Outside it looks like a deliberate choice, inside it just feels a little... Dated?[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]That being said, it's what you would expect from a Denny's. Other than the novelty of the exterior, there's not anything that differentiates it.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The staff was really friendly and helpful. My daughter spilled her hot chocolate and they brought her a new one without an additional charge. They were very helpful and friendly. The food was pretty standard for a Denny's. I would say, the comment was made to us on several occasions (and also made to others in such a way that we could overhear) that they were understaffed. This is a typical Dennys location where the food is consistent with their overall product line. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The waitstaff were friendly throughout and the restaurant was one of the cleaner ones we've been to.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] All of our food was tasty and the value is good in today's higher priced market. Slow is an understatement! Mostly empty restaurant when we walk in at about 8pm. We order about 8:15, food showed up about 9:10pm. They were courteous enough to give us one of the meals free but they need to speed things up. read more

Food was absolutely terrible, staff looked extremely depressed. But mostly the food was dry, and just salty. Ordered grand slamwich and it came with fake cheese only on one side which in retrospect was probably a good thing. We walked in and i believe the male manager had taken us to a table, at first he was asking around where to take us and didn't greet us whatsoever. it's fine. then we were sitting and reading the menu waiting and waiting. i went to wash my hands while my cousin was there and i came back and asked if anyone came by and she said no. we have been there for over 30 minutes at that point and nobody was there to even give us a WATER. we were very hungry and patiently waiting until we left and i had told the manager what had happened as we left and he sarcastically acted surprised. Other reviews for slow service and poor food quality are spot on. I stuck with the most basic dish in hopes it wouldnt be bad. NOPE. A grand slam. The thing that keeps Dennys in business. Eggs were waaaaay over cooked, hasbrowns were almost raw. Two other dishes that came with vegetables both had them burnt to a crisp, visibly burnt and smelled burnt, but served anyway. 1 kid ordered a steak (i warned her about getting a steak from ANY Dennys as its not a common item) That dish came out 10 minutes after everyone elses because "the cook said something about it being frozen" Yep, it was forgotten, and frozen, and then thawed in a microwave. It was nasty. If you find yourself trapped eating here. Anything deep fried is your best bet. The fries were OK. Side note, saw them drop a full stack of to-go trays behind the counter. I don't think they hit the floor, but when they stacked them again, they had some kind of mushy white food on the side of them. Bon Appetit! read more

I'd give this place zero stars if it was feasible. Aside from placing an a order that was never received the customer service itself was extremely poor. Both my sister and I who were together contacted the same Denny's, with same address and same phone yet only one of us ended up with food. Hadn't been to Denny's since before we moved from California and I must admit, I was always let down when we would chose to dine at our local dennys. if i could put negative stars, i would. We just left from here and we had the absolute worst customer service. We came in after a late night and there were already at least 5 tables seated. The server gave us so much attitude that we weren't ready to order and when i had questions she snapped back and was just so unnecessarily rude. When we finally got our food, one of my items was uncooked and mooshy so when she came back to ask how it was i told her it was not good and she started pestering me on why it was bad and trying to make me prove it. then she grabbed it and angrily took it back. she came back right away with the receipt and said that she took it off. Once again, we came to visit and eat here. It was a long wait for the food and when my boyfriends food came out (lumberjack slam) he found a black hair in his eggs. He physically had to take the plate up to the front himself as our waitress was no where to be found and didn't bother to come check on us after the initial food delivery to our table. They remade his meal for us which took another 10 min and during this time, the waitress nor the manager came over to apologize. Also our drink glasses sat empty until we had to get up and bring them to the front to get refills. Overall, another 1 star visit. My husband and I frequent this Denny's quite often and have watched it go down the tubes these last few months. I'll keep this short. The cook staff do not know how to make the easiest thing on the menu: Biscuits and gravy. The biscuit--not 2 but 1--was hard as rock because it was frozen and put in a microwave to thaw. The gravy was canned and someone cut up a sausage and threw it together. It was just awful. I have more to add, like the mother who breast fed her baby by whipping her boob out and feeding him at the table. No blanket to cover him. The pancakes were burnt, the hash browns were burnt... the steak was not good and was over cooked and super thin. We go to this Denny's at least once a week and this is our first bad experience. I really wanted to give this place a better rating, given the exceptional service by Taylor, but the place was very dirty. So much foodstuff on the carpets, our tables were not properly cleaned, and the menus were filthy. One of our friends ordered the Buffalo Wings, they were undercooked. They were graciously sent back and redone, but by then, everyone had finished their meals. I enjoyed the Chicken Fried Steak and Mashed potatoes. Hubby had the Pot roast, and liked it very much.
