I recommend. HAS Military Veterans Discount.
    American L.

One of my off-roader military cousins is selling their vehicle as being deployed overseas so we came here to get it "professionally detailed" for that extra wow factor. A dirty or muddy truck to many of my relatives and friends is a badge of honor across the truck's body for all to see that they've been off-road life; or in snow, mud, sand, or water; or helping another in distress. Among their truck must-haves are MaxTrax traction pads to help extract and plow through loose terrain, snatch straps to attach to another vehicle's recovery points and pull one from a snag, a high-lift jack and base to elevate the rig and change a tire on any terrain, a patch kit to cover a tire tear temporarily, a shovel to dig out of trouble, work gloves, headlamp or other light source to illuminate the issue, set of search lights mounted near door mirrors to illuminate the sides, jump starter to overcome a dead or faulty battery, air compressor, snorkel (first check water depth at deepest point to make sure you aren't driving into disaster), good set of AT or MT tires to air-down when off-road, and an emergency kit. You can get fancy with equipment like winches, these carry a hefty weight penalty and aren't necessary for the average off-roader. My relatives and friends are far from average off-roaders. They first spent a lot of time practicing, and always have a mental image of their vehicle and the terrain in their head while off-road. They always bring a buddy in another equally equipped vehicle. When the off-road fun is over, air your tires back up with compressor so you don't kill your fuel economy on the highway or worse - unseat a tire from its rim. The vehicle now dirty from being off-road quickly brings teasing to clean it from those who don't off-road. Detailstop staff sorta greeted us upon arrival Has 12 different service packages. I recommend you read each of them thoroughly to fully understand just what you're buying. Has average prices Gas door wasn't cleaned inside Did it for the price they quoted us No automatic gratuity was added to bill No one here offered to commit fraud to reward, pay or compensate for posting 5 star reviews of this business I recommend that before you leave that you thoroughly inspect your vehicle to make sure that what you paid for is what they actually did. I rate this business 3 stars. According to Yelp ratings' definitions, that's "Ok". That to me is an acceptable rating of something that does day in and day out what it is there to do. It's NOT a negative review because doing day in and day out what it is there to do is NOT an easy thing to accomplish. The owner(s) of this business like their Freedom so they have a Military and Veterans Discount as a thank you to Veterans with a publicly disclosed daily Veteran Discount which provides resource to ensure Veterans (rare 7% of the population) and GIs (rare one-half of one percent of the population) opportunity to participate in American Dream Veterans and GIs' sacrifices have made possible for 100% of the population. That's what earned them the fourth star for going beyond what they're in in business to do. February is Black History Month After several years of being homeless Elegance Bratton enlisted in US Marine Corps. After scoring well on the Marine Corps entrance exam, Bratton was offered several options. One was to learn film-making and make instructional videos for the Marines. Bratton accepted. Marine Corps provided him a family, Bratton said, one that he supported and that cared for him in return. "A drill instructor told me that your life is important, and you are important, and you matter. You have a responsibility to protect the Marine to your left to your right. That notion was transformative for me, because I had never had that kind of trust from someone before. And to be honest, it was enough. That's what I needed to hear to kind of turn my life around." Bratton said the Marine Corps was instrumental in helping him develop an identity and that he and his fellow Marines were able to learn to accept and embrace the different ways of life they all led. "The Marine Corps is where I learned how to not only listen to people who are very, very different from me, but how to form meaningful human connections with them. This dysfunctional family helped me to love myself more, even as they asked me to repress myself." Bratton, black and gay, Served during the era of government's "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" policy for non-heterosexual people. After his Honorable Discharge from the Marines he earned an undergraduate degree from Columbia University and an MFA from NYU's Tisch Graduate Film program. Bratton's award-winning short films have played in some 150 film festivals worldwide including Sundance, Outfest and the American Black Film Festival.

Hi we do not offer that service at this time. I know "Show and Glow" in Rohnert Park does. Shaun

The last two times though have been so bad, it's coming off my list of places to return because it's been so solidly disappointing. Both last time and the time before that, the car wash itself had multiple parts in the wash tunnel that weren't working or were working poorly and ended up leaving parts of the car completely unwashed or undried. I pointed it out to the drying person and they offered to let us go through again which somewhat improved things, but only really because the person at the entrance literally sprayed and brushed the car by hand before us going back through. I do like that the bays are clean to vacuum out the car and it's convenient to get to just off the freeway but if I'm paying for a car wash I expect the carwash to be working. If there are parts that don't work, they need to be fixed before customers are paying to get a wash. I don't think that's expecting too much. Definitely will be taking my business to Santa Rosa because even though it's not as convenient, at least I get what I pay for in a car wash that actually -washes the car-.

