me, I went with from the door jamb in just cleaning only the interior because I beat the heck out of my outback. If you talk to the owner and explain what you want, they will very clearly lay it out to you which package and price that is. Also, while I was there today they were adding a mat te finish/wrap to an SUV. I'm not sure the name of it, but it looked really cool if you're into that sort of thing. Great job guys! read more

Keith and his staff went above and beyond. I opted for a modified silver package service. Couldn't be happier with the way my 2015 Tacoma turned out.. High-quality job at a reasonable price. Best in Santa Rosa. Will definitely be back read more

My car arrived at Pristine with years of hard water build up on the windows. It was no longer just an aesthetic problem but a safety issue, too. Pristine was able to remove all of the hard water stains. They did this and the silver detail. That they did all this in the time they had was amazing. I will definitely come back again. I feel safe driving again! Thank you Keith and crew. read more

Had a great experience getting my car detailed here. I got the silver package as I wanted the full interior treatment but didn't need much extra exterior work. Added the headlight restoration and it came out great. They missed the hidden arm rests on the front seats and made it right the day I called. Everyone was friendly, professional and communicative. Great service all around and worth the price. read more

I was looking for an estimate when asked for more details of what I needed to have done they suggested that the specialty I need could be done my someone else. Great experience with this business! Easy to schedule and fairly priced. Excellent detail work on my Porsche! Highly recommend.

Keith and Team did a great job on my 2024 Tacoma. It's always a pleasure to work with the folks at Pristine Auto Detail. Keep up the great work and excellent customer service! Thanks, Kelly read more

I've been here a couple times. The first was for my Tacoma and even though I paid to just do the inside they washed the outside also and they did a fantastic job. The second time I brought in my Honda Fit to prepare for sale. The Fit was filthy and full of dog hair in every nook and cranny, they did a phenomenal job and had it looking like new. I definitely recommend! read more

I've trusted my cars to Keith and have always been happy. I am posting my most recent pictures. This is a Jaguar XE. When I bought it, there were fine scratches everywhere - the result of being run thru car washes over the years no doubt. I had a full paint correction and ceramic coating. Here is a picture of the car after a touchup detail a year afterward. Look at how the hood turned out! Just like a mirror. The interior looks brand new! read more

WE took our travel van to Pristine. It needed the engine cleaned along with the canvas pop up, wheels and the air system cleared out. They not only did an excellent job, they were friendly, accommodating, patient and went above and beyond to retun our van to up is top condition. Great personnel and excellent service. read more

I'll start with WOW! When you get your vehicle back from Keith it is " Pristine". The man polished the windshield wiper nozzles! I'm blown away! I had my Tacoma ceramic coated on the 5th of this month. I know we had some good rain coming up, I wanted to wait till then to give my review. Rain sheds off my truck like a duck in water. He was able to diminish the oxidation on my hood and roof. It is a lot less noticeable, and smooth to the touch. Keith is a master of his craft. He clearly loves what he does. He was very easy to talk to and I felt very comfortable leaving my vehicle with him. He is extremely knowledgeable and is willing to take the time to explain the process. Even down to the molecule's and technical explanation what is exactly involved in ceramic coating a vehicle. I could go on and on. But keeping it simple, you won't be disappointed. Thank you Keith and to your team. You do beautiful work. It is very hard these days finding someone as passionate as Keith is. Thank you sir, I will be back in 5 years if the ceramic coating needs a refresh that soon. I'm very pleased and happy to support your business. Happy Holidays! -Chris MotoMedic read more

Amazing service. Keith took all the time needed to explain all their services in detail and answered all my questions. No pressure and very personable. Other detailers were hesitant taking the job because my suburban was black and hard to do. I had a ceramic coating done that I knew nothing about. When I saw the finished job I was so happy with the outcome and happy I went with this product. Keith sent me pictures when it was done and it looked great but even better in person. The shine is amazing! I would definitely recommend Pristine. Great job guys! read more

I asked Keith who I have worked with so many time, and have referred even more. To make my Tahoe look like new. I almost felt badly bringing it to him in the condition it was in having two kids. He and his team did an incredible job. This 2012 Tahoe looked like new and I was able to sell it for what it was worth. There wasn't one spot they missed. I was so happy and grateful to he and his team. I always have been thank you guys. I'll keep talking about you and sending people your way. read more

They did a beautiful job on my car, even better than expected. They couldn't have been nicer to work with.

