I've using this car wash for years and have been very happy. They do a great job on the exterior and the price is right.

I guess I'm kind of old-school and I like using the do it yourself wash because it feels satisfying. I've been coming to this place for a while and this time the foam brush stopped halfway through. I wasted a bit of time trying to figure out why it wasn't working and switching to the soap spray to finish the job. The car wash took me longer than necessary because of this and cost me more time. I informed the person working that the brush stopped working halfway through and he responded that no, the brush was working fine. I told him again in fact it was not and stopped working halfway through. His reply was, "No, it's fine". He was totally rude and dismissive, and I hadn't even asked for a partial refund or anything at all. It was clear he didn't care about if there was a problem or not. After coming here for years, from now on I'll be finding somewhere else to spend my money on car washes. read more

Only went here because Raintree was closed on a Tuesday; never again! It took nearly an hour for an inside-and-out cleaning that cost $39 and left spots of sticky stuff in 6 or 8 places. I read the sign that says to report problems before you leave; makes me think complaints are a common occurrence. The spots were cleaned off grudgingly when I pointed them out. Way slower, less thorough, and more expensive than Raintree. Lesson learned. read more

It's cheap ($17 as of 4/6/2022) BUT as the old adage goes, you get what you pay for! For $17, I wasn't disappointed, but my car was super filthy and due to the drought, I'm not able to wash my car at home. Was the car cleaner? Yes, absolutely, but it was far from the level of detail and quality you would see with a more expensive hand wash/wax or a detailer. However, I would also expect to pay 3-4x for the former and 10-15x for the latter so if you decide to come here, just set your expectations correctly. There were 3 things I saw that gave me pause: (1) The microfiber wash mitts they use for the hand wash portion of the wash are filthy! That means small dirt particles, rocks, bugs, and other debris are now acting as an abrasive as they wash the exterior of your car. This probably explains some of the swirl marks that others have commented on. It might be better showing up right when they first open where presumably, they are starting with new wash mitts. (2) The wash itself was very fast and far from comprehensive. Since you sit in your car during the entire service, you don't really get to "admire" the quality of their work until you get home. Let's just say I spent another 30 mins doing some additional drying and light detailing once I got home. (3) The drying service are also using towels that don't look particularly dry or newly washed. Is it worth it? I'd say if you have an older car where you're less concerned about damage to your paint and you want to get in and out quickly, it's absolutely worth it. Yes, I spent an additional 30 mins at home but it would've taken me 2 hours to wash the car properly at home. Next time I go, I'll try to go first thing in the morning to see if the wash/towel situation is better. read more

Have been coming here for several years now. Love the fact that you can get your car scrubbed prior to entering the touchless car wash. Price for the wash has increased over the years ($13 when I first started going, now [2022] $17) - but expected with all inflation going on, right? I don't recall having any trouble with my car wash. I love the fact that they have someone drying your car after the wash. Depending on the day or time of day, you may need to wait. The max I've waited has been about 20 minutes. Also, they do offer interior cleaning, you can request it once you pull up - one of their staff will vacuum the interior and clean - however, if staff is low, they can't always offer this. read more

Went here today to do a self-service car wash. The machine said $3.75 then I swiped my card and it went up to $5.25 without asking me and the time started. After I got home I looked at my bank statement and it said $10.00. Statement was just updated to $3.75. I think they just place a temporary hold for $10. Overall great car was for the price. This review is specifically for the self serve car wash bays portion. The quality of the self serve bays are horrendous. Outdated payment system, damaged knobs, water wands that are damaged, brush with dirty and clearly old bristles, and the overall presentation of the bay is old, dingy and was dirty. The value was zero as the pre soak option did not work, nor the spot free rinse. The high pressure soap option smelled like a cheap dish soap mixture, as did the wax, both of which had a green color which is a color not typically associated with soaps, but rather harsh chemicals. This was my first and will be my last time visiting this self serve wash. I do not recommend this self serve wash bay. read more

I brought my brand new vehicle to Touchless Car Wash for a FIRST EVER car wash and they left swirl scratches all over it, including headlight lens covers. Their wash cloths are so full of grit, they even scratched up letters on my license plate. Since it had never been washed before, I know for a fact that they caused the damage. I have filed a claim with my insurance (AAA - who has their own team of lawyers) and then I will sue independently for my co-payment. I will be reaching out to others who say the same on reviews, for a possible combined/class action lawsuit. Despite their signs, they are legally responsible for damage to vehicles caused from their services. I have attached pics and will attach more later. read more

