Taking a star away. I should really take two based on the food. This is one of my favorite Denny's, or was. Only taking one star instead of two because, the girl at the front was nice, the restaurant appeared clean and our food was ready when promised. Ordered online. One Super Slam, one featured Turkey Feast Sandwich. Order packed nicely, food hot. So what's the problem? The turkey sandwich is supposed to have sliced turkey breast. It did not. Each half literally had 2 or 3 chucks of dried out turkey. It was basically a stuffing and cranberry sandwich on griddled bread. Also was missing the promised gravy for dipping. The slam was as always breakfast not much that can go wrong and it's what they are famous for. We might have to re-evaluate this location. read more

My mother and I were running late for an appointment but needed to eat. We decided on Denny's, usually kinda quick right? We went in and discovered they only had one server. Seth, though working overtime had the most excellent attitude. He was courteous, quick and actually had to come to the table twice before we ordered, he got the order In to the cooks (who outnumbered him 2:1) and got the food to us immediately. Several extra changes were no problem for him. He was engaging and polite, and definitely the best server we've had in a while. Thanks for the experience Denny's, and hang on to this server. VERY VERY POOR SERVICE! When we came in the only waitress at 2am on friday night December 5th or technically "Saturday early morning" she told us that she was going on her break and didnt want us to dine in. There were 4 other tables that she was helping! How can you go on your break?!! She grabbed our drinks right away. Then took 15 to 20 mins to come back to our table so we could order. It took me waving her over to help us. She was extremely rude to us when we were nothing but nice to her. She was polite and nice to all her other tables. Worst experience ive ever had! I will NEVER RETURN! If you dont like your job get a new one! Dont treat customers like crap and make us feel uncomfortable and like youre gonna spit in our food!! Absolutely terrible experience from the moment we walked in. We were greeted with a rude "We're not ready for you yet" -- not exactly the welcome you'd expect from any restaurant. Things only went downhill from there. We were a group of five -- myself, my grandma, my mom, my wife (with our baby), and my five-year-old daughter -- and they sat us at separate tables. Completely unacceptable. The service was chaotic and disorganized. One of the waiters looked and acted like they were totally out of it -- erratic, inattentive, and incredibly unprofessional. We waited over 40 minutes, and my wife still didn't get her shake -- apparently because they "had to take everyone's order first." What kind of policy is that? On top of everything, all of the silverware was absolutely disgusting. Dirty, greasy, and clearly not cleaned properly. We felt ignored, unimportant, and completely de-prioritized the entire time. Went to this Denny's on Easter morning. We understand that restaurants are busy on holidays. At the time we arrived it was somewhat busy but there were still quite a few tables Emily. We were seated and sat there for 25 minutes before we asked someone who came by to clear another table to assist. Heather J apologized for the delay. Took our drink order and went over to the person working our section about taking our orders. She looked over at and shook her head no and refused to come serve us. Heather J was wonderful, she kept coming back to check on us, got our food order out quickly. We made sure to five her a large cash tip as we wanted to make she got. Everything! Everything could be improved! The service, and the food...well I guess the restaurant looked ok. It started when we first walked in, we had to wait to be seated. It was only for 5 minutes or so...we stayed. Then I needed the restroom, I asked for the code and got it. My husband said Mercedes came by once to ask if we are ready, and he told her as soon as I got back, like 20 minutes later she came out. We asked Mercedes about the rewards program, she just gave us a generic incorrect response, like she was just trying to shut us up. So anyhow I ordered nachos and asked for them to come out to us first (hence they are an appetizer). So of our food that all came out at the same time, my husband's dinner was all cold. Then he told the waitress that his food was cold, and the last cup of she brought him was cold- not doing or offering to do anything about the whole plate of food.
