Well I ordered the garbage burrito, it was made poorly, very little meat,no guacamole,no sour cream,no onion, no cilantro : (. Then I ordered all meat nachos, and it came with no meat, when I requested carne asada and it ended up in the trash, What a waste of $ and instead of sour cream they put mayonnaise on the nachos, just terrible.i wish I would have taken a photo before I through it away, I was so made that I wasted my money. read more

Wrong order! I place an order in person. 2 out of the 6 plates I ordered were wrong, unfortunately, I found out when I got home so I had to drive back to Waba Grill and waste time & gas. I honestly thought they were going to exchange my order for the correct one without making a big deal about it. I understand we all make mistakes and also I know workers have to follow company policies But I didn't appreciate that they corrected my order and they re-used the same meat that already had the previous sauce that I didn't want plus it was already cold. Customer service was great, food was decent. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that there was an employee on top of the stove cleaning the ceiling, while the other employee was serving food. This kinda grossed me out because the food was to close. I can only imagine the debri and dust that fell on the food. All of this was being done during lunch time, the place was packed. read more

Placed an order on the app for chicken veggie bowl and trio tacos. When I received my order the portions give were unacceptable. My tacos each only had about 3 pieces of protein. Also the tacos were thrown in the container with all the ingredients. Unacceptable to give such messy presentation to a customer. Also I was missing ingredients like lemons green onions and cabbage. It was practically plain tacos My chicken bowl was also given tiny portions it was half full. The restaurant was the last resort for us but we thought we would give it a try. We are traveling with our child, the location we are staying at is without food services so we ordered from WaBa Grill. They closed before delivering our food. With over two hours of wait time and several updates from GRUB HUB that the food was on its way and yet the food was never delivered and then the restaurant closed during this debacle. The customer service staff at GRUB HUb is going to kill this business and others they service by not providing the appropriate service as advertised by both the restaurant and GRUB HUB as their partner program for food services. read more

This place used to be so good I come here continuously but as I keep coming the portions just get smaller and smaller its absurd. The chicken doesn't get a nice char from the grill its sometimes super mushy. Overall the place needs to get its portions consistent and cook its chicken right.
