It seems like honesty and integrity are hard qualities to find these days. But I was so pleasantly surprised today with what just happened at Easy Breezy Car Wash. I had a very good experience washing my old truck, taking my time to utilize the different functions available at this do-it-yourself car-wash. The bays were clean, the pressure was sufficient, the different functions all worked and I left with my truck looking as good as it possibly could, considering it's age and the abuse it has seen over the years. it was a much better wash than my truck would get for the same money at the local car washes with attendees washing the car. I got home and unloaded my truck and about an hour later I realized that I could not find my wallet. I just figured that I miss placed it but after searching the house, the truck, the garage and all the places I had been since returning home, I was headed out to jump back in my truck and go to the car wash with nothing but hope and a prayer that it would still be there if it fell out of my truck. And that's exactly what it did, and the reason I know this is because I opened the door and was met by who I think might be the owner of Easy Breezy Car Wash on my front step. In broken English, he determined that it was I whose wallet he had in his pocket and handed it to me. All its original contents was still there. And there were bills sticking out in plain sight they would've tempted just about anybody. But not this family. This man was very polite and made a special trip somewhat out of his way to return my wallet. While thinking him, his young son got out of the car and came up to me and as I was thanking them, he gave me a hug. They would not accept a reward. What a show of character and goodness. I am very grateful for their actions, which clearly were just matter of fact and second nature to this good family. Thank you. 3rd time I go to use touchless wash. I've been going here a while now and recently it has been out of order with no notice posted. No cone blocking the entry. No sign on the machine that takes your money/code. I use their app and purchase my wash ahead of time. Scan. Use my code and nothing. First two times ( both separate dates) I was frustrated, emailed, never got a reply but it was resolved in person with a young man working one day. Today, happens again. I told the person that pulled in behind me that it wasn't working. She stayed for a bit so I hope it didn't take her money too. I call. No answer. Leave a voicemail. I want reimbursement and there should be better customer service for your customers whether I decide to go back or not. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. I turned it on twice to wash my truck before and after scrubbing in between. Somehow I spent $6.50 each time to wash the damn truck off with water so $13 total to wash my own vehicle with my own wash mitt. There's a "$12 maximum charge." But instead, they just charge you the $12 anyways! So $24 dollars to spray the truck with their water. What a steal! Don't go here. read more

I really appreciate the way they maintain the grounds and equipment. Usually find someone on duty watching over the facility and providing support when needed. They make a strong statement on recycling the water and their environmental commitment. I use their automatic brushless wash for the most part does an excellent job. However when my car is dirty from the winter I need to pre clean in one of the bays. The vacuum stations have great power just would be nice if they had crevice tools to get between the seats. I appreciate how the brushes in the bay are of higher quality and instructions on how to pre clean before use. Great way to prevent scratches. Overall great place read more

