Worst service ever. We waited more than 20 minutes before a server come and simply take our drink orders. As we were waiting, other customers arrived, and were severed before us. Finally a server, who treated us as if we were bothering him, took our orders. It turns out that he was not the server for our section. We NEVER saw our server, and so we left. read more

Chicken strips are good. It can be a wait sometimes but all in all very good place to stop for breakfast.

Went here this evening. The food is never anything special & the service is usually ok but today was horrible. After waiting an unusually long time to be served we received cold coffee. I ordered cheese fries with my meal & got fries with unmelted cheese an almost hold slices or bacon. My hubby ordered a sizzle plate that was warm at best when he got it. The worst part was how many customers I saw come in & stand waiting to be seated while employees buzzed around without even acknowledging them. When we were ready to leave the manager was the one who rung us up. I tried to tell her what I saw while she was in the kitchen. Instead of trying to correct it or listening she kept telling us how short staffed they were. It doesn't take a full staff to say "Hi. Someone will be right with you" read more

What the heck?! Everything was SO slow! Took a long time to get noticed and seated. Took a long time to just get our cup of coffee. We never got menus. By the time we got our food...there was no syrup or butter for pancakes. We ask for hot sauce for eggs and by the time we get it our eggs are gone cause it took THAT long! Good lord...food was OK. Ordered wheat pancakes and they tasted sour and off. Nobody did come and ask if all was good or to even ask if we wanted a refill on our coffees. DO NOT COME HERE! This deserves zero stars. Slow service, and what I mean by slow is we came at 930 pm and just now started getting our food, it's now 1102 pm. Three families have came, received their food, and left since we've been here. We asked to talk to manager, and he refused to speak to us. He wouldn't even look at us, he was acting disgusted at us. The cooks also kept staring at us and looking at us like they were disgusted... This is the worst service I've ever seen. Not to mention, their attitudes hurt... We were nice and respectful to them.... This is the slowest service I've ever received... Even Red Lobster gets your food to you quicker. Our drinks don't get refilled unless we ask the waiter. When traveling we always make a point of stopping for coffee only at Pilot or Flying J. Usually good coffee and friendly staff. Not so this one. Coffee is good. Staff? The ladies who are serving did amazing, the cooks did an excellent job. I stopped by with my service animal to meet my uncle at a flying J Dennis. The gentleman working there came up to me out of nowhere after I was already seated and rudely told me if the dog comes out from under the table then I'll be kicked out.... I asked him why he was being rude to me, I even had my service animal registration to show him, he replied he doesn't care. This star should really be a thumbs down. Had no time to read Yelp reviews before ordering breakfast. They didn't have the drink I ordered. Waited 45 minutes listening to a man proselytsizing his religion to the whole place. When asked why people who arrived after us have their food while we were staring at the table, our waitress, who hadn't checked on us this whole time, said she would ask the cooks. this place gets no stars from me . First off , I ordered a sirloin steak and was brought a T-bone .. when I mentioned it was wrong . The waitress said what's the difference steak is still a steak ..