Terrible customer service, horrible horrible attitude. I paid for full service, clean in and and outside... The guys starts to clean and leaves streaks and water still dripping in my hood. I ask for the manager, and the guy cleaning runs up to him and tells him in Spanish that I am asking him to clean my carburetor. The manager "we don't clean carburetors." Me... "my car is electric there is no carburetor." Finally the manager comes to 'see'and is determined to prove me wrong... and lo and behold, huge hole where an engine should have been, and the open hood is still dripping of water. Usually service not so bad, i go once a week but today really pissed me off. I get there at 450 before they close and the guy who says his name is Robie gave me the hand and neck as in we are closed i said bro it's not even 5 o'clock yet even though website says 6 closing. I pull up too him and says income here every week and plus it's not even 5 yet. I used to love this place but the last five times that I have come and asked for clear coat it wasn't done. The wash inside was really short without the blue clear coat goop, just a rinse and blow dry. I pointed it out to him but it hasn't changed. This is a inexpensive place with a very nice (lots of cycles). car wash. It is inexpensive, 14 for most expensive wash. However, if you want the inside of your car cleaned, you are doing it yourself with the free vacuums. If you want wipe rags, you have to buy them. read more

For the price you get pretty good service and quality to match the costs. For $45 they did a thorough exterior wash and a pretty good interior vacuum job and wipe down. Missed a few minor spots, but NBD. For the price it's pretty darn good. Next tim I come, I'll set up a detailing service with them to shampoo my car and see how it goes. read more

Yeah they charged for it (super reasonable by the way), but the staff listened to my request and actually worked hard to make it happen. I tried to get my car washed there, but was refused. I had never been to this car wash before. A guy pointed me into one of the wash bays, and said nothing more. A big sign on the wall said to "put car in park, leave your engine running." So I did that. Nothing happened. A minute later the same guy bangs on my driver's side window, aggressively, saying, "You leaving! You leave! Car behind you now!" I was trying to give you $18 for a car wash, and would've even liked to pay the $50 for an interior cleaning too. But unfortunately, the employee who greeted me literally could not communicate how to spend money at this establishment. Seems like it should have been a pretty simple transaction. Lame. Ever since moving to away from my usually car wash in San Rafael I've been at a loss as to where to take my car to. I saw these folks and decided to give them a try. First and foremost the we're nice! And they did a very good job on the exterior, they actually took the time to wash the car and clean the windshield. And they took time to actually clean the interior and not rush though it it. I didn't have any cash on me but they were great and let me get cash back in order to tip. Ito top it off it wasn't very expensive it was $29.99 for the exterior/interior of the car. Way cheaper then what I was paying in Marin. Best car wash! They hand scrub your car thoroughly (tires, mirrors, everything!) before sending your car through the Touchless spray wash. Then, they dry your car too to bottom. You stay in your car the whole time. $16, can't beat it. Gave them a huge tip for their attention to detail and hard work. I wish this place was where I live!!! Your car gets a fairly good wash for fair price. However, Touchless is simply dishonest: It posts a prominent sign that says you get a free wash after having purchased fine. Today a very surly manager told me that you had to buy five cleanings - at $80 each - in order to get one wash free. And he was rude and dismissive. I've been taking my Ram 1500 here for years and today I went in with my little red prepaid coupons that I ALWAYS get and use with no problem. As soon as I pulled in the guy takes my coupon then goes to the back of my truck. (No clue what he was looking for) then comes back and tells me that there is an EXTRA CHARGE. I asked for the manager, he said he's not here and he doesn't even answer his phone. So who is in charge?! No one apparently. I got my money back for the 5 coupons I bought which cost me $85! I drove up and wasn't sure what to expect. I couldn't really tell where the entrance was or where to park so I just waited. After about 5 minutes someone came and guided me to a spot. The guys got right to it, applying soap and massaging away the layers of dirt on my car. I live at the end of a dirt road, so my car was looking pretty bad. Most of the wash was done by hand. There was a soaping station first, two people applied a foamy soap and sponged away the grime, then you go into a machine that does a rinse and an air dry. After that, someone towel dries your car. In the end my car looked great. I think $15 to have 3 humans wash the exterior of your car by hand is reasonable. I felt like I gave my car an inexpensive spa day. read more

Great place to get a car wash or even wash your own car! One complaint is it's so dirty in the car wash bays where you wash your own car absolutely disgusting trash on the ground and looked like someone vomited in the lot. took my dog out of the car so that my fiancé could wash my car decided to walk away from the area and there was rusty nails on the ground, and broken pieces of cleaning product bottles. All kinds of trash....It obvious that people take advantage and dump trash where they feel after cleaning their cars. Not to mention the rusty nails that I saw could end up in your cars tire. Please be aware!!! I'm hoping that they read this so they can also be aware that they need to clean up the area where the cars pull in to get washed and where people park. read more

First time here and great experience. I only had 4 cars ahead of me waiting in line, but it didn't take long to get through with 2 stalls open. It's nice to have hand car washes and the price was not bad. I got an exterior wash and wax for only $12! I had to tip them because they are very hard workers doing everything by hand.
