I had a good experience here. I came in around 3:30pm and ordered a steak breakfast. I stayed until 5:30pm to study, and the waitress brought me a large thermos of coffee so I wouldn't have to wait for refills. Internet speed was decent when I came in. I appreciated not being rushed and was able to get some work done. It wasn't too crowded, and I was seated immediately. Ambiance is typical of any Denny's. I came here with my friend with a disability and his service dog. The server did not even say welcome, he just said "no dogs". We asked for the manager and he said (as he should) it's okay. Does that mean if we had received our food, she wouldn't have once came to check on us to make sure everything was good? Friends and I had came to this dennys and one of my friends has a serviced dog (which cannot be denied!!) and instead of being welcomed and greeted by the server, he just went straight to "no dogs allowed" and when we had said like hey this is a service dog he just went to grab the manager to which the manager at first said it was okay but followed up with side comments about my friend's service dog and so my friend showed his service dog ID but we ultimately decided to leave as now we felt uncomfortable due to the side comments and the customer service. 0 stars actually for professionalism and customer service. read more

I came in today and ordered a grand slam burrito and put in the notes no sausage crumble. We visited this Denny's on Christmas. Upon arrival, the host seated us. I noticed there was only one server working, which I understood given the holiday. We sat down, decided what we wanted to order, and waited for approximately 30 minutes. During that time, two parties seated ahead of us were greeted, given drinks, and served within about 10-15 minutes, while we were never greeted or offered drinks. The host continued seating new guests in the front of the restaurant while we were the only two guests seated in the back, as shown in the photos attached. Eventually, a waiting lobby formed, yet we were not acknowledged or given any information about wait times. After waiting, the host then took the order of a family that arrived after us, and at that point we decided to leave. The only staff member who spoke to us was the busboy, who suggested we move closer due to having only one server. No similar communication came from the host or server. We were also seated next to an emergency exit that emitted a constant beeping sound throughout the wait. Suggestion for management: On understaffed or holiday shifts, guests should be informed of wait times before being seated. Hosts should coordinate seating with server capacity and ensure all tables are acknowledged and offered drinks, even if there will be a delay. Clear communication would have significantly improved this experience. Based on this experience, I would not return. read more

The manager here is ridiculous. Came here for breakfast with some friends before heading home after a trip. The food took FOREVER to come out, My friends meals all came out before Mine did and by the time the fish sandwich came out everyone was done eating. The fish was extremely overcooked, hard as a rock and deeply saturated in oil. I was pretty upset considering it had already taken so long just to get this dish. I ate my fries and when the server came I just let her know the sandwich was not good, I did not eat it. I told her I was fine paying for my fries and everything else but the sandwich was not edible. She took it to her manager who came out and proceeded to rip the fish up in front of me to tell me nothing was wrong with it. That it needed to cook for that long to make sure it was edible. I told him it was extremely hard , literally like a rock. They refried it or overcooked it. I eat fried fish often from many places and this was the worst fish I have ever had. The managers attitude and behavior alone left such a sour taste. I did not have time to wait for another sandwich . I will not come here again if this guy is managing. Wow, first time coming here and I walked out with my family before I even got seated. I walked in and was greeted by a nice young lady with a hand tattoo. She said it'll be a minute due to 2 parties being in front of us, which is no problem. So we wait, at no point did my husband walk up from the seating area and leave. The MANAGER (he's short, dark and overweight) apparently never sees us waiting, although we are sitting directly in front of him to his left. We watch a party of 3 get seated right away by him. My husband speaks up as we have been waiting almost 10 minutes at this point to be seated. We let the manager know as well as the nice hostess who greeted us. She says I'm sorry, he didn't pay attention. So the manager says "oh I didn't see you." He didn't apologize, he just says "you will be seated next" Yes, no duh. We better be seated next. I decided we're not going to wait and give our money to o a place that doesn't respect their customers or our time: so my family and I walk out. We have a hungry baby and decided to leave, because that's the best way to show an establishment that you don't support them. How and why is this man a manager? This particular location has ALWAYS been kind and accommodating to me and my party. I have visited this location more than 5 times and always past 12 am. Despite coming in so late with a party of at least 5 but ranging to 10 or even 12 people, we are always welcomed and often with little wait time. The service is always decent and timely despite the late hours and party size. One server knew our drink orders so well that when we came for the second or third consecutive night, she brought out a jug of the group's favorite drink without us even asking! My go-to order are the mozzarella sticks which always does the job. The eggs and pancakes are also pretty tasty. The pizookie dessert is great to share as it is quite sweet!
