I'm not sure where to begin.  It's hard to put into words the experience I had at this Dennys restaurant, so I'll just explain in some detail what I experienced. Although I've eaten at this Dennys in the past, this was the first time I had Tammy as my server. Her professional, friendly and courteous service was, "excellent". She knew the menu very well, and I never had to wait to have any of my requests filled. Her friendly and hospitable demeanor was a real pleasure. That made my dining experience truly "fantastic". I would have gave 5 stars but that's man over the phone just kept arguing with me. I pulled into the curbside pick up like it told me to do on my receipt via Email from ordering online, called the number it told me to call to let them know I had arrived and the man just kept arguing with me they don't do delivery and who am I with postmates, Uber eats! I kept saying I made an online order I'm here to pick it up and again he just argued with me "yes you can make an order do you want to make it now". I explained very slowly to him again my name and that I made an online order and I am here to pick it up but he still was not getting it. At this point I said I'm just coming inside and once I was inside the man that I spoke to wouldn't even look at me. Ok, i went at like 11:30 AM on a friday, it wasn't super busy, i sat with my lady at the "bar" and was greeted by Erik, this man knows exactly how two people want a nice easy breakfast date to go. He suggested a meal perfectly priced for two that featured a wide variety of items and it all came out the kitchen quickly and tasted a bit better than most denny's i've ever been to, seemed like they have vanilla in the pancake batter or something. Stopped by for a bite on our way home from visiting family and friends for Christmas. The place was hopping. We were seated immediately. There was a fairly lengthy wait for a server, but considering how busy they were, it was understandable. We had ample time to peruse the menu and when our server returned, we were ready to order. Our iced tea was served without iced tea spoons, lemon, or enough ice. But it was wet, and we were happy. More ice and some lemons were brought when we asked. The wait for the food was very long. Eventually, one of our entrees was delivered, but it was incomplete, and the other entree was totally MIA. We flagged down the server when we could to ask what was going on. Apparently they ran out of cranberry sauce, and the second entree was yoinked out of the window by another server! Ok, it happens. Cranberry sauce is good with turkey, but not necessary. Extra gravy was provided. I sent back my turkey dinner to wait in the warming area while the other entree was remade. It took a while, but it came out delicious. I was concerned that time under the warmer would dry out the turkey, but fortunately, it was still very good. There were only 2 pieces, not the 3 shown in the picture, but I was plenty full on 2. The stuffing was surprisingly good. The red skin mashed potatoes were delicious. We split a piece of pecan pie with whipped cream. It was a lovely ending to the meal. Through all this, Aaron, our server, was upbeat, positive, good humored. His grace under fire was commendable. Was the meal perfect? No, of course it wasn't. Was the service speedy? Nope, not at all. Did it ruin our experience? Not in the least. We were happy and thankful to have a decent meal. We appreciate the people who worked tonight, on a holiday, so I wouldn't have to cook after a long day of travelling. Will we stop in again in the future? You bet! Thanks. We really enjoyed the service and food this evening. Our waitress was so kind when I mistakenly ordered my sons eggs not knowing they came with cheese on them (our fault for not paying attention) she had them remade right away, very graciously. She kept our drinks full & our food came out quickly & everything was hot. Her recommendation for my meal was perfect. Loved the strawberry shortcake pancakes. And she pre-bussed as we were done with dishes, which, as a former server-I absolutely appreciate. Bathrooms were clean as was the rest of the restaurant. I can't complain about the food, only the service. I ordered a simple #4 value special. Two eggs, carb, and protein. I asked for sausage. When I was served, they gave me one sausage and one piece bacon. When I asked for two pieces of sausage, she pointed to the menu where it stated that I had the choice of bacon or two pieces of sausage ... Either way, the food was typical Denny's breakfast. I stopped off here with my wife one week day for a Grand Slam, which i thought was like $7.99 a person! How the hell did i pay like $25 before my tip! BTW when you go to tip the lowest amount on the machine is 18%. So my mistake i didn't even check my receipt until i got home. I stopped here to eat breakfast with my family. Let's just say everything went wrong. The bathroom was disgusting it smelled like feces and Urine. I ordered Steak and eggs and fruit. The fruit tasted very old, the food was Luke warm, the steak was chewy and not cooked well, the toast was squished flat like some one had sat on it. It was the thickness of a napkin.When I complained about the toast the waitress said all the bread was coming out that way. What does that even mean? I would give this place no stars if possible my family and I came here a couple of weeks ago the restaurant seemed clean at first we sat down at a booth ordered our food our kids food came out my oldest started eating and he looked at me and pulled this medium length light blonde or silver hair out of his mouth it was in his eggs he wouldn't touch them again he grabbed his fork and started eating his pancakes I had to grab the fork because there was old food crusted on the back side of the fork we called the waiter over and I showed him before I could tell him about the hair that was in our sons food he left my oldest wouldn't eat the rest of his food, my steak was gray and extremely thin which I thought was not worth the $21 they we're charging for I could barely eat it my husband had the sampler and my other two kids had the same as my oldest the kids pancake breakfast they struggled eating the food as well we asked the waiter if the manager was near and he said we don't have a manager right now. We paid our bill which was over $70 about 15 minutes of leaving the restaurant we had to pull over my oldest started vomiting then my husband and I looked at each and I told him I had to go to the bathroom really bad and he said so did he well we didn't make it in time to get to a restroom it was a horrid mess in our truck we contacted Denny's customer support they said they sent a message to the owner of that Denny's, a couple of days go by we haven't heard anything we called 2 more times the customer support marked the situation as red flagged for the owner, it's been over two weeks we still have not had this issue resolved. Denny's has lost a long time customer worst service and food experience we have ever dealt with. I want a refund for this transaction why should I pay for something that's not satisfactory. Me & My Husband had just got off the plane and were trying to find a place to eat. It was around 11pm, and we wanted a sit down option, so we chose Denny's. I honestly have to say that the service we got that night was some of the best service we had received from even your higher end restaurants. The person who took care of us, her name was Tammy, and she didn't miss a beat. Our drinks were never empty, and the food was Hot, Seasoned, and Absolutely Delicious. We had to tip the cook directly because we were so impressed, his name was Jorge. The service we received was refreshing because it made us Love Denny's again. Their monument off the freeway is a great indication of what you'll experience inside, cold stale toasted bread, and slow service. Also don't even think about using a coupon or getting any kind of Denny's corporate discounts as, according to rude manager Eva, the franchise owner doesn't recognize them. In my opinion if you are a franchisee you must accept all corporate coupons and promotions. If you don't follow the corporate programs you should lose the franchise. We also witnessed the ladies before us use a coupon and it was accepted and their bill was discounted. We also witnessed Eva being rude to an elderly man who had a problem with his steak. She told him she's just a manager and he'd have to take it up with the owner. She actually told us the same thing. Apparently she's a manager with zero authority. It's so bad, I want to give it a zero, but I can't. So I have it a one... star. My boyfriend and I walked in with my three children, we're traveling (as we do frequently in the area for the beach and other attractions) and were thankful to see that a dennys was close by since it was around 11:20-11:30 p.m. We walked in and immediately noticed a rank smell, and lots of empty tables with plates and food all on the tables. There were 3 people eating at a booth, and no employees in sight. We waited about 10 minutes, while listening to 2-3 people yell, and argue in the kitchen area about who was going to have to come and serve us. They were speaking Spanish assuming we would not understand, or maybe not bothering to care. The cook made eye contact with my boyfriend, and made the other employees aware that we could hear them, before they came out to the dining area, we walked out. We went to the In-N- out down the street and got excellent service and fantastic meal, they gave our kids stickers and everyone was happy. Probably a blessing in disguise, we will never go back to Denny's. read more

