Upon completing the work, he informed my daughter to ask, 'the bulldog' (me) to update my review. Consequently, I adjusted my review from one star to three stars due to the improved condition of the car and the corrected seat issues. As a business owner who depends on customer reviews to attract future clientele, I recommend he improve his customer service skills and professionalism. Super stoked to find a place that does mobile detailing. I called and got scheduled immediately. However, there were a few major issues. 1. They detailed the car in the rain. I would assume that when they arrived at the location, that they would have set up a tent or would have offered to just do the inside and reschedule the outside at a different time. This made the car wash, hand waxing, and drying job obsolete. 2. I have whether tech mats and he said he cleaned them - but see photo below. I usually take my car to a place in Santa Rosa and they always come back looking brand new. I was so confused when I saw this. 3. Last when they were finished I asked to pay the invoice and they said they would send me an invoice. Get the invoice and an extra $20 charge to pay it. The charge is "credit card fee" I would have paid it when they were finished if this was mentioned. For a $380 service, this should have been mentioned. So I went online and made a reservation. I soon got a phone call from a nice lady confirming my appointment. I wanted mobile detailing of a small motorhome, a Mercedes Sprinter van. I picked 10 AM because I wanted it to be a little bit cooler, so that it would be easier on the workers, and it was more likely they would do a better job if they weren't burning up under the sun. A day or two later, I got a phone call from the same lady, asking if the crew could start at 8 AM instead of 10. That was even better in my opinion, because she told me it would take at least three hours at least to "wash and detail" the RV. I thought to myself, "it seems a little too fast for a wash and detail". Even when I get my cars detailed it takes 4-5 hours, if not more. Anyway, I had to move around a LOT of pieces at work, with coworkers, and with clients, in order to make 8 AM work. The lady said I, "had to be home when the detailers arrive". Which was fine with me, because I wanted to find out what their "scope of work" was. I needed to know if they were planning on using wax or some other product. I needed to show them an area to avoid, because it could not get wet yet after a recent repair. I wanted to show them a couple of other things that were very important before they started. 8 AM came and went. I waited around and made multiple phone calls between 8 o'clock and 9:30 in the morning and there was no answer. I went to work and I finally got a phone call from the nice lady at around 1030 or 1045. I told her I was not pleased with having to change my morning work schedule to accommodate an 8AM start. She then proceeded to tell me she didn't know why they were so late, but they had already started the job. I told her they needed to stop! I wanted to talk to them first about what it is they were going to do. (There's a big difference between simply washing and drying of vehicle versus "detailing".) At that point she told me they had already started to wash the vehicle, even though I left a note on the dashboard telling them not to do anything and call my cell number which I wrote down. I told her to call them and tell them immediately to stop what they were doing, because I could not get water intrusion into one of the vents where there was an electrical short previously. She then told me she spoke with them and that they had "already finished the job". "They are done". My first thought was, how many world can they be finished with a wash and "detail" of a motorhome in ONE HOUR? To me, "detailing" always means hand waxing as well. Maybe "detail" mean something else to this company but I never got a chance to ask, because they were an hour and 45 minutes late to the job. To his credit, the owner, who I think is named Tyler, communicated through the nice lady, that I would not be charged for the job, because of all the dropped balls on their part. I was surprised by this, because it's definitely the right thing to do, and so few companies do the right thing! When I got home I expected to see a 75 to 80% clean RV, because they were told to stop working, and really how much can you do in under an hour? Much to my surprise they did a very good job on the surfaces they did wash and dry. This is a very expensive motorhome. It's a 2020 Leisure Travel Serenity. The body is fiberglass and if any of you know anything about fiberglass, it's almost a semi porous material, that really holds dirt if it's not waxed or sealed somehow. That's why boats often looks so dirty. I have taken this vehicle to multiple self service car washes, scrubbed and scrubbed, and could never get the vehicle very clean looking. Always lots of streaks, always lots of grit and grime that could not be removed. I don't know what secret formula this company uses, but in less than one hour I was quite surprised at how clean the RV looked. The job was stopped before they could attack the wheels and tires and a few other black plastic trim pieces etc. but for the majority of the vehicle it was surprisingly clean. I can't believe how clean they got it in one hour and really makes me wonder how much better a job it would be had they taken the full three hours to detail and wax etc. After all the drama and miscommunication, I would definitely recommend this company, Simply because they are using very effective products and were able to get my RV clean in less than an hour! read more

The owner Tyler,came to work on my mom's car and his work was great! I called him so such short notice on Mother's Day, and he was willing to work on my mom's car! She was thrilled with his work! He was very kind and understanding. My grandparent's like his work and wants to a cleaning service with their cars. I paid $70 but gave him a tip of 10. I got the service that was $55 with the basic interior cleaning with the exterior as well. I added a service of the car windows, but I can't remember which one I ordered. We think this is a local business, so we are happy to support it! My family will stay with this service as long as they keep doing a good job. I cannot believe the way my car looks after the detailing from SudStud. I have two messy boys, and a dog that sheds like crazy and had embedded the entire wagon trunk with dog hair. Contacted Sud Stud and was given a very reasonable quote for my job. I have a 17" fiberglass RV that is 13 years old, I wanted to bring it back to a luster and prolong it's life. I booked and received abundant reminders and confirmations from their mobile system. Tyler and his crew (2 guys) showed up at my home promptly when scheduled and went to work. About 2 hours in, Tyler called me down and said my trailer was pretty badly oxidized and would need much more work than he originally quoted. When I pushed back a bit, he immediately stood behind his original quote and agreed to do the job to my satisfaction. Which he did, and then some. He and his crew stayed on my job all day, cutting, buffing, polishing and putting on layer after layer of whatever magic stuff has now made my trailer very shiny and like new! He never said anything beyond "see what you think when it's done and pay me what you feel is fair". Had these folks wash+wax my 28' car hauler trailer. Was quoted $835, which I approved, assuming a good day's worth of work to complete. Nope. Two young fellas came and did the job in 2 1/4 hours. I made an appointment for the stage 3 top of the line deep cleaning I paid $480 for my car to look like I drove through chevron car wash. We did the walk through with him saying he still has 20 more minutes I pointed out a couple of things one of which he said "he tried and if he had a needle then he could clean it" your description of the stage 3 states CRACKS AND CREVICES. Why state that if that is not true and you don't clean like you advertise? The middle console was not even touched not vacuumed or wiped down. I had pointed out side panel & was told he tired & couldn't get it out- I literally wiped it off with a napkin. Stage 3 description stated shampooed carpeted & conditioning of the seats & the car would be waxed.. NO OF WHICH was done..
