These ladies were tired, having worked for hours, and yet their kindness and eagerness to make us at home was outstanding. The taco salad was delicious--fresh, tasty and so generous. The blackberry cobbler was perfect--not too sweet and offered with or without ice cream and whipped cream. Our pup was offered water and our booth was perfect for all 3 of us. After driving all day, we could not have asked for a better experience. Happy birthday to Erika, who was working and smiling on her birthday. Thank you.

Another ten minutes and someone took our order. TWENTY minutes after that, still no coffee refills or acknowledgement of our existence. We went to hostess desk to offer to pay for our single coffees, as we had to get back on the road. Hostess was very polite and apologetic. Too bad she wasn't our waitress. I walked into an almost empty restaurant during a mid-afternoon travel break. There were two other people there though, and I was greeted and seated rather promptly. My order was the French Toast Faves Combo ($7.00), which came with an egg and two portions of either bacon or sausage, and of course coffee. Honestly, it was delicious, and one of the best deals available while traveling on Interstate 5. The coffee was pretty good, and supplied enough caffeine to keep me alert on my way to San Diego. My server was Lorena R, and she was perfect. Thanks for the great service, Lorena. This shopping center is a bit eclectic, but I spotted the IHOP sign and knew where to stop. There is not much business anywhere, so there is plenty of parking.

It's located in a really odd shopping center with a random baskin robins next to it inside. I always stick to the classics like pancakes, waffles. Etc. Never disappointed. One note, they always seem under staffed. So waits are longer the usual. But they're always nice and provide good service.

I needed to return to the counter to get some half-and-half for my coffee and extra spread for my wife. The associate assisted me quickly and greeted me with a big smile, which I always appreciate, especially during busy times. The mobile app allows you to place an order, however when you arrive to pick it up you will find the doors locked until 7:30AM. Then when you go through the drive thru the employees will hastily tell you to get back on the app and cancel it on there. Newsflash! There is no cancel on the app. You must go through the process of calling a 1-800 number. Total unnecessary waste of time.