Well the first couple times it was adequate, not great. I went through yesterday Nov 9th 2024 and my truck was still dirty when it came out. Many parts of the car wash were not operating as I drove through. I guess the ace is OK if your vehicle is just dusty, but I park outside. Still got 8 washes...is it worth the bother of using thwm? I go to a shelf serve car wash to self serve. If someone is going to help me I'd rather they let me know instead of going to the other side of my vehicle where I can't see them to scare the crap out of me when I'm surprised by their presence.

Last month, I took my car to the Rohnert Park carwash. I…read morelike the Rohnert Park carwash because it's always clean, and I can get in wash my car and get out quickly. This day, I used my credit card and swiped it through the credit card reader. I kept a close eye on the machine and just did a really quick wash ,mostly wanting to wash the windows. When I was done, I hung up the equipment and took a look at the machine and was on my way. A few weeks later, I was checking my credit card statement online and seen I had been charged $25 at the carwash. I knew the reading was not $25 when I hung up the equipment and stopped washing my car. I looked online for a contract number for this car wash and texted a message to the owner. I didn't really expect to get a reply. To my surprise, within minutes, someone texted me back right away on a Saturday. I explained what I thought happened, and it turned out there is a button you have to push to stop the payment at the end of your using the carwash. The machine has an auto stop at $25 . The person explained and I felt stupid. However, they refunded the over amount of what I remembered using. I will continue to use this carwash. It is clean, and the owners care about their customers even on a Saturday. Thank you, Rohnert Park Carwash

Paid for the top-tier wash (triple foam, graphene, tire shine, the whole thing) and got literally NOTHING but a basic rinse. No foam, no graphene, no extras at all. Went inside, first employee just shrugs like this is normal (because it obviously is). Then the manager (young Hispanic woman) comes out already locked and loaded with her autopilot BS she's clearly said 500 times before: "I have to check the cameras, write your number down and I'll call you." Hands me a pen that barely works and a scrap of receipt paper. Had to press down like I'm carving into stone just to write my number because even the damn pen was broken. Shocker--no call ever came. This is NOT rocket science. Her ONE job is to make sure her employees actually fill the soap tanks, stock the chemicals, keep the machines working, and run the place properly. Instead they're all trained to be cheap, cut every corner, save a few bucks on supplies while still charging full price for premium, and then hit you with the same fake "I'll call you" routine when you get scammed. Systemic laziness and stupidity that starts at the top with her. She deals with these exact complaints every single day yet does nothing to fix the root problem because that would require actual work. Tried the air machine after--completely dead. "That's not our machine, we don't control it." Real cute. California law says you HAVE to provide free working air to paying customers. It's on YOUR property. If your vendor isn't fixing it, get a new vendor. It's not that hard. I've been to dozens of other Shell car washes in California and never once had an issue. This specific location is intentionally ripping people off, refusing refunds, and hiding behind the fake "I'll check the cameras and call you" routine because they've been getting away with it forever. Stay far away. Go literally anywhere else. These people do not deserve your money that is clearly not being reinvested into the services they are required and expected to provide. I'm an attorney and I was visiting the area because I have family nearby and it's apparently known about town that this location is incompetent. (Already reported to Shell corporate and filing complaints with California Attorney General and Weights & Measures for the repeated fraud and broken air machine. Enough is enough.) All you have to do is the right thing. Spent $87 for gas and NO CAR WASH just a weak water rinse. This manager who just chit chats on the phone outside should take a trip to San Francisco and visit the Shell on 19th Ave and Lincoln to see what a REAL functional car wash is all about ! Provide the actual service that people paid for - Simple right?

Would give ZERO stars if possible. Horrible place that I do not recommend and will never use again…read more I went here to purchase gas and decided to get a car wash as well. After I was done fueling I went to the car wash which was empty and input my pin and was directed to drive forward. I drove forward until I saw the light turn red and then looked down to put the truck into park and double checked all the windows. When I looked up I saw the yellow light flashing to back up which I started to do and then the wash completely turned off. I backed up to see if it would restart but it did not so I went into the store to see if they could restart it. The lady said she needed to watch the video which she pulled up and it showed that I had stopped, the light went red, and then started flashing yellow for a few seconds and then right when I started to notice and back up it shuts off. She then tells me that this is not a "malfunction" so they cannot issue me a refund and restart the wash???? I tried to discuss this with the lady but she wouldn't listen. This is illegal. How can you charge a customer 17 dollars for a car wash and then when it aborts the car wash you don't restart it or offer a refund? This feels highly illegal and I am reporting to the FTC and california department of justice as a deceptive business practice. I don't typically leave reviews but this was absolutely unbelievable and then when I told the lady that this was poor customer service she told me that she wasn't being rude so it wasn't bad customer service... what??? Absolutely ridiculous and this business just lost all of my family and friends business.
