So happy we went with 713 Cleaning!…read more TL;DR The team far exceeded our expectations and we are so happy we went with them. Highly recommend Eliot and his team. My husband and I were looking for a reputable cleaning company. After searching through many different companies on Yelp, I requested a quote from several. Eliot was very prompt in his reply and provided all the information needed for us to set up a cleaning date. The communication throughout the entire process was awesome, I never felt like my questions weren't answered. The day of our scheduled cleaning, Eliot messaged me they were able to come earlier in the day, which was great! He kept me updated once the team arrived to our home and when they finished and left. It was so nice knowing when they were there and when they were gone. The constant communication and updates really allowed us to feel comfortable throughout the day. We came home to our home clean and smelling fresh. I really was so impressed at how well it was cleaned. We had a bookshelf that was a little disorganized (not expecting them to worry about it) and they straightened everything up and made it look so nice. It was a great surprise! The team far exceeded our expectations and we are so happy we went with them. Highly recommend Eliot and his team.

We have been working with MoreHands since before Covid…read more There have been various teams that come and go... The two teams that have been cleaning our home lately appear to do best. I was asked to rate the service I received this week and I would gladly do it! Overall MoreHands maid service has been a good service for us for years (although we took a break for a little while during Covid). I like the people at the office as they are polite and accomodating and because I can communicate with them very well. We have had other providers that would clean much better, but could not keep a consistent schedule. MoreHands has been able to provide service more consistently once per week for a little while now. The issue with them is that they like to move the start times around. Another issue is that they will not do ANY laundry. There have been two teams that have been coming to our home, and I like them both... They have both been doing very well: Team 3 (Claudia and Glenda) have consistently done a great job, and are very cordial and pleasant while they are performing their duties! They also go the extra mile. Keep up the great work! Team 2 (Stephanie and Julie) do what is asked of them. I like the way they make our beds. They work quick.

Worst cleaning company in Katy!! We had them come probably once a month. They would come and "…read moreclean" The house in about 45 min and leave as quick as they could leaving dust dirty floors barley cleaned mirrors etc.... the list goes on and on. We really never complained because we pretty much try and keep the home as clean as possible ourselves. But the reason for this review is because we recently moved. Had more hands do what they call a move out clean. Which don't ever let them con you into this. They sent 2 employees that basically did absolutely nothing for 5 hours to a completely empty home. And charged us around $450 to mop a floor. Biggest scam ever.!!!!!! Do not recommend this company at all. If there was an option for negative stars I would have given them negative 5

I didn't want her to worry about it so I contacted Angelina's. They came over and they looked at our house prior to us leaving gave us a quote that we were happy with. Not only that, but for us to trust somebody with our home while we're not there, it's also a big deal, but when we met her, we knew we could trust her by her personality and the way she carried herself. She cleaned our house before we left, by itself a huge task on our 1900 square foot 2-story house with 3 small dogs and a toddler. Then the day we were coming back, she came over in the morning to take care of the light cleaning to make sure the house is ready for us. Overall, we were very happy and copy contacting them in the future if we need their services again.

I wish I could remember my maid's name, but she is friendly and really good at making the house shine. She comes every two weeks, and I try not to get it too dirty in between. Still, the floors are cleaned, surfaces look like no one has ever touched them, and I defy you to find any dust. What's interesting is that their pricing is really, really competitive as well! Great service and a lower price? Yes, please!

They came out with two maids and did an OK job. Later on thought, we noticed that they had missed a lot of stuff. I wrote an email to the company and within an hour, the owner of the company and his wife had contacted me apologizing profusely promising to rectify the situation. The next day, the owner, his wife and the crew came out to my house and really did a spectacular job. They really paid attention to cleaning outside the cabinets, our shutters, blinds and floors. The bathrooms were spotless We will use them again.

I just got hung upon by the owner Jefferey because He realizes that I will not use his company…read moreanymore. He just said "payment" as he rudely hung up as if he doesn't want to hear my feedback. I can only conclude that he doesn't care about the quality his business provides. When I reservedly told him dusting and vacuuming were not done well, his response was 'the ladies reported that you stepped on mopped floor'.... What does that have to do with their poor performance? And the 'mopped floor' they were referring to was our foyer area that they mopped as they were leaving so of course I have to step on it to close the door after them. I tried to be considerate with small and big issues; even when he put me in a bad situation two months ago by failing to keep the schedule and not showing up. It's upsetting to end with such disappointment. If anyone close to me asks, I don't recommend this company. Their fee is not worth their performance nor customer service by the owner.

I immediately got them to keep coming back every other week. They are about $10 bucks more than I used to pay, but honestly, the reliability of the housekeepr and the awesome job she does in my home definitely makes it worth it. I was quoted a little under $400 for a deep clean of a approx. 1,700 one story home that was fairly empty due to moving...which means they didn't have many surfaces to clean. After their 2 hours of cleaning nothing was done and they called requesting 2 more hours ($400 more dollars...TOTAL OF $800!). The workers were working slow as molasses. When my father talked to them they stated that they can only clean one room per hour. WTH? When I confronted the company about this they claimed the workers had bad English...no, they said what they said! EXPOSED! No wonder nothing was done, you are purposely working slow. Those rooms are tiny. I ended up playing for one extra hour. My total was close to $600 and the only thing that was clean was the two restrooms, kitchen, and small dining area. I...yes I had to clean the house myself because it was not vacuumed and baseboards and surfaces were still dirty in the areas they supposedly clean. Unless you want a thousand dollar bill for a house you will still have to clean yourself, I suggest you find a place that gives you full quotes before work and does not use a foot in the door approach. These people are crooks. Yes, I said what I said. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.
