Waited a long time to get a table, waited even longer for a high chair, our food wasn't correct or hot and saw it just sitting under the heat lamps. The food was hot and delicious. The service was fast and served with a friendly face. Amanda my server greeted me upon walking in the front door. The ambiance was a small town vibe. Like everyone knows each other. I had the 5 piece chicken finger dinner with 2 sides. The vegetables were fresh not out of a box. Homemade red mashed potatoes with broccoli on the side. Customer service was great, not perfect. The waiter/waitress was very Nice! A few more days on training would be good for them though. waiter had to come back 4 different times times to ask about our order, still got it wrong.. The food on the other hand was AWEFUL!! Half of my party's (of 3) order was burnt. A quarter Of it was wrong. The rest was either cold or just plain out awful tasting. (definitely recommend they change their oil more frequently.) This would be a great place( customer service wise)but the food needs to definitely upgrade. read more

Waited 5 minutes at register to be seated while 4 workers looked at us. Table was all gooey with maple syrup. It's been awhile since we ate at Dennys and it seems the price had went up and you get half of the amount you used to. Food did taste good though when it arrived. read more

Dennys more like be prepared to wait a plenty. Just kidding but actually I'm not the wait is wild. We stood by the hostess desk for 10 minutes before someone seated us and then waited another 15 for a waitress. Then we ordered everything at once and it took us having to remind the waitress 20 minutes later before we got our waters. We did get an Oreo shake immediately after ordering it with the water which was....odd. Once we got our food over an hour after entering the restaurant it was fine. Like not terrible but not good. The burger looked like it was ran over by a car before being served but honestly didn't taste that bad Dennys Bourbon sauce goes hard. We were also served straight tap water which is also wild. Food is great when they are open. Idk when they close or their correct hours but it allowed me to order at 3:50 am and said the food would be ready by 4:15 am. I get here at 4:20 and the doors are locked saying they don't open until 5. Just need to fix their hours and their website if they aren't actually 24/7. Some of the worst service ever experienced. The front end made it seem like a huge deal to seat 2 people when he had just got done seating 6 like it was suvh a hassle to find room for a small group? And then never even told a waitress we were here and sat is in a back corner. After 20 minutes had to walk around and find staff to let them know we were here just to put in order or get water. The people in the kitchen where not wearing hairnets also opening food and bags with there mouth, not wearing gloves while handling the food. i have been here for 2 hours and more, people are leaving because they haven't even got drinks or talked to. Very under-whelming from the start. Since the first week of operation for this restaurant, there has been one consistent problem: Pathetic management. They couldn't fill a roster if they had a professional instructor helping them. The food is usually good if you have a few hours to wait. The service is strained, but you can tell the server is better than the service being rendered to more tables than one server should have. There's always an excuse. Oh three people called in sick today. Gee, didn't they do that last week too? Do you wonder why? Catch them outside of work and they tell the truth about the managers. They should ponder that it's a small community and you can't keep treating people badly over a long term, especially in a service business. It should be a crime to run a restaurant like this. I used to love Denny's and once thought it was one of the greatest places to eat. This one is an absolute last-ditch answer and then it's the wrong question.
