I'd leave a no star if it was possible. My family and I were denied service because we were a party of 9. The waitress working the restaurant told us we had to go somewhere else because they couldn't serve us they were already serving another large party. Apparently they didn't have a dishwasher working either and couldn't handle anymore customers. She was extremely rude we had kids and our parents with us she could've said things in a polite manner but was so mean. If you are interested in eating here. It all comes down to who is working. Some waitresses are very nice and do their job very well. Well others like Brittany prefer to argue with you. According to Brittany they serve burnt & dried out food as a normal thing. The manager agrees. Instead of taking the horrible food off the bill. They took off the cheapest thing. When I was a chef (graduated from the art Institute) I would never allow food of this low quality to leave the kitchen. Instead of politely explaining any wait, she was incredibly rude and refused us service because we were a slightly bigger party. Ate there Sunday 6/29/25 Slow service about 10 minutes before a.waitress came over..after a 25 min wait the food arrived and.it.was terrible! Couldn't eat any of the hash browns and the eggs weren't as I ordered. It's been a few years since our last road trip, so maybe 4-5 since our last Denny's visit. Sadly, the menu has changed, and there are only a very few healthy options. This Denny's was mixed. The service was outstanding, the waitress was an all star. The food was very very salty. The bathrooms not quite clean. I do wish Denny's would redo their menu and bring back healthier choices again, but they would be better at business than I. We shall have to find a new reliable road food restaurant. read more

Dropped off Sis for her earlier than early flight to Hawaii and was jonesing for breakfast. Went to the Denny's in Fife near the EQC casino and I guy drove up to me, offering to sell me an iPad or GPS. I got back in my car and left because I didn't want him selling stuff from my car while I was eating. So I came here and was surprised to see that this Dennys was trying. The updated look was kinda cool and the waitress was so friendly in spite of how early it was. I got a Moon Over My Hammy and they weren't screwing around with the ham. I got a large portion which was nice, but even better was the crispy grilled cheesey-like consistency of the bread that you expect from this dish. I had the dining room to myself which I loved, and I got to leave just as other customers came in. Usually Dennys is a depressing place to go to and I go there for a mood. This place wasn't that. Went to have dinner with my Brother @ 7pm. The gal @ the register finished a transaction @ the register, told us it would be a few seconds & took another couple to be seated. She got coffee, water for them & proceeded to the large room where she took orders for a group of 6+ people.not sure how many. We could have been seated & given a menu while she handled the large group. The 2nd waitress busied herself serving coffee & also ignored us. We left after standing around for quite awhile. On Sept 28th 2023, at approximately 11:45 PM, my Asian wife and I (Non-Asian) decide to eat breakfast at this Denny's location. Only one waitress and she definitely has issues. Actually wanted to dictate how we ordered our food. She brings our drinks, without any straws, and then disappears. My wife decided to get two straws, when the waitress returns she makes a ridiculous comment about it. If she was around, we could have asked. When ordering, she actually interrupted us from talking about what we wanted to eat. She wanted to tell us how to order our food. The food arrives very greasy and overcooked. It was nasty. *** The waitress then says, "did you notice I am losing my hair!" My jaw dropped and mentioned that "we didn't notice", wife and I were focused on each other. We also have no idea where that out of left field statement came from? She then demonstrates and pulls chunks of her hair out to shows us. After my jaw dropped, she claims it was a joke. I don't complain easily but- ordered takeout and got pork at first , it was very fatty that I couldn't eat it went back in they replaced it with beef, it was even more fatty like 45% FAT!! Sent my boyfriend back in this time, they replaced it with chicken. first bite I take was like 25% fat!! I'm done, over it.. won't ever go there again 2 stars only cuz desert was pretty fire.. We've been going to this Denny's since it opened and enjoyed each and every visit until recently. It was always like one big family with the customers and the waitresses/waiters. Recently we noticed a change in the food and service. Last week we had a new waiter and had to wait 50 minutes for our food. Then this week we were served the wrong food. One of the staff informed us that this Denny's was under new management. Why fix something that isn't broke? We really don't enjoy our visits there anymore as the friendly atmosphere is gone. It's really sad to see this happen to one of our favorite places for meals. Bring back the old management. New isn't always better!!! read more

