After taking our order, the employee returned to chatting with coworkers. When our order was ready, our name was called, the halo-halo was placed on the counter, and that was the end of the interaction. As for the halo-halo itself, my partner rated it a 2/10. It was overwhelmingly sweet and overpriced for what we received. We were hoping for layers of flavor and nostalgia but got a sugar rush that could probably power a small city. As a business owner myself, I understand that customer service is one of the biggest drivers of customer retention. Great products can bring people in once, but great service brings them back. Unfortunately, this visit missed the mark on both. The good news? These issues are fixable. A little more warmth, engagement, and hospitality would go a long way. You can customize the sweetness level of your drink and add extras like boba. Once you decide, you place and pay for your order using the ordering screen. The prices are reasonable, the drink sizes are generous, and the wait isn't long. They usually bring your order right to you. My favorite so far is the Coco Matcha. I enjoyed it so much that I've already been back! Dol specializes in Vietnamese coffee drinks, but they have plenty of other options as well. Definitely worth stopping by. I This time, I went with their Halo Halo Latte. Their Halo Halo Latte is essentially Teofilo's coffee inspired take on the classic Halo Halo Filipino dessert. It features a strong Filipino coffee base with red bean, ube and ube cream! Wow! So masarap! I loved how the different flavors came together to capture that Halo Halo taste, with a delicious ube touch that made my drink extra special.
