Shockingly bad experience after years of bringing our cars here. Paid for a full service wash plus extra for the car being especially dirty. When I got home and walked around the front, all the dead bug splatters were still there! When I brought it back, the woman who takes the payments said, "that won't come off". Seriously?!? You are a car wash place and you can't get bug splatter off? I put a little spit on my finger, rubbed it on the spot, and it came right off. I told her "well I can get this stuff off so if you're a car wash and you can't get the stuff off maybe you should just refund my $32.00". She then said I could run it through the exterior wash again and two of them worked on my hood and she kept shaking her head at me like she couldn't get the bug splatter off, but eventually with the little elbow grease they got most of it off. Not all of it, and I had to finish the job myself. The photos of are the remaining residues after the 2nd wash attempt. I was able to get everything clean myself with spit and my fingernail. Sunday at 11 AM, one car ahead of me. I went for the gold wash. It took a little more than one hour and 14 minutes for me to get my car back. That's not for a detailed job. That's just their standard gold wash. Just under $50, for a service much less than a detail job, Time is money even on a Sunday. It's a better job than the other guys on golf course but for the time it takes, I'll spring for a detail job with a local professional. I think I have to go shopping for a better car wash. I hope they pay their workers more than minimum wage here because the people do work hard and the prices they charge are expensive! $33 for a Gold Wash and for that price I expect the car to be spotless! I am OCD so I noticed various tiny bird poop spots still on the car after they were done detailing. Inside and out look clean but if you look closely, it can be cleaner! I drive a lot for my commute so my car gets pretty dirty fast especially bird poop and fly stains. Yuck. I spilled matcha latte in the back carpet last year and it won't come off after self clean. I asked to see if they can clean it for me and they told me it will be $25 to clean that small spot! OMG. I just thought since you're already cleaning the carpets might as well.. but not for that charge! But I get it when you get tired car after car so they do decent work but not the best work they can do! I arrived at 9am as was out by 925. It wasn't too busy just a handful of cars. There's an indoor lounge and outdoor benches. Would I come back? Sure, but not all the time for that price! read more

They did a great work on a hot day during busy conditions. It took about half an hour to get my truck in and out. But it was a super busy day at every car wash I passed, and I tried this one for the first time. My truck is large and they spent probably 10 minutes on it by hand and with brushes prior to running it through the tunnel. Got the $35 Gold wash inside and out, they did a really good job overall for the price and time they spent cleaning it. read more

When I first arrived there were only 3 cars in front of me. I asked for an estimate on time and was told it would take about 35 minutes to complete the "Gold package" I'd requested. After I paid the cashier I sat in the waiting area. After I had seen the 3 cars that were there before me come out I could only assume that mine would be next. Well it was far from next, there were 10 other cars that came through before mine. I wound up being there for over an hour which made me late to my appointment which is why I asked for a time estimate in the first place. To make matters worse, after getting home I started to notice a lot of areas that weren't cleaned well and even more that weren't cleaned/vacuumed at all. I've own a business on the same street as splash for 6 years and have been a customer and refer all my customers to them for years. Not after my experience. I got handed my keys and tail light and told to come back to talk about it that they were to busy. I came back after work. I pulled into splash (as manager showed me on camera) with no broken tail light and she then shows me the video of her worker power wash and the tail light shatter and she claims it wasn't their fault. They then proceeded to keep spraying water into the exposed light and put it thru the wash and she told me it was my fault because normally I walk back to my business but that day I was standing right out front waiting. I waited weeks to hear from her manager only for him to say he's been too busy to call. I just took to the dealership yesterday to get a quote for a repair and it's going to be one thousand dollars for the damage they created. I don't know that I've ever been so disappointed with how a business handled a situation. read more

I had come here several times over the past few years for a car wash and for full interior detailing. The previous times were decent, and the location is great because you can go next door and kill time at the mexican restaurant. I took my truck today to get detailed, on a Saturday when they have always been able to take me. I get there, and there were maybe 4 cars. They tell me that the full interior detailing on my truck will cost $300. The inside was not that dirty and its a 2021 truck. I couldn't believe the price, and they don't publicize the costs. The last time I came (7 months ago) it was $100 less. Aside from the cost, they told me they couldn't even take my truck today, and that they only do detailing on Fridays and that they have to take my truck FOR THE ENTIRE DAY. I used to like coming here and it was a great location, but I'll never come back again. With prices changing depending on their mood, unpredictable and unreliable service, and overall okay service is not worth $300. I'll be looking for somewhere else that won't charge me excessive prices. I'm sure if I tried to come back again, they would raise the price to $400. read more

I usually go to Rain Tree in Petaluma but decided to give this place a try. Big mistake. First, I pull I'm and there is no direction, just chaos. They said for forty dollars they basically clean everything but the floor mats which seemed weird. Then one guy told me it is an extra 7$ because I have an SUV. It's a RAV4. But that's fine. I go to pay and she charges me 42$ and tells me to make sure the only things left in the car are garbage. Um... I had some paperwork under the seat and some stuff neatly stacked to the side in the back which I told her. After over an hour I get my car back and it is filthy. The outside looked shiny but there was bird poop on the sides and the inside looked like they hadn't touched it, aside from the windows. My stuff in the back was thrown all over and the paperwork was thrown on the back seat. I am so disappointed. If I had an hour to wait again I d bring it back and demand they do a better job. This is my second visit to this car wash and not as pleased as the first time. They spent a lot less time finishing the car. The front window inside still had a film on it from the rags they used, the back door inside frame still had spots of mud on it from the rains as was the lower rocker panels. Normally I am extremely appreciative of their unlimited wash option. However their location in Rohnert Park has stopped honoring the unlimited wash pass and now I have to drive 15-20 minutes north to Santa Rosa in order to use it. I'm probably going to end up cancelling my pass with them for this reason, and the spots/soap that stay on my car after the wash. I'm giving them two stars because the value of the unlimited wash pass is pretty good. I wish their full service cleaning was cheaper and the quality of the wash was higher. read more

Both times before I only did exterior but today I needed to have the whole car done cause I was going to be driving around some visitors and I wanted the seats nice and clean. I got there about 2 minutes before they opened so I was the only car there. They have a cool little loung that you can wait in that had comfy seats, a tv (which was off), snacks, and chargers for every gadget you can think of which I thought was a nice touch.
