There are very affordable prices and a ton of different options whether you want breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Depending on a day, you may have to wait for someone to help you, but if you're going later in the night, then you will be helped right away. I ordered two stuff berry french toast. They didn't even "stuff" the french toast. The funny part about it is that they bother to put some on the toast. Yet can't even do the bare minimum. Had the super slam breakfast at the Denny's in Raytown. Asked for the eggs to be well done. They were not. Some of the hashbrowns were cooked right; half were not. The bacon was good but the sausage links appeared to be store bought. The pancakes were doughy. Overall the best thing was believe it or not, the coffee. I've always had a great experience with Michelle. I observed her limping so I assume she's in pain but she's never let that stop her pleasant & welcoming aura. Just wanted to stop and say this about her because i have had many terrible experiences with the previous management & some of the staff that were clearly overwhelmed & just rude. When Michelle's in the kitchen she makes excellent Dennys food. After a long 16hr shift-Dennys & Michelle's is on my list to stop for a quick carry out & again she's ALWAYS on point. Or she's very patient in fixing the mess ups. HUGE THANK YOU to Michelle. Another young lady is there helping this location too. She doing just as much work as Michelle as it seems it's only ever them 2 at work. She's cool to me not all that inviting but hey I'm not offending by that-cause you never know what someone's going through or how they were treated right before I came into the store. That being said I think she does put a lot effort into customer service & she has been on point at times as well. So again THANK YOU to this young lady too.... Went to this Dennys at 4/5 in the afternoon on a sunday. There was one other table while we were there. The food took 45 minutes to get. Meanwhile I got to watch the floor show of the employees. They argued about were an employees pants dress code (there leggins, no there pants) and how there were bedbugs up in there. Food finally came and no silverware to eat my spaghetti and meatballs. 5 minutes latter I got up and got my own silverware from the hostess station. While eatting my food I cut into my meatball and the center was frozen. No one ever came by to see if we needed anything. The check was never left for us. I ended up going to the counter and having them pull it. We wrote a complaint email and got a generic response. I will never eat at this Dennys again. read more

Then they plated the other order wrong. The salad that came with the one order was just lettuce with some cabbage and three pieces of carrot.