This location serves the usual Denny's fare - solid, dependable, predictable food you can find at any Denny's anywhere. Food was a three star affair. Good enough to do the job in an acceptable way. Our Thanksgiving Day turkey, dressing, mashed potatoes & gravy dinner was passably good tasting. My salad was generous enough in portion of iceberg lettuce with accompanying veggies plus shredded cheese and decently tangy balsamic dressing on the thick side, almost like a reduction. At $11.79 per meal it seemed a good price to avoid cooking & cleanup on turkey day, to say nothing of not having to deal with leftovers later. Pumpkin and pecan pies were okay on flavor, though far from the best I've found. But the $2 per slice set the price:quality ratio in an acceptable range. Coffee tasted good, but at $3.59 per cup doesn't qualify as a good deal for a straight cuppa joe. Our server Donte earned them the extra star by being conscientious in keeping us on his radar. He was quick to bring requested items, topping up coffee mugs in a timely manner, and being friendly, courteous, & professional throughout the meal. A good job done well. read more

So I ordered food online and selected curbside. I was told the food was estimated to be done between 11:04 and 11:09. By 11:14 your website order tracking said that the order was finishing, so I decided to get out of my car to see what's going on. I walk in to see my food bagged and sitting on the counter where anyone could have touched it, poisoned it or stolen it. This is unacceptable. The food is barely warm and I'm not even going to eat it because I don't know if it is safe. If I could remove the tip I would because your staff didn't do their job and make me feel comfortable about the handling of the food. read more

If food that doesn't look anything like the pictures was a restaurant, it would be Dennys. I know food won't always look like the pictures, they're just for show, but holy moly Dennys is pathetic. I've been to like 12 difference locations hoping one of them would be different and it never is . There burgers always fall apart and their buns are so sad. At least get a better bun if you're gonna make your burgers so big. Also I ordered a Mac n cheese skillet with brisket on it and I got NO NOODLES?!? NONE. All I got was cheese slop and undercooked brisket. Probably the worst meal of my life and I love all types of Mac n cheeses. Steak here is pretty sad too, chicken is ok, and burgers need to be eaten with silverware. Service is alright. I'd prefer to just pay at my table instead of at front. I guess maybe they just want you to leave without paying because the food is so terrible. Ambiance is ok, just a cheap diner so it's not like the greatest experience. Overall 1/10. I should have written this review earlier, but I kind of forgot. Went in the summer with my two children, bother and partner. My kids are in wheelchairs, so we were seated in the back, which seemed like an area.you could reserve for parties or meetings, etc. Whatever. We were the only ones back there, and boy, did we get ignored. We all got burgers. I paid the extra for onion rings with mine, and actually laughed when I was served FOUR ONION RINGS with my disgustingly greasy burger. I thought it was an accident, but was told this is their policy now. Lol. After we received our food and drinks we were never checked in again. Power went out at the house so we decided to get breakfast outside, first thought was Mcdonalds but wanted to sit down inside as MickeyD'S was drive thru only. SO, we ended up at our Local Dennys and what a pleasant surprise it was. The food as excellent as was the presentation and the Coffee while a bit expensive was well worth it! Cafee was far better than Starbucks and even McDonalds brand. Shana our wait person was outstanding. We had a great breakfast and perfect service from Shawna. I had my 4 small children with me and she helped us order and even provided ice cubes to cool down their hot chocolate. The kids gave great marks on the food which is very rare. We liked the games on their children's menu too. Two possible improvements: Would have liked to called and got on waiting list from parking lot. Do not order delivery!!!!! They use Door Dash. The Door Dash driver picked up my order than canceled it and Kept my food. I still had to pay for the food since the driver is not associated with Denny's. Called Denny's and they referred to corporate who said we will review...not guaranteed a refund.
