Food is very good but you're lack of enough waiters is unbelievable. You had one person only who covered cash register as well as served every table and had to keep all customers happy refilling their coffee and just could not keep up. I haven't been to a Denny's in a while decided to stop in with my fiancé. I walked in to find no one at the front. We stood there with employees walking back and forth helping tables. Finally a waiter saw us standing there and said he would be this shortly. We got seated and the waiter came pretty fast and took our drink order and came back and took our food order. We got the food and we saw the manager on her cell phone walking around and not really helping out her staff. Especially the front with no one there. The food was delicious. The pancakes were light and fluffy. The eggs were cooked nicely with the melted cheese and the hash brown was nice and crispy the way I like it. As we were waiting for our servers to bring us the check and leaving the manager was sitting down in the area where customers sit and was on her phone. I don't think she was much help or cared what was going not a good look on her part. read more

Not sure why no one at this Denny's location understands what TOAST is... I have been here multiple times and send my toast back EVERY time because they don't cook it...I asked for "well-done" because every time we eat here, I get semi-warm bread with NO color on it... I sent it back and someone decided to be a jerk and they send BURNT toast out... I wish I had a pic of the first plate I was served, but I didn't let it stay on the table long enough... one pic is what I was served after sending it back... the other pic is what their menu says toast is supposed to look like, but NEVER does (and I don't have a problem making my toast at home look like) read more

Lisa is an amazing waitress! She remembers us and what we like, she refills drinks without having to be asked and is a really personable person. I took a neighbor to the airport really early one day. I went to this Denny's . Extremely poor food. It was like I upset their ability to screw off. Total chaos. First, we waited 45 minutes to be seated. The girls seating people kept forgetting to cross of the names of people they had seated, then would seat people who just got there ahead of people that had been waiting. Once seated we waited 30 minutes for our food. We were sitting at high tables next to the kitchen and could see our food sitting there, but nobody would deliver it. I asked for a drink refill when our food was delivered and didn't get it until I was done eating. My bacon was raw and I asked that it be cooked a little more. I watched the waitress take it and put it in the microwave and bring it back burnt. We were excited that Denny's was built close to our house. Not sure that we would come back after this experience. They have a large number of people working. Probably over staffed. But, nobody there to lead that knew what they were doing. read more

I wish I could give this restaurant no Starr negative star if I could , this is the worst service I have EVER received in the Denny's chain that I have EVER ate at. First let's start by NO hosts at the door when you walk-in no one knows you there , there's no one period your on your own. Second you will sit and look around like your nothing from 6-10min. Then when your met by someone they will get you the bare minimum and after they take your order you will sit and wait with a minimum of 10 people in the store if that and they can care less. It's a joke from the time you enter, service, and staff is a joke PERIOD !!! It's the WORST DENNYS SERVICE IVE EVER RECEIVED in the food chain !! I remember late night bull sessions in college, frequently at Denny's. So, visiting the occasional Denny's is par for the course. This is an odd Denny's: partially because it used to be a Ci Cis. I ordered the Philly cheese steak omelette. Food was ok but service was poor. I didn't get a napkin until ten minutes after being served and then no coffee refill until meal was half over. This is with highway 146 being shut down, and not on a weekend. They weren't that busy. I may return for dinner one day, but that's going to be a long stretch from now and when I'm feeling more patient. read more

Not sure who was at the grill this morning at around 11:30, but my French Toast Slam was perfect! The French toast was fluffy with toasty, crispy edges. The eggs over medium were just right, not too runny, and the bacon and sausage were well-prepared. I have always loved Denny's, but today, it was fantastic! We haven't been to Denny's in ages so we decided to head there for a quick late breakfast. Upon walking in, there were three employees standing behind the counter. Not one greeted us. We stood in the entrance awkwardly for a while while two of the employees, a waitress and bus boy walked away without even making eye contact! The manager, Gio, continued to stand there without acknowledging us. Finally, my husband asked if we seat ourselves and he rudely told us "hold on!". Then comes the waitress who ignored us earlier...Gio,the manager then asked her "can you seat these people" and she then without acknowledging us again frantically waves her hands by her head and tells him "Gio, I just can't!". At this point, as patient as I am, I'm pretty annoyed. While they argued about seating us, I had enough. I told them they were both RUDE and we walked out. We definitely won't be back, ever! There's no excuse for that kind of poor customer service. Even on your worst day, you can at least say hello to the customers. read more

went in to get some pancakes, immediately my service was horrible. my server was unbelievably rude & hostile. i believe the cook axo is an absolute perv. i've witnessed him messing around and kissing with what i believe to be minors who work there as well. i could just tell that the environment was not good, very toxic. i asked to speak to the manager mone (i think) and she was absolutely one of the rudest, unreasonable people i have ever encountered. i would also like to add that my pancakes were so undercooked and my eggs were not cooked the way i ordered and when i asked to get them sent back and be remade mone just complained and made it seem like i was the one at fault. this whole diner is a mess and i DO NOT recommend going here. i would ALSO like to add that the server kylie is very lazy and was no help to me. read more

We come here once a week during the summer just to see Ms Jackie. Her customer service is beyond reproach and she can run the whole place by herself. Terrible service. My teenage daughter and her friend went to dinner and the server didn't keep their checks separate. One kid had cash and the other had a credit card. Neither could pay for both of them. Manager came over upset and said one had to pay for both (no other options). I don't understand how something so simple was made so difficult. It always has been a great substitute for not being able to be with the family. Not anymore. If you took a sysco truck and abandoned it and someone opened the back and grabbed the reconstituted turkey slices, tossed some frozen broccoli on it and some freeze-dried stuffing, tried to heat with a magnifying glass for 30 minutes, That's the dinner. What it lacks in flavor, it makes up in salt. While portions were slightly warm, much of it was refrigerator cold. How do they expect to stay in business? They should rename themselves. Dystopian's Food. Denny's use to serve real turkey breast with honest to goodness down home dressing, to die for gravy, sweet potatoes and bacon cooked green beans with a cube of cornbread.