Sadly , the prices at Denny's are now ridiculous. All American slam -$16, every burger $14-15. Add a drink and $20. Breakfast used to be about $6-8 not long ago and we came here for value. The service was excellent but two stars for the price gauging. read more

We stopped at this Denny's on the morning of 4/21/22 - about 10 am.The service was TERRIBLE. We had to ask for menus and coffee, etc. Then we were ignored for more than 30 minutes while we watched one of the staff looking at a cell phone and the other 3 filling containers. We were the only party there at one point when the other 2 parties left. When we asked to place our order, the male waiter said, "I was waiting for you; you were all so busy talking". YES, talking with NO beverages, NO refills - the servers had to be hunted down from standing around as no other party was in the room for some of the time we were there. The women's bathroom had no toilet paper in the stall I used and an empty paper towel holder by the sink. Actually we got no service, we had to continually ask to be attended to. I love Denny's, milkshakes and breakfast for dinner is our go to. It's gotten pretty expensive though but the staff is always nice and they re pretty accurate with our orders. The only thing is they don't keep the food warm Uber heat lamps before we pick up to go ordered, so our eggs and hash brown and pancakes are always cold. Still love that they're open 24 hours though and so the night owls can eat at 3:00am ! read more

This Denny's had dirty tables that were half clean. The restrooms had sticky floors and no hand soap in both restrooms men's and womans. The good thing is my wife had hand sanitizer. The philly omelet was plain with no flavor what so ever had to add salt and Tabasco sauce and that barely helped.
