I was craving Machaca and eggs and after doing a research on google we found this place and we thought, been close to home in Colton we don't have to drive to go to our usual spots but obviously they don't know what machaca is at this place. You know, the dry beef that our parents and grandparents used to season and put out to try directly to the sunlight. Then chopped and scrambled it with eggs and Sauce or at least onions,bell peppers,jalapeños and tomatoes. So I ordered that and as soon as the waitress asked me, how do I want the eggs cooked,I said to myself uh oh ! Is machaca, is supposed to be scrambled. She said that some customers prefer over easy or other way cooked and I thought to myself then that's not machaca that's gonna be steak and eggs. I know even in Mexico dishes vary from place to place but at least there are some basics to them. This was just shredded Pot Roast and the eggs barely touching it no salt no flavor as for the country potatoes same,no salt no seasoning at all. Which tells me; they don't know what country potatoes are either. Just cubes of boiled unseasoned potatoes. Tortillas were bad look old already shredding and hard. We also ordered the breakfast carne asada torta and the meat looked like a hamburger patty also unsalted and no flavor at all Luckily the waitress offered salsas and brought some very spicy ones, which we were forced to use in order to make the food more tolerable. I think the Best part was the Coca-Cola which was $3.75 not to bad for a restaurant but no refill. I finished mine half way through my meal or at least the two/three bites I was able to take form the plate, and wasn't offer another one, come on! even if you charge for the refill you offer it, to make more money, but then when paying our bill, I over heard the customer behind us asking about the refill and their waitress told him he would get One refill so she gave it to him. It feels like this Mexican restaurant is aimed more to the white, stomach sensitive customer. This is definitely the Mexican version of Hospital food.

When i received my order- mushroom and Swiss melt combo and bacon avocado cheeseburger, there was an issue with the melt. Upon looking- the mushroom and Swiss melt combo was supposed to include "100% beef burger with sauteed mushrooms, caramelized onions, Swiss cheese, pickles, and smoky glaze on grilled garlic-sourdough bread" as was listed on the menu. What I recieved instead was a pot roast melt. I called over the server to let her know there was a mistake as soon as I noticed- it took her 10 minutes before she came by at all after requesting her at the table. When I explained the situation, I was told that the cook was done for the night and would not be making any more food (at this point it was 10 45 PM, and this location was apparently 24 hours open). I was disappointed and upset that the mistake would not be corrected- and left the pot roast melt untouched. When we went to check out, we requested that i only be charged for the fries i ate, and the coffee i drank. The server refused, saying she would get in trouble for making the change. She advised that I could call the next morning to see about a partial refund etc. Then, she said that I would have to explain that the item i received did not look like the picture. Again- it was not that the meal I received was not similar to the photo, it was that the meal I received was completely different than what I ordered. Additionally, i was charged a separate fee for my coffee drink- when this combo included a drink to begin with, and includes the option of a coffee. This was not only listed on the physical menu, but on the online menu as well. I was given the wrong order, refused an attempt to correct the mistake, AND overcharged for an item that was supposed to be included in my combo. This all occurred in a 24 hour location, where the cook refused to continue making food more than an hour and 15 minutes before a shift switch. Extremely upsetting experience, that i want to be adressed. I have photos of the meal I received, the menu items listed, and my original receipt as well.

She can't eat that much because she has stomach issues so she ordered a chicken strip kids meal and the lady said it's only for 12 and under and she kept having a bad attitude and would not let my daughter order the kids meal. My husband ordered the fish and said the fish tasted real old. Probably is considering Friday is their fish day so they use leftover. My cousins did not care for the food too much either.
