I like this Denny's location a lot. I can only comment on the quality and taste of breakfast, as I personally do not enjoy their lunch and dinner offerings. What I like to get here: Grand Slam (pick any four items from that section) -I usually get eggs, bacon, hash browns x2 , pancakes. You can add additional items for 99 cents each, with a maximum addition of two items. The wait time is fair even when they are busy and servers are generally friendly. I've been to other Denny's locations and while it is a franchise, I prefer this one over many. read more

We were visiting the Outlet mall in Niagar Falls Blvd on New Year day and stopped their for lunch. I had very rarely had a disappointment with Dennys elsewhere and this could be just the timing. They were serving a limited menu (single paper) menu for the new year but however, they did accommodate my request for Bourbon Chicken Skillet which was not in their list. WE had the RedVelvet puppies and they tasted good but just felt there was too much oil in the puppies.. Had couple of orders of Veg Omelette for our party and the Omelette was merely okay - the hash browns were again greasy and the eggs were just blunt. The cheese load was poor. Tilapia Ranchero was Okay and my Bourbon Chicken had too much sauce in it. Overall it was a disappointment to us in terms of food. I've come to this Denny's several times over the years. Service is good, open 24 hrs and it's chain comfort food.

No organization skills at all. I was told 15 minute wait. Ok that is normal, but it quickly became apparent it was going to much longer and I waited an hour before I left. No manager on site only 3 waiters, no bus boy, and people were lining up to pay. Matter a fact a waitress called for the cashier which hadn't come after 10 minutes of being called. Worst breakfast place I've ever eaten in. We waited 40 minutes for a simple breakfast and only got it that fast because they actually did not cook our breakfast but forgot us. They rushed our food so fast that they didn't have cheese in our cheese omlette, my hash browns were almost raw and the server even said she would like to bring new toast because my toast was just non toasted bread. First time at Denny's and it's beyond wonderful. Granted it's a Monday morning and we all know how different the crowd is on weekend mornings vs. weekday. It's little details that impress me and the ambience of friendliness is very welcoming. I definitely recommend if you're in the Niagara Fall area and the complimentary breakfast at your motel is not fulling. I ordered the Ultimate omelette and it was delicious. This restaurant was everything u xpect from a Dennys. We had a group of 20, we all-sat together and they even asked if paying separate or together. The waitress was really nice and all the food was great. My aunt didn't receive her food at the same time as us and the waitress got on it quik so she can get her dish. This is the worst place to take your family to eat, the customer service was very rude and and it takes forever, we were the only Hispanic family there and it took more then a hour for us aka about for the order. They attend others tables first. I ate breakfast Monday morning June 11 and dinner Monday evening and dinner Tuesday evening. The place was clean, the washrooms were clean and did NOT smell, the food portions were fair. This was probably one of the worst restaurant experiences that we've had. I registered on yelp, solely to write this review. We ordered a veggie omelet with wheat bread and after 15-20 min wait we got white bread instead of wheat. We asked for the toast to be replaced, but the waiter totally forgot the replacement. We ordered a strawberry-chocolate sundae with nuts to-go; but got a chocolate with fudge instead; we managed to get that replaced (after a long walk back to Denny's). Went there yesterday. First offense waitress sat a couple who had just walked in door first while another couple with child and we were waiting for a table. Then table and seat were wet. Third food was LATE LATE. Fourth food of course was then COLD COLD. Lastly my over easy egg was Raw. White of egg was clear. DON'T go unless you want to be insulted, have lots of time, like cold pancakes and raw eggs and risk salmonella. read more

My first time eating at Denny's and had a great overall experience during my visit to Niagara Falls . My waiter Sara provided excellent service the pancakes were nice and fluffy eggs cooked well and the bacon nice and crispy . I would recommend it to any future tourist or visitors . Ps. Although the food was good and our waitress was very pleasant, we felt this restaurant deserved only 2 stars. It took 45 minutes from the time we placed our order until it came to the table. Part of the order was wrong. The waitress offered to have that portion re-made but as we had waited such a long time for the food to come, we politely thanked her and ate it anyway.