Why do they say their hours of operation are still 11 PM when they shut things out before that? The lady that works there and cleans the parking lot is very rude. The lady who works there is always friendly, welcoming, helpful, hard working, and dedicated in assisting me and others. Edit, since I can't respond to the owner: Please review the cameras to see the one small black bag I placed in the garbage, along with 1 can and a few other smaller items. Yes it did take me a 1/2 an hour because I was also clearing everything out, you can clearly see me putting things in my trunk, and wiping down the entire inside of my car with wipes. I still have a bag of garbage that I did not throw in your garbage can due to the last experience I had there. So don't sit there and say that I was throwing away garbage for half an hour, because I absolutely was not and I fully intended on vacuuming and washing my car as I normally do. And I tried to call in of course he didn't answer. And I'd like to mention that after I told her that I was planning on vacuuming and even offered to move my car as I thought she wanted to clean the area I was in, she could have left at that Because at that point she should have taken the hint that I was going to vacuum if I was spending that long I'm just cleaning out my car. There were no other cars waiting for vacuums, and she had 4 of the 6 stalls blocked off for no apparent reason. At no point was I being uncurtious to her or others. I have been coming here once or twice a month with my kids for almost 10 years, we all clean the car together and the boys love it! I always buy my cleaners from the vending machine, and we all take turns washing the car. I love supporting local businesses but my experience today was absolutely bizarre and I don't think I will ever be coming back. We had just come back from a huge road trip to the snow, the first we'd had in a year, we had a lot of trash from our trip, mostly food wrappers and drink cups, and a few packages from toys we bought on the trip. I happened to have a box in my car from some clothes I had just bought my kids so I threw the trash in there when we were at the gas station before we got to the carwash. I got to the front, got $10 in quarters, bought some cleaning supplies from the vending machine and then went to the vacuum station as usually we clean out the inside before scrubbing the outside (the boys usually get soaking wet and I need to take them straight home after). I got out to dump the garbage out of the box and break the box down. As I dumped it I heard someone screaming at me, I turned around and a woman was barking at me not to "dump my trash" here. I was trying to explain that this was trash from my car and we had just had a road trip, she began screaming over me and refusing to even listen to what I was saying. I said "ma'am can I please speak? I'm trying to explain that this is from our car, we just had a huge road trip with kids" she continued barking at me that she didn't care, and that I can't use their garbage as my personal trash. I was trying to be polite even as she continued yelling at me. My son, who is disabled and is sensitive to loud sounds came to stand behind me. I asked her if there was a better way she could handle this, she yelled "oh yeah and what's that" I said she could try being polite to paying customers and that I've been coming here for almost 10 years, I have never seen her there nor had I ever been spoken to like this by another member of staff like that. She then barked that she could "call the owner" if I don't believe her about the policy on "dumping" garbage. I said no thanks, got in my car and left. As a business owner and someone who's been in costumer service for 20 years I can't IMAGINE a member of staff speaking to a customer like that. And in front of my kids none the less. I can completely understand if she had approached and explained that it was too much garbage and I would have understood and kept it in mind, again, I'm a very calm person and have no problem being corrected if I'm breaking a rule. I honestly would have apologized. But to come at a customer screaming over a policy they couldn't possibly have known in advance is absolutely inexcusable. This place is a joke. I guess now that there is a drought they feel its ok to make the sprayer so the water barely comes out, but they charge the same? And the scrub brush is filthy and does not make suds come out. My car left dirty... I didn't feel like spending $20 to get it clean, I will never use that self car wash again! Very disappointed. Hi Daniel, Thank you for following up on your earlier correspondence. I was unable to find a way to respond online without writing a second review, which is why I didn't reply. Many thanks for your offer to walk me through the use of a pressure washer. I have been working on my own car and many others since the late 70's and have also used a pressure washer on many commercial and residential structures. I feel I have an adequate understanding of how a wand based pressure washer is to be used. You pay for the service and expect to have clean water, soap solution, de-greaser, etc emit from the wand. However when the soap resembles water more than soap, there is a problem. This is the second time I have visited your business within the last year. The first time I though your machine had run out of the soap solution as it differed very little from clean water. The second time I realized this is your business's standard. The lack of a cleaning solution as advertised would have probably garnered you a rating of 3 stars. However the attendant's flippant attitude when I brought it to his attention as he laughed and said, "That's soap!" dropped it down to a 1 star rating. Bottom line, the services provided by your establishment are inadequate. I've taken my business elsewhere. I am sorry as you were reasonably priced and convenient. I hope you will up the concentration of the soap solution so you may provide the service as advertised. read more

This car wash has a convenient location in Cotati, but the automatic touchless wash is very much subpar. Not only does it not get most of the dirt off, but the driers also spray the colored soap back onto the vehicle. Which can be especially noticeable on a white car. That being said the vacuums are great to have and it is not terribly priced. read more

I have enjoyed this car wash for years. The owner really cares, unfortunately a lot of the people complaining here have never reached out to him. I recall a few years ago the gentleman noticed I was having trouble with the drive-through car wash and caught me before leaving and was able to get the wash working for me. I have observed him working on several facets of the car wash and has added a new car wash club, with an Easy Breezy Car Wash app, it has admittedly had a couple of bumps, but when I reached out to the email included in the app got a 24 hour response and the owner met with me personally to work it all out! I would bet there are more happy customers like myself that love the locality and convenience of using this car wash and it is helping to save thousands of gallons of water! Try it out, I am sure you will like it, if not reach out via there app and you will be taken care of. One last comment, many of the car washes i have used in the past are filthy and run down, this car wash seems to always have someone cleaning it and the owner keeps it looking nice, I appreciate that! read more

Bought the $10 Graduate automatic car wash. I had bird poop and ash from the fire that had fallen onto my car when I went through the wash, and I had bird poop and ash on the car plus water spots when it was done washing. Worst car wash experience ever. read more
