I keep coming back here hoping it'll be different but their customer service skills and servers disappoint me tremendously. I'll admit the food was amazing but 9 pieces of fries on a plate is ridiculous! I came here with my parents and my little brother looking forward to a delicious meal. We were seated and our orders taken, drinks were delivered shortly after. However, after we waited for at least 15 minutes I wondered why we hadn't been served but figured that my ferocious pregnant appetite was just causing me to be impatient. A short minute later, another waitress came by and asked how long we were waiting because the girl who took our order (Chelsea) did not put in our order and had left her shift. In short, my family and I are especially grateful for the waitress who came to our aide (Gabby) she deserves a raise for her exemplary service!! After ordering online, this location forgot 3 of our 12 items. The same night the restaurant would not answer their phone. The next morning it was the same case. We drove to the location to wait for 30 mins while the employees solved the issue slowly. No apology for the food just an accuse for not answering the phone "sometimes we get busy". We came to page in the evening, hungry, and tired after a long drive. It was just across from our hotel, so got in before checking in. What a big mistake. Everyone complains about the service and I can see why. There are a lot of tourists that seem to be extremely demanding about their orders. Someone even said they needed to "hurry up" with taking the orders because they were going on an excursion (group of 20). If you are demanding and rude, of course the servers are going to be frustrated. Our meal was exceptional and the service was amazing. We ordered for take out and ended up eating it there. This place sucks. I feel bad for writing bad reviews, but this place definitely needs to work on their customer service. When we got there, the hostess informed us that the wait was going to be 30 minutes or longer for a table of 3 for dinner. Since we were in no rush, we said that we'd wait. The girl then rolled her eyes and we were seated less than 5 minutes later (HUH? Exactly.) Anyway, I ordered the red, white, and blue grand slam and instead of hash browns asked for more eggs and no whip cream on my pancakes. When I got my dinner, there was whip on my pancakes, hash browns on my plate. The waiter took back my order and corrected it, but when my plate came back, the eggs were completely undercooked :( ughh. I didn't feel like complaining a second time so I just picked at my dinner. Time to pay - there is a 20% off entire meal coupon (be sure to use it at check out!!) I got the coupon from slickdeals - the manager had to approve it since I showed the coupon on my phone and didn't have a printed coupon. Same hostess from above took a million years to process the bill even with the managers approval and was annoyed the whole time. Can I just say that I was annoyed of her being annoyed? I just wanted to be like, honey I know the customer service industry sucks because I'm in the same boat, but suck it up and smile or else get a new job! End rant. Started off bad and ended bad. Food was Denny's, so not much to say there other than it was what was ordered and hot. Justin was the server, bus boy, front counter guy and pretty much everything. He was overwhelmed by no help but still took the time to tell the cook specifically how to prepare our special order. Kudos to him. Nice tip left. read more

Went Friday July 9 2021. We noticed there were not many people n the pot. When the waitress seated us she did warn us that they were severely understaffed and it would take a while. We were ok with waiting as we were hot and wanted to sit in the AC (it was 109 that day). It did take her 10 min to get our drink and food orders but the food arrived quicker than we anticipated due to the prior warning. Food tasted amazing! She suggested the Snookie dessert, warm cookie with ice cream, and it was amazing as well!!! We could tell she had a mental disability, but did a great job with our order and everything was perfect. I hope this location gets more staff as it was a very enjoyable meal. read more

Memorial Day weekend. Empty tables, 1/2 full restaurant. Yet a 2 hour wait for food because they didn't have staff. Total joke.

First of all we are looking forward to eat late dinner to said restaurant after a long drive & yet we were welcome by a very arrogant waitress who happens not to wear name tag so we really don't know her name we were seated right away. Unfortunately it took 15 -20 minutes to get our order, nobody seems to be paying attention to their customers. Looks like their undermanned to think there are only few people eating Finally after long waiting, said arrogant & rude waitress approaches us & initially told us & gives us heads up with a discouraging & unwelcoming tone of voice " You are a big group so it will take time to prepare your orders so don't expect it will be serve fast to you" We are 3 famillies of 6 with grandparents & 2 families of 5. Our family ordered 3 T-bone steak, 2 Medium well & 1 Medium rare, we were all served after long waiting time of very hard over cooked steak, looks like its not freshly cooked their tilapia is not well cooked as well, their quesadilla is too salty, their chicken macaroni soup is also too salty Told said waitress that the T-bone steak is not our preferred way & she arrogantly answered with her 2 arms on her waist, not apologizing but telling us that if we replace it will take another 25-30 mins waiting time then walk out, too rude so we rather cancel our order for said steak... etc etc... we can observed that she's overworked but we hope she rather not face customers than displaying such a undesirable arrogant attitude. For a very hungry customer whomhave driven more than 4 hours, their food are not really inviting to eatplus add on on their very poor service. With this very unfortunate experience we will never try said Denny's restaurant here again in this area... & maybe in other areas as well Hope management will train their people well in terms of service & how to properly prepare & cook their food as well. A hot cooked to order breakfast at a reasonable price. We ate here 3/3 mornings while we were in Page. We found it to be much cheaper than our hotel and without a wait. PLUS there was reliable wifi which the Marriott Courtyard did not have. Breakfast wasn't without drama. All three mornings, the restaurant experienced staff and waiter issues. You could hear conversations from the kitchen where waiters and cooks were being scolded/ corrected for "not doing it right." I found it quite entertaining but sad. You can't beat the $4-$8 menu on the back side of the menu... we almost missed it. Granted its NOT gourmet, but its hard to mess up eggs, bacon & pancakes or biscuits and gravy. read more

After a long road trip, we finally arrived at Page, AZ. We are not familiar with the area but quickly recognized Denny's near our hotel. I recommend my family and friends to eat here for dinner because I'll always like Denny's back home. We sat down waited about 30 minutes before someone took our order and another 45 minutes for part of our food to come out. We had no server but the cashier/hostess decided to take our order. The food here has no quality and tasted awful, dried, overcooked and cold food served. The fruit & salad was old and spoiled. I couldn't even eat or look at the salad, which was so bad, looks ready for the trash days ago. Amazing, the waitress served the rotten salad out for human consumption! Just amazes me how people don't care about food poisoning. Especially when we have kids all under 9 years of age dining here. When I complaint about the food to the manager, she was not surprise to the condition of the food serve at this Denny's and casually said that she wouldn't even eat the salad either.
