Lema was quite awesome. She provided great service from the get go. Place was packed and she handled each table with grace and ease. The food was excellent. The wait was less than 10 seconds. The place was clean. Lots of parking.

Staff: Espe was our server and was nice. The rest of the staff was okay. The one thing that was a disappointment was we had to ask for refills. I prefer anticipating our needs as customers on refills for truly good service. Quality/Quantity: The restaurant is a bit older but clean. It is a little smaller than other locations. We ordered the steak, burger, moons over Miami, nachos, and potato soup. The food was pretty good and what you'd expect from Denny's. Value: Not too bad at around $105 without tip for 5 adults and 2 kids in our party. Overall: This location is special to me as I ate her my first time visiting San Clemente many many years ago as a kid.

Consistent quantity they really do a good job with the new menu items and everything is always fresh printing claim facility. If the parking is, you'll never wanna mess go see the staff foot smile.

My boyfriend and I stopped by on our way down to San Diego on a Friday night. It was open at 10pm when grabbed some food and was easily accessed off the 405. Ordered an omelet and a pancake combo, and both things came out quickly. Plenty of parking was available. Credit cards accepted. The server who helped us was nice but asked some questions around my ethnicity, which was a bit off-putting, but I guess sometimes you deal with weird stuff the later it gets at night. Overall, a convenient stop for driving down to SD from LA.

Teresa did an amazing job the team was helpful and great service I will be back soon the area is nice plenty parking

Convenient location if you are on a road trip. Unfortunately they have a sign that says they don't accept app or online coupons. This is an older style location so it's a bit dated but, maintains a cozy yet lively atmosphere and the large booths are nice. Service was friendly and helpful despite being busy. Food is alright and you get a large portion size. Food quality isn't as good as other breakfast places but it's good enough. It's a step up from typical fast food breakfast options.

Been here on two occasions. 15 years ago after returning from a Mexican Riviera Cruise and last night after watching an AEW Pay Per View in LA. Both times were awesome! Eight off the freeway with ample parking and excellent service. Food is made to order and priced just right. I enjoyed my late night breakfast which consisted of their new stuffed strawberry pancakes! Also had eggs, sausage and bacon. Came hi get, left full without filing for bankruptcy. Lema was my server and was on point. Super friendly and attentive! If ever you're near the area, drop by and enjoy a yummy meal. Be back soon!

Restaurant is kinda small and not too much seating. Ordered an omelette to go and took 20 minutes. Food was only ok. Staff were friendly.

Amazing taste and big portion too! Special shoutout to Teresa. She is very responsive and provides great service!

This Denny's is perfectly average. The place is pretty clean, not to my standards, but fine. the service is pretty good, not great, but fine. Parking is easy and free in their lot. No one wears a mask, no one cares. I am not surprised, we are in San Diego County. This Denny's is older than many we have in Los Angeles and if you are from out of the Country, Denny's is really just a diner that has okay food. Some are much better than others. This one is fine. Just be mindful of what you order. Stick with their breakfast and you will be fine. We were seated very fast and someone came to get our drink order. Our server was very nice and we liked him. We got coffee and a Sprite for my grandson. All was fine. We ordered our meals. I went with breakfast because that is what they do best. My husband ordered steak with his breakfast, steak and eggs--mistake. My grandson ordered a burger--huge mistake. My eggs and pancakes were good. They came as ordered and I have no complaints. My husband's T Bone steak was just awful. It was ever so thin and cooked poorly. He ordered it medium rare, it came very well done. My grandson's burger was so burnt it was not eatable. Our nice server brought another one, not as burned, but not good. He did not eat it and we just shared my food. Their fries were terrible. The coffee was good, but don't expect them to refill and when you ask you will be waiting. I have never seen a burger so burned. So, order that and yes, they are going to burn it at this San Clemente Denny's. The server told us later that all are well done so no one will get sick. They are right, if you don't eat it, the burger is sure not going to make you sick. They clearly have no trust in their supplier or their methods of handling meat. But all in all, it was fine. The server was very nice.

Combo used to be $16.29 and now is $19.29 for the 50 cent surcharge per egg.

My last day in town, I spoke with the wait staff and let them know what a great job they are doing; They were friendly and so grateful. The food was delicious and so delightful. The chicken sandwich had roasted chicken with bacon and a delicious aïoli. That was honestly such a good mix. The brioche bread they put the chicken on was fluffy and flavorful. My daughters got a Nutella crêpe and berries and cream crêpe. Both were delicious and a good portion size. Their sourdough toast with jam was a favorite of ours, we got it every single time we went. I bagged up the steaks for my dog and headed out disappointed. For 62$ I wish I could say I was full and satisfied but I'm unfortunately not. Just lacking overall in taste. The breakfast potatoes tasted like free potatoes from a motel breakfast and the side salad with the steak frites just had a red vinaigrette dressing on Roman lettuce, no character at all. If you just want mimosas I guess this is a good place for that, they had a range in flavors from original orange juice to blueberry. But I recommend saving your money and cooking breakfast/lunch at home. The two stars are for the service! Food, no stars! 0 **They also have no ranch or A1 So I expected the steak to be on point.... I wish I did sooner! I past by this place on my way to work every day. Literally. Its on route for me and I never thought to myself to eat breakfast here nor check it out, I know on the days when I head back home it's always pack and people be waiting for a table. And that's on a sunny day. Well I was wrong for thinking oh it wouldn't be crowded on a rainy day. NOPE. I was sooooo wrong. It was PACKED and busy. Ain't even the rain gonna stop people to get some good food. What supposed to be a long day at work, tournament was cancelled last minutes and my staff was really bummed because we did travel to work. (I work two jobs and the other is a bit of commute to get to) so with that I was thinking, heck, it's still early in the morning (7am on sunday, a rainy sunday) and suggested breakfast. A bit of yelp search, i stumbled on Antoine's and saw a couple of Elites reviewed and ask my staff if they wanted to eat here. Took less than a couple of second but everyone agreed. By the time we got there (around 10am) it was packed and the rain was just picking up because before we got here, the car in front of us hydroplane and skid off the road and hit the curb. Yet, this place was still pack and parking was full. (We found street parking near Starbucks) I had my staff placed our name down since she lives closer, but they won't see you until all your party is here and that's fine. We ended up seating at the bar and left the booth for other parties. Love the teamwork, the staff were super stars doing a rush like that, let me tell you it PACKED HOUSE and we got our food and drinks on time, no one in my party had to wait to eat and I forgot to take pictures of my staff meals, only took mines and what I got for the table to share was a croissant french toast, which I believe was their special of the day. I got the chicken fried steak and the portion are MASSIVE!!! All of us took our food home because the portion size are insanely big and bang for the buck!! Great place to eat breakfast or brunch or even a 'Team Building Breakfast Time' LOL Just happy to treating out my amazing staff on their work. I will be coming back again to try out their lox bagels and chai tea. (It was in a massive cup that reminds me of the show FRIENDS.)

We came in around 9:30 AM and there was already a waitlist, but the wait wasn't bad at all only about 10 minutes. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating. The vibe is very much your classic neighborhood café not super modern or trendy, but more homey, cozy, and family-friendly. It really feels like the kind of spot that locals go to all the time. We ordered the Nutella crêpe, the biscuits and gravy (which came with sausage and hash browns), and an omelet filled with goat cheese, turkey, and spinach. Everything was delicious. The portions were solid and the quality was really great. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Pricing is pretty average, around $16 to $23 depending on what you order but for the quality and portion sizes, it's definitely worth it. Overall, I would highly recommend stopping by if you're in San Clemente and looking for a casual, cozy breakfast spot to start your morning.
