This Saturday visit was the first time I've been here in a good long time. I always mention these franchises all have the same menu. That's worth noting, but it's also worth nothing that the food was made with care and with quality ingredients that resulted in a great tasting breakfast for our group of 6. The shakes could be better, but I knew it wasn't a speciality going in. The service was quick and friendly. The SPID location has horrible service and couldn't even get a salad order right. I had to wait 30 minutes even though I had ordered online. I had to wait for them to cook a piece of chicken. They left off the avacado and egg. I asked about them and he got the avacado but said I had to wait 5 more minutes to cook an egg. I had already been there for 30 minute waiting to pick up my order that should've been ready when I arrived. They need some better employees. read more

After a few good pancake dinners they went and did it. Expecting typical Dennys service this service was absolutely horrible. Then after a few good previous dinners of pancakes this night was completely unacceptably horrible for the price. Way overpriced for ridiculously cooked food. Pancakes were half the size of the serving plate and weirdly shaped thin and rubbery. Eggs were scrambled yet brown and crusty from being overcooked, $3.50 for iced tea and never got a refill. I would like to know who was working on the previous visits that were almost perfect because this was completely unacceptable and not worth $20 for one person. read more

This location on SPID has such a good stage, and the cooks know what an over medium fried egg is supposed to look like, which makes me super happy. Our server Sara was very intuitive and did a wonderful job, even making a more cost effective recommendation for my order. I also noticed that she never allowed a new customer that walked in wait more then a few seconds before greeting them and assuring that someone would be right there to get them seated. I had the Banana berry pancake platter, and it was delicious, my husband had a slam with cheesy eggs, sausage, and pancakes. We went to Denny's around 11pm and walked in nobody greeted us in the front there was a customer who told us that they let you sit where ever so we went to go sit down by the restrooms but in the front so the will be able to see us. Mind you there's a worker sitting down I guess he was off the clock already and waiting to leave it looked like, he saw us waiting the whole time and didn't even call one of the waitresses to let them know we were there waiting. We are waiting for someone to approach us to get our drinks but we were patient because it looked like there was only 1 or 2 waitresses and it was a little busy so me and my partner were talking. So 20 mins passed and nobody still hadn't greeted us so we just left. Very unprofessional and upsetting we were hungry. So we just got up and left. read more

I want to start by saying a wrote this review before I even got my food. This review is about a amazing waitress named Lucy!! It was raining really hard and as we ran to the door we got a little wet. Lucy came to the table and said "you want coffee " like she new and then set down a stack of paper towel with a big smile and said these should help as water dripped from our heads.
