Meh.. It's a truck stop dennys.. So don't hope for greatness. Ordered to go 20 minutes ago, should have been ready in about 10 minutes from when I arrived. Arrived on time with maybe 2 tables total out of 40 occupied only to hear they were "just putting it in". Don't trust online ordering timelines as they are HIGHLY unreliable at that location multiple times now. I'm not a long haul trucker, I live 15 minutes down the road and this service is less than desirable for my repeat business when it's over a half hour late from promised time... I came here for my birthday slam during the week, and it was not busy. This meant I had fast service and hot food. I had the birthday slam with a side of hash browns. I wanted sausage, but got both bacon and sausage. I enjoyed both, so maybe that's how they make the birthday slam. The only downfall is that not all of my food came out at the same time. Wow, I have to say this is a first, hands down by far the worst dining experience we have had in decades. Denny's management needs to fire everyone who worked the evening shift there (4/4/2025). It took forever to get served our drinks, forever to take the order. After we finally got to order people who came in after us got served before we did. When our order came out it was incorrect and was missing several items. As I got my silverware, it was dirty, which I notified the waitress, she took her sweet time getting me a replacement. Now mind you we are both still missing several items we ordered, which we reminded the server of twice, possibly three times if I remember right, but she was off doing whatever. After finding my omelet not being what I ordered I returned it. I told my wife were out of here, threw a buck on the table and left for the truck stop to get something to eat there. The server came over and said we had to pay for the food we ate, so okay, but I want to talk to the manager. I relayed the events of the evening and she just looked down and said she's sorry, like it was an inconvenience. Terrible customer service!!! I wish I could rate this event with a no star! At times the staff must have had friends or people they know visiting because of all the loud "chatter" at times, maybe they were to concerned with their friends to do their jobs, I don't know. The Yelp reviews were less than stellar... but I know how to walk away from a bad time. We ordered our food on the app and it said will be ready at 850. 900 they then realized they never finished the order. It took another 38 minutes for them to cook the missing meal and on top of that they forgot to put the eggs in the egg spinach and tomato plate. The grand slam also did not have eggs we live 20 minutes from then so going back for the eggs was not in the equation. There needs to be better managers who can ensure quality is being up kept.
