Advanced Auto Glass & Detail

Thank you Shelby for taking care off all of my cars needs. I called for detail and was able to get…read moremy windshield replaced and a full detail inside and out, my Porsche has not looked this good since I purchased it. I highly recommend Advanced Auto Glass and Detail.

I'm happy to pay $400 but damn at least respect my time…read more Arrived for my appointment. The staff clearly was not expecting me. Was told the car might be done at 4, called at 415 and said it'd be done at 5. Wasn't "done" until 545 but during the walk through there were several obviously missed areas and many sections that hadn't even been touched. They come back at 615 to say it's done again but at this point I need to take care of personal matters and take the car as is. As I'm driving I see smears and drips all over the driving cluster and all over the windshield. The steering wheel is dangerously greasy. When I get home the hood has several dirty areas that I can wipe off with my finger. The chrome grill was not at all shiny and in fact had spotty residue all over. And drippy residue down driver side door too. There was overspray on the plastic exterior parts, discoloration all over the interior, and just plain old dirt and grime around the wheel arches. I'm thinking to myself if I had an entire day to detail my car I could have done a better job myself. I've taken a car here in the past and had great results but this time it seemed like the business was more focused on getting as many cars as they possibly can in a day. And for that, they've lost a repeat customer and any future recommendations. 3 stars just cuz of the first time I brought the car in and because of the good experiences I've had at their glass shop but as a stand alone experience it'd be 1. And now you got me reconsidering the glass shop .

We were lucky to find Eddie's Paint Works to help us and he rates 5 Stars and would give 100 stars…read moreif possible. Eddie restored my wife's Highlander and every inch looks new and right off the showroom floor. We are talking about a 23 year old car that sat out in the sun and lost most of its clear coat and had faded base coat. Now I can see my reflection from twenty feet away. The restoration is just impeccable down to the smallest detail ensuring even the door trim, wheel rims and bumper look restored with the perfectly matched body paint. Eddie is an amazing owner and truly knows and loves his craft. I had many estimates from other auto body shops and everyone told me not to waste our money on an old car as the paint job would be more expensive than the car value. Eddie was the only owner who understood that my wife just loved the car and wanted to restore it and it wasn't just about the cost. He spent a lot of time with us explaining every detail and making sure we understood each step and also work with us on what was possible with our budget. He has great communication and kept us informed of the work progress from start to finish over the three weeks. Eddie's shop does more than just auto body accident work and does collectable car restorations. We would recommend Eddie's Paint Works for any paint work as he is very honest and extremely easy to work with and has reasonably prices. Chatting with Eddie, he told me he knew he wanted to be in the automotive paint industry as far back when he was a teenager when he took a high school shop class he knew his calling. This man and his wonderful shop will take great care of your car.

There were rust areas and I was sure I have at least 10 more good years, but not if it started leaking. I took the car a got a couple of estimates. Eddies estimate was the most reasonable. And, he was even recommended by a competitor. He answered all my questions and explained the process. He is very knowledgeable and professional. The car needed a full repaint. I feel like I have a brand new car for a fraction of the cost. She looks better than brand new! I received her back fully detailed. He even found the car mats I bought years ago that needed to be cut to put in the car. I never got to it anhe did! If you are looking for a meticulous, honest shop for major paintwork, Eddies is the only place to go. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