Brought my 2004 Accord in because I haven't had the interior touched up in quite some time, and the leather and carpets could use some work from my long days as a food courier. I asked Keith and his team to do the interior package. I was very impressed with the thoroughness and quality of their work. My leather looked like it did when I first got the car 18 years ago. My windows were immaculate. Carpets looked brand new too. They even did the door jambs, I haven't seen them that clean in some time. The only thing is, I thought he said he would do my headliner and he didn't, but I could be mistaken. It's not in the package on the website, but I could of sworn he mentioned it. Maybe I'm tripping. But regardless, I really appreciate how they truly didn't miss a spot and made the car look so good. Plus the price he said I would pay was the price I did pay, no added tax or anything. Will be back for any other detailing needs. Thank you Keith! read more

We have taken two cars here in as many weeks. My eight year old Honda had alot of hard water spots since I got it four years ago. Another shop had said they wouldn't come out. Not only are they gone but the paint looks amazing. Even my mother in law complemented it. Not something she does much. Then we took in the Mustang. Only had some really light surface scratches but on black they really stand out. Car came out looking better than when we picked it up from the dealership. Ill be taking my truck in next. Obviously your looking for a good detail shop or you wouldn't be reading this. Rather you love your car or just want to sell it this place is great. So if you drive a Kia or a Lambo this is your must go to place. Their five star rating says it all. read more

I highly recommend this business. I took my car to several other auto body shops and I'm happy that I finally decided to have my work done here. I have a black vehicle and I had it detailed which got the many scratches out and had the deeper scratches touched up with matching paint . They polished the headlights and porcelain coated my vehicle. I've had work done here in the past and I couldn't be more pleased. Keith is professional, friendly and kept me informed with the work. Thanks Keith!!! My car looks brand new! read more

My brother-in-law took his truck to Pristine Auto based on the reviews. He and my sister were evacuated from the Mendocino Complex Fires and the truck had ash inside and out. He was quoted $290 to have the interior and exterior detailed, with the exception of having the interior shampooed (he has WeatherTech floor mats and didn't need it). He was extremely disappointed with how the truck was detailed. Despite the initial quote including the interior being done, when he returned it wasn't. He was informed that they only "wiped down" the interior. The reason he opted for detailing was to remove the ash. Even then the "wipe down" was disappointing. There was smudges still on his touch screen; none of the cup holders were cleaned; the interior was poorly vacuumed; there was still dirt and debris inside; and there was spot marks from the cleaning spray left on the seats and center console where it wasn't wiped down all the way. To make it worse, when he drove off the lot, his 4 wheel drive was on; they literally wiped across the dash and turned on the 4 wheel drive. The exterior was just as disappointing as the inside. There was still water marks all over the truck; there was still dust and dirt along the window seals; there was still bug marks on both mirrors, headlights and on various parts of the truck; there was still bugs IN the grill, not bug marks, actually bugs still left behind. To give the person he spoke to credit, after being contacted about how dissatisfied he was, he was going to not charge them. My brother-in-law insisted they charge what he thought the detail was worth, and they only charged him $100 on his card. He also left an additional $100 cash tip for the workers. Overall the quality of work provided was not adequate and did not match the reviews we read. Especially when you consider my sister took her car to a different car wash the day before and paid $23 for a wash that looked better than my brother-in-laws truck after a detail that was valued at $290. read more

I got a ceramic coat done here. I had called several places but the reason I chose this location was the initial phone call. Keith was friendly and responsive. Informative and not pushy. The job was done in the time they quoted and all pricing was accurate in the end. The have great attention to detail.
