I of course left because I wasn't going to eat without washing my hands first and I sure as heck wasn't going to eat at a place that didn't have working restrooms for their employees to wash their hands. If there is no working restroom, are they just relieving themselves in the back alley without washing their hands before returning to work? I wanted to warn my fellow diners so you didn't waste a trip so I opened Yelp to make this post to see they already have terrible reviews, which explains why I was the only person in the whole place. I guess if there's a silver lining in all this, the lack of a working restroom saved me from potentially worse issues.

The restaurant was not busy at all, especially compared to the other Wingstop a few miles away. With only a couple of people inside, I expected a smooth experience. Instead, those same customers ended up witnessing everything that happened. I ordered a combo that includes a fountain drink. When I went to fill it, I realized that out of roughly fifteen drink options, every single one was out of order except Coke. I do not drink Coke, so I asked if I could get a refund for the drink portion. I was told no because it was part of the combo and they could not refund it. That explanation made no sense. If the store cannot provide what I paid for, I should not be the one absorbing the loss. The drink station itself was not clean. The counter was sticky, there were spills everywhere, and it looked like it had not been wiped down all day. Considering the store was not busy, there was no reason for the drink area to look like that. Then came the wings. I ordered a flavor that is still listed on their menu, only to be told it is discontinued. If it is discontinued, it should not still be advertised. I chose another flavor, but the wings came out overcooked. They were dry, tough, and not enjoyable. Between the broken drink machine, the refusal to refund the drink I could not use, the discontinued flavor still listed on the menu, the overcooked wings, and the lack of cleanliness, this visit missed the mark completely. The staff was not rude, but they were not empowered to offer solutions or correct basic issues. Elite Tip: Check the drink machine, confirm your flavor, and take a quick look at the drink station before ordering. This location has consistency and cleanliness issues that can turn a simple meal into a frustrating experience.
